Thanks to Rosie fir being there for me throught the whole yhing.Zge always che jed up in me and me sure u knew that UT hadn't been forgotten! Yay! I xn afford it now... I appreciate having a safe place to store my things til I find a home...I've had too many familymembers, friends, and friends of friends that have taken my things that I've stored there in good faith. Thamks a whole bunch! Haven't gotten my $1 for the 1st month and $39 every month after that. I'm confused. Paid $55 first time... I know I bought their lock and the ins. But now my next month was $69???? Where's the $39. I don't think I want the ins. Cuz I Cannot afford $69 every month. I really bought in on it cuz of the $39 monthly! False advertisement! Not fair. Otherwise I like the place and the security. And when I leave a voice message, which I've done 3x's, I do not get a return phone call yet...

Rose is absolutely awesome. She made everything easy and convenient for me and my crazy schedule. From the initial appointment to move in she helped with everything. What great service and prices.

Payment increased 70% in just 14 months!!!! That's almost double in just over a year. Please someone, explain to me how that works. My salary went up less than 5% during the same timeframe. I left the previous storage extortion racket for this very reason. Glad I'll be out of there in a month. These storage places are run by a bunch of thieves that exist to take advantage of people.

This Blaine location was recommended to us because we were very unhappy w/the Spring Lake Park location so we reached out, & Rose @ Blaine is wonderful to work with! She is so helpful, prompt w/her responses, & very pleasant. Also, we pay less for our large indoor climate contolled unit in Blaine than we did for our 2 small & 1 medium sized outdoor units in SLP. Plus we have extra room to spare! We are so happy we made the switch!!

Brian was so incredibly helpful, polite, and positive. The facilities are very clean with maps posted everywhere to help find units. Also, the units and facilities are very secure. Brian and Rose helped me transfer units after realizing the unit I originally chose was too small. They helped make it a smooth process. I would highly recommend this facility!! :)

The indoor units are OK but if you rent a out door unit beware, there was a small sink hole infront of one of my units and if you drop anything in to it you will never see it again... then if you rent during winter good luck getting anything bigger then a compact car passed the snow as they don't finish pushing it off the roadways. And bring a shovel because they will not clear directly infront of the units for you. The price is ok if you are after a month or two deal but for long term, go someplace else.

This is a horrible place! THE OWNER IS A SEE YOU NEXT TUESDAYI THE MANAGER HE WAS OK BUT TRIED TELLING ME HE DIDNT HAVE THE ABILITY TO REFUND MY MONEY. I rented a unit from here but ended up not needing it after all and they refused to refund my money AFTER I CANCELLED IT TWO DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE and ended up charging me $56.41 for a 4 × 4 UNIT. THEIR PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS AND THEY LIE WHEN THE SAY THE PROMO FOR THE FIRST MONTH IS ONLY ONE DOLLAR! WHY DID I GET CHARGED $56.41 THEN?

Rose and her team at Blaine public storage are AMAZING! Moving is always stressful and Rose definitely helped make it less stressful for me. When I needed a second unit she helped find one within my budget and made the process very easy. She was even able to find one close to my first unit. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a storage unit!

Fantastic location. I’ve used a handful of different locations and providers before, but this is by far the best. Seems well run and well maintained.

So apparently Within the first few month or 2 of having a unit here, I left the facility late 2 or 3 times. Each time just a FEW minutes after 9pm which is when they close. And because of that they restricted my access hours for 6 MONTHS!!! So now I don't have till 9pm to access my own belongings.... I only have til 6pm when their office closes. With my schedule that gives me maybe 1 day out of the week where I MIGHT be able to make it before 6pm. All because I left their facility literally 2-3 minutes late 3 times (1 time it wasn't my fault that I left late, it was their gates). I understand that there should be consequences for leaving late but 6 months is outrageous for being just a couple minutes being late. On top of that half the time the bathrooms don't have soap or toilet paper. And I've seen trash that someone left in one of the car bays sit in the same spot for almost a week. Meaning they don't do walk throughs every night before they leave to check if the bathrooms need to be restocked or if there is trash that needs to be picked up. I'm pretty sure their not so busy that they can't do a quick walk through at LEAST twice a day (when they open and before the close). Also whoever owns it is so cheap they can't even put a mirrors in the bathroom. Not that serious but it just gives a "cheap" vibe, when you know their their banking with all these units.

The indoor climate control units are clean and spacious. If you go online and apply, you get way better rates than applying in person.
