I am in shock and awe at the disrespect of Public Storage. A few months ago I received a survey to ask about how things were going with my unit. I honestly have nothing bad to say about the facility itself, it is a pretty standard facility. Nothing remarkable, its clean, etc. But in my response I said that the monthly price was getting out of hand. I started at about $60 per month and they have been increasing the monthly every six month for the past 2 years all the way up to $129 per month. I think that is too much and so I said in the survey that the price is getting too expensive. Their response? "Let us do you a BIG favor and reduce your rent a WHOPPING $1!" Yes... a single dollar... I would have actually been more accepting of them to increase my rent, because at least that makes sense. But why would you reduce it by a single dollar??!! That is like tipping a single penny to your waiter or bartender.... How disrespectful.. I've been thinking to remove the items in my facility and throw them over the next year, because it's all furniture I do not really need anymore. The rent is expensive, but for me it is really not a lot of money to keep renting for a year while I slowly toss stuff. But after this buffoonery, I am going to EXPIDITE my vacancy and toss my items ASAP to minimize my time here. A BIG savings of $12 dollars per year, WOW!!! I've spent more money on a single beer than that.

Very friendly, professional customer service. The property is clean and well lit inside and out. There’s plenty of room to pull in, park and unload and there were plenty of carts available for us to use.

Easy to get to right off of 35 and West seventh the building is huge and spacious and I received very good customer service from Maria and she went over everything with me and gave me a tour with the very pleasant attitude. Very nice. Thank you guys for my first and best experience with self storage.

Left because the rent went up almost immediately and nearly doubled in 3 years. $110.00 for a 5x5? No thanks. Many competitors nearby with better deals. And they have 1 cart as far as I can tell.

Great storage space at a reasonable cost with month to month rental. Very clean. Three stars because it was very difficult to ever get a response from anyone when we had questions about ending mom's rental. Tried online chat and tried calling and leaving a message several times and got no response. Easy to rent, not as easy to confirm cancellation!

I've been meaning to write a post for a while now. I've had nothing but the best experiences with all the employees. I'm terrible with names but I know that the managers name is Tony. He actually goes above and beyond to make sure all is good with your storage needs.

Friendly but too many hidden fees and rising prices makes this facility now overpriced. The staff is friendly but the customer service has room for improvement. My experience with the staff has been mixed. I often have difficulty getting ahold of anyone and the staff could be more professional. Although the staff is friendly the staff has been unprofessional on a few occasions. The spaces are clean and the site is trustworthy, however, the prices need to go down if the facility wants to stay competitive. The prices were great when I first started using the facility, but now prices are way too high. It is not very difficult to find another spot with lower prices. Overall this is not a bad facility, but I have had enough issues as to where I would likely look elsewhere before using this facility again. Hoping the prices drop down to what they used to be.

Tony was great showed us around the lot and all the access points and how to use the app. Real professional at all times.

Nice clean facility. Great staff that is very helpful. But there are seldom, if ever any carts available, the very heavy door slams into you quickly as soon as you open it, and there are so many deep cracks and crevices in the sidewalk that if you do have a cart, you cannot get over them without losing all of your stuff. Fix the cracks and put a delay on the heavy doors and you will get 5 stars.

Tony (property manager) is great. Helpful, available, knowledgeable and genuinely care about your experience. The place is clean and well cared for. Also, the app works well - no bugs, intuitive, does everything you’d want it to.

Great storage facility! The workers are attentive and aware of whats going on they check and make sure every unit is secure each night theres nobody living in storage units or lurking around they close up at 9 every night so no late night shady stuff happening its clean its dry and its probsbly the best storage ive ever used. Plus the prices are reasonable. I love it
