Melody, who manages the property down the street, has also been helpful whenever she stops by or assists out here. You can tell both of them actually care about keeping things running smoothly and treating customers with respect. It's been over a decade since I last rented storage space. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to check price, availability and reserve my storage unit online. We are moving from out of state, so being able to do this online was extremely convenient and a welcome surprise. I rented the unit a few days ahead of our move because the movers could only give us an estimated date range. On that note, I received a courtesy call from Ms. Temeka to welcome us and check if we have any questions. She was friendly, professional, and very informative over the phone. On 08/10/24 I received the greatest help and support from the Property Manager Patrice Rice who resolved my storage space issues over and above what I expected, after having made 3 reservations, going to another location and no one was present to help Me (the location wasn’t even open at 8:30 am on a Saturday morning not advocating that Public Storage should be a 24 hour operation, b/c I understand employees need time off too) calling the reservation line and they were of no help I went to the Hopson Rd store at 4812 Hopson closest to me and Mrs Rice took ownership of my issue and fully resolved to it My satisfaction. She is to be commended for her excellent customer service, her care about my situation and her commitment to see it through she is deserving of a raise. There’s not a lot of customer service people left who understand it and will take ownership.

Smooth and straight forward personal exchange after having had a terrible experience at one of their other locations in Cary. If it wasn’t for Shannon, I would have walked away from Public Storage. This is a location that takes customer service seriously. Highly recommend.

I give Lisa at the Hopson location 5 stars for her outstanding customer service. My overall experience with PS' call center was absolutely awful and Lisa did her best to correct their errors (frankly, lies). I recommend this location as long as you can work directly with the location and skip the call center.

Everything explained over phone when we reserved storage was as it was when we arrived to set it up…Katina was the agent on duty and was super friendly, welcoming, professional and efficient. Property and front office very clean and well kept. I’ve rented at multiple storage places over the years…hands down best experience at this location!

I’ve had my fair share of struggles with storage spaces in the past, but Katina was super helpful with making sure all payment issues and space vacating steps were completed. I was pleasantly surprised with how friendly and efficient Katina was throughout my entire experience!
This is actually a six star review for Katina Moore at the Hopson store #27397. I had a very complicated problem with our corporate storage account and Katina spent 2 hours with me, in person, sorting it out. All of our accounts now have one cohesive name, phone number and email address for all of our storage units that we have. Katina got all our accounts perfect. Her district manager, Kevin Walls, should be proud of her, helping that location's largest account. Unfortunately, the call in customer service 'service' let us down to the point of possibly looking somewhere else for our storage needs. the call center refused to acknowledge that all accounts were under one name and refused to perform the task of placing all accounts under one account number. Excellent employees don't last long at companies with such poor back up support.

This is a long overdue review, so here I go!
I was in a rush to get supplies for my work and we encountered a few setbacks with getting keys for the actual unit. Tamara was able to quickly search for the key that I needed for the storage unit that had my supplies. Not only that but she was incredibly kind and patient even when I was getting nervous about the whole situation. She knew what to do and was able to get me closer to getting those supplies for my work!

I had an absolute wonderful time looking for a proper storage compartment for all of my items from Florida. Taylor took the time to listen to my reasoning for need for storage and had such a kind demeanor in helping me let my friends get everything in. She even offered to help, the sweet thing, I told her that my friends could handle all of it and there was no need to worry. Then I went ahead and baked up a nice sweet pie for her out of being such a sweetheart and helping with everything including my mental state. She is just THE BEST
