Melody is fantastic! She has been incredibly helpful from day one and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. I had an issue with online payments for two storage units at different locations, and she took the time to help me resolve it quickly and professionally. She is always kind, patient, and willing to answer any questions I have. In all the time I’ve been storing here, I’ve never had a single issue. and that is largely because of her excellent service. I’m grateful for all her support. Highly recommended!

This was a storage place, but when moving in and moving out and all interactions Melody was extremely pleasant and personable. Overall an excellent experience and if I ever need storage again I'll be back!

Melody was absolutely amazing—she was friendly, helpful, and incredibly informative throughout the entire process. Thanks to her, my storage needs and move went as smooth as a breeze! I worked with Melody on a three-unit swap -- undoing a reservation I needed to cancel while moving from one unit to a larger one in the same facility at the same time. Sound complicated? It was, but Melody handled it while being both professional and delightful to be with through the entire thing. I would recommend her and this facility to anyone!

Be very aware of their pricing strategy. I wouldn’t recommend using this place if you need to store over a year. I began renting a 10 x 5 space in January of 2023 and my rate was $87/mo. (+$15/mo for insurance). Their rental agreement gives them the right to give 30 days notice for a price increase. 6 months later my rate increased by $30. 9 months later it increased other $37. I just moved out yesterday (first floor climate controlled unit) and my rate was $154/mo. I just checked online and the rate they advertise for a 10 x 5 climate controlled unit is $101/mo. This tells you that price increases aren’t a necessity for them but rather a way to acquire customers with a lower introductory rate, then increase the rate after a few months knowing it’s not enough of a hike for people to move their stuff out. It doesn’t sound like a lot of money, but when you realize that my rate increased 77% over 18 months, that’s borderline criminal.

This is the worst stressful experience I’ve had. My last storage facility had someone on site during business hours for help or purchasing moving supplies . Here , Nobody is ever in the office when you need help, the door is always locked ,no one ever answers the phone , you have to leave a message and wait until the next day. So many inconveniences and having to wait on someone to get back to you when they feel like it . I don’t even live in the state and have to wait again another month to retrieve my items because nobody is available to help on site .

Raised my rent less than 6months into my storing there. Meanwhile I stored with U-HAUL two year before they raised my rent. I’d go somewhere else. UPDATE: After speaking with one of their representatives and expressing my dissatisfaction, I received a rent decrease without my asking for it. I’m adding 3 stars for their conflict resolution abilities.

They need better customer service training, do away with charging the extra $20 to pay online & do away with the insensitive call center The average customer wants to speak with someone @ the facility NOT someone that doesn't know your particular needs intimately. Everything seems very cold & robotic about how they handle things. I miss the old days 😪. Ever since Public Storage took over this place the human element has been taken away. I can get better customer service @ a bank. Which, is saying a lot because they are (supposed to be) all about money!

My first experience ever at public storage so I didn’t know much Danielle was an angel sent from heaven. So very polite and patient. By far the BEST property storage manager I’ve encountered thus far. She said the best way to help her out would be to leave her five stars and I believe she deserves five stars. Way to go public storage and thank you so very much for all of your help Danielle.

Converted the past year to Public Storage. They repainted and labeled the exterior of the units. Haven't had any issues in the 4 years of having a unit. It does get dusty in the unit so make sure to cover any vital items.

Arlene was and us very professional. She is very knowledgeable about products and services Public Storage offers. She is customer service friendly. Out ofvthe Storage places I have been, she has been the kindest and most concerned. She is very nice lady, I hope she get promoted, her skills and talent goes DeLong what she is doing

DO NOT RENT HERE! I have rented a unit from the previous owners for years. I felt super comfortable in the area and the staff treated me like family. Unfortunately, when Public Storage took over, many balls were dropped. The prices went up without any contact from the new management company and my calls went unanswered. To make matters worse, I didn't even find out there was a new management company until my family informed me of a notification that my unit was being put up for auction. I had to contact corporate in order to pay my bill because, Jason, the "manager", didn't answer any of my calls or text for over a month. Meanwhile, my possessions hung in the balance. The thing was, all i wanted to do was set up auto-pay, and even that seemed impossible for Jason. He promised me he would reduce the price back to the original one after all this drama and now three months have passed and Jason is nowhere to be found. I even contacted his boss, Matt Vanness, and nothing. I am now left with empty promises and a very bad feeling, as I am suppose to trust this man to manage a facility where my valuables are. If I were you, I would not rent from a company who hires managers that do not keep their word nor do their job.

Updating this review from 5 to 1.... L&D Storage was awesome. Had the same rate for years, YEARS..... Public Storage buys it and bam, $20 additional a month..... This Company is garbage.

I had went there to check pricing and Ms Arlene was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions. Seeing the unit and the property, along with the affordable price, made me pull the trigger and rent out the unit. Highly recommend this Public Storage!

I was able to set up auto pay and pay bill effectively and quickly while working with Arlene. She also asked for pronunciation of last name which is nice (commonly mispronounced last name)
