Pretty disgusted with my experience as a whole with this company. The staff onsite is pleasant enough, but that doesn’t account for the rapid and sizable rent increases that we faced. Fed up with paying this much, we cancelled our lease. We received no information on how to move out, and then got dinged on a few pedantic items that would have taken 10 minutes for us to come back and fix. Instead, they decided to add move out fees, let that fester for a year, and then send us to collections. Do not use this company.

For the entire time we rented space from Public Storage we never worried about theft or damage to our items due to weather conditions or climate change. Stony, the property manager, always provided excellent service. Answered all our inquiries promptly and handled all situations with tack and courtesy. I highly recommend Public Storage as a facility to safe guard whatever it is you need stored.
Craig was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable!! He answered all of my questions, and made me feel at ease with the process. He even went above and beyond to find me a space that would fit my needs at a different location. He’s a great asset and he’s the BOMB!!!

Rented a space here for over a year. Great experience all around! Personnel. In particular, Craig, treated us right and we always found someone available when needed. But rarely needed anyone because the setup is really self-sufficient. Everything we needed, including good lighting everywhere!!!
Will use this place again if the need arises.

Rented at EP Minnesota to store a car for winter. 1 week before end of term i started my car so I knew I would be able to get out before end of month. Sure enough, car didn't start one week later! Craig the on site guy helped me navigate my situation and was super reasonable with me. I will absolutely rent here again.

Horrible experience. Customer service completely useless. Made a reservation to move in. Day of move, no one was there to let me in or give me any info. After trying to locate someone for about 45 minutes, customer service over the phone told me to go online and make an e-reservation instead. I did so. Finally got a unit number and gate code. Typed in the gate code and the gate got stuck partially open. I call customer service for the 5th or 6th time. Get put on hold, again. All this time my movers are waiting and charging me by the hour. No one comes to fix it. I am forced to find a different storage company. I call to get a refund and they won't give a full refund because its, "in my contract" that the initial $29 fee is nonrefundable.
So basically, I paid $29 to spend two hours chasing my tail and to reserve a storage unit I never even got to lay eyes on. Not to mention the extra $ I had to pay the movers for their time. Avoid this company if you can.

My lady friend passed away last November and I was forced to move her things out of her apartment into a storage locker in mid-December 2022. I picked Public Storage in Eden Prairie because it was close and they had a 10x20 climate-controlled unit available for $207 per month. The first issue was that the florescent light was flickering and almost out. I repeatedly asked Dan, the property manager, to have it replaced before I moved things in. He repeatedly promised that he would take care of it, but that never happened. Then he told me to bring a power cord and my own lighting, so I did. Last week I met a different Public Storage man in the hallway and asked about the light. He said that they had been permanently turned off all storage locker lights, and added that it was against their policy to let customers use power cords and electric lights. He told me to use a flashlight, which is ridiculous. It’s April 28th 2023 today, just about 4½ months since I rented the storage locker, and yesterday I received an email stating that my rent is going up 35% to $280 as of June 1st. I called and complained, but no one cared. I was told it’s a month-to-month rental and that they can do anything they want to with the price. Public Storage is the worst company I have ever dealt with. In my opinion they are completely unreliable and corrupt with greed. Once the probate court allows me to clear out the locker, I will never use Public Storage again.

Their business model is horrible. I see so many empty storage units and yet they keep increasing our monthly rate. I will cancel very soon. Keep it up until you have zero occupancy.

I am in the process of moving states, so I am honestly stressed and overwhelmed. I came to this location and met with a rep name Jessica! Who provided A1 customer service! Quick! knowledgeable , and professional! Great asset to the company for sure.
They were the nicest people i have dealt with..and I have been l looking for storage.
Disappointed and surprised at how quickly my rent increased. The increase was so abrupt and severe that on-site staff felt compelled to try to negotiate a compromise on this long-time-multiple-unit customer's behalf, to no avail. Upper management knew demand was strong, they could get a lot more, and they squeezed me out.
