Been here since August 24. Becky is pretty awesome. Called in today and she took care of my issue very promptly (I thought it would take days). Highly recommend!

Old falling apart storage units, uneven half paved driveways, not 24 hour, they make you buy their lock, holes in the walls, scuzzy people follow your car in, they tried to charge me for another month after I moved out.

We had an appointment for 1 o'clock on 6/11/2024. No one showed up. Called the main office and they had no answer for us other than to wait or go back home. A lady pulled up while we were here and stated that there is never anyone here. Poor way to run a company

Do not use this storage unit facility when you set an appointment to meet with the property manager he does not show up and then out of the blue you get a call to take the two days before stating that you property has gone up for auction and then they never notify you so this place is a scam a bunch of thieves they should not be used
If you're renting a storage unit from them they're overpriced and not very secure my boss rent spaces for his dump trucks to be parked there

Gabe is an excellent employee at this location, he is actually one of the best customer service employees I've experienced anywhere lately. He set me up with a suitable unit and couldn't have been more friendly I wouldn't use a different storage unit company in Belton

Quick and easy service. Property managers are amazing!
Becky was efficient in and off ell informative.
They raised my price from 150.00 month to 200.00 after a year of service with them.
Office is not handicap accessible. Manager says he has contacted corporate several times, but the entrance is a little crazy!

Someone came and stole the catalytic converters on the RVs stored here. This place needs more cameras but they aren’t going to improve the area. Officer said this place gets hit a lot
The Public Storage in Belton, Mo. Is the best, the office personal, was the greatest. She was friendly, and very helpful, answering all my questions with a friendly smile ,patience and a wonderful attitude. She told me the directions on how to get to my storage and where my lock and everything was. She was very helpful I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.
A glitch in the system happened but DeeDee fixed it up for me and made my experience Amazing!!!! 10/10 stars and Highly Recommend!!!
