Crystal was very helpful in regards to the unit.
They jacked up my rent to $210/month for a 10'x10' unit. I found one for a fraction of the price somewhere closer to home. I tried calling several times and left VM, and was never called back. Every time I tried to go to the office, no matter the time of day, there was never any staff on duty. Unprofessional.

TERRIBLE! Short staffed. Never returns calls or answers phones. Avoid this place. Try extra space storage!
