I have a garage to keep my stuff in. I just don't need additional storage.
Keep charging a card i asked repeatedly to remove and gave them the account I want charged also way over priced
Rose is awesome and has always taken good care of me here. Definitely one of my favorite people to deal with there. Even when I lost my storage key she made the process easy to still be able to get into my storage unit and get another key.
Haylee was absolutely amazing to work with! Answered all my questions and was super fun to talk with.
Management takes forever to help with any issues. Paid for a lost key. Won't be able to get my stuff out for about 3 weeks. Even though they said it would be done this week. Take your business elsewhere.
Clean facility. The indoor, climate controlled storage was great. Not a fan of the pricing and the frequency of rent increases, but Haylee made the experience awesome! Super friendly and knowledgeable. She's been wonderful! I highly recommend reaching out to her if you need anything.

On site manager is awesome she is very understanding and works with you. Had my truck break down she said I could fix it real quick to get it out and if I couldn't I could push it out of the way and get it towed out if needed. Out of all the storage places this location has been over the top with helping their customers.

I have had such an amazing experience with Public Storage. When I down sized from house to apartment this place helped ease the stress of what to do with stuff I wasn’t ready to part with. Recently I transferred to a smaller unit and Rose @ Blaine location made the transfer process go so smoothly. Rose is an exceptional customer service person. Helpful, friendly and does an amazing job.

This is a horrible place! THE OWNER IS A SEE YOU NEXT TUESDAYI THE MANAGER HE WAS OK BUT TRIED TELLING ME HE DIDNT HAVE THE ABILITY TO REFUND MY MONEY. I rented a unit from here but ended up not needing it after all and they refused to refund my money AFTER I CANCELLED IT TWO DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE and ended up charging me $56.41 for a 4 × 4 UNIT. THEIR PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS AND THEY LIE WHEN THE SAY THE PROMO FOR THE FIRST MONTH IS ONLY ONE DOLLAR! WHY DID I GET CHARGED $56.41 THEN?
