No issues, everything went well
When I rented my space it was $250 a month. A year and a half later it was $308 a month. Nice secure place, but way too expensive to store some junk. Going to have to look for a cheaper place.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. I booked a unit online before having stopped in and toured the facility, and had an issue with standing water in the unit. I let the staff know about the issue and they reported it to maintenance immediately. They also went above and beyond to take care of me and got me into a different unit that was bigger, for the same price for the inconvenience, and I thank you all very much for that.
I will express though, to the highest degree possible, to corporate, that the driveway of the inside of the facility itself is in DESPERATE need of TLC; complete gut and repave of the drive. I shouldn't need a 4 wheel drive vehicle to drive down a 3 mph drive, and it also has many many puddles in front of units that cause a headache when trying to park in front of your unit to unload on an already extremely broken drive. It would also be very helpful to have more than 3 teeny tiny parking spaces in the front. Your employees need parking and your customers need parking if they need to stop in at the office to conduct business.
Please don't simply repatch the holes, please please please completely redo the drive. It will improve the image of the facility to a large degree in an area that does not have that great of an image to begin with.
Also, the exit gate has no keypad to punch an access code, so a customer must rely solely on blue tooth through the app to get out of the facility. So if someone gets in and their cell phone dies while they are in there, I am not sure how they are supposed to get out without waiting for another car to come by, especially if there is no staff available.
Again, staff was amazing, 5 stars for the staff, 2 stars for the facility structure itself.

She was covering someone’s day off at the 47th st location so things were not easy for her but she did all she could to make things come out favorable. Thank you Christi!

After buying a unit online at auction from a different Public Storage facility we were sent here after difficulty finding management from the other site. Dion was a breath of fresh air!! I spoke to several people in upper management over the phone and was shocked at the info the gave me! Luckily Dion was able to clear everything up and get us a unit rented at a facility he doesn't even work at! Talk about the real MVP! Customer service was awesome! Really wish Dion was the guy in charge at place we actually have our unit!

My friend currently has 2 units rented at this place and from what she tells me about the business end of this company they are really decent at times with late payments for the units. I have used a storage facility in the past and they had rules that if you were late for one day they emptied out the unit and you would lose everything you had stored in it. I had a friend who has been through that once, she was late and even called them to try to work something out so she didn't lose her stuff but she was told of the rules when she signed up with them and they held to it. But this place is a little different I'm planning on moving soon and yes I will be renting a space in this location just because of how they do business for people who are up against hard times once in a while.
