This facility is the cleanest building I have seen by far and the customer service I received from Susan was extraordinary, pleasant, professional and was able to guide me in deciding what space size space I need. She even told me to measure my possessions twice so I don’t undersize or oversize. I am extremely grateful for the tip and will be back to rent a unit shortly. One of the elevators are broken for a while now and they don’t fix it. Trash area is so messy. Inside of the storage is very neat and clean. Bathrooms are locked. You will have to have an employee to get in which is not in their office most of the time.

I already left a review but for some reason it didn't go through. I just wanted to say that the employees who work here are absolutely amazing. Juan helped me and he let me come in and check out the space before I committed to anything, but he also let me reserve it so nobody else could purchase the unit from underneath me. I was late for my appointment because I went to the one on Lexington St instead of Moody St and I was still able to go down to the location later so they were very flexible with scheduling and helping me.

I called Juan and he was able to solve the issue on his end. He walked me through completing the reservation until he knew it showed up properly in the system. I stored here for two years during the pandemic, and would 10/10 recommend. very helpful staff, they kindly helped me figure out storage payments while I've been abroad (card expired, billing address changed, etc). last year I changed units within the same building and the process was quick and easy, and when I moved my things out last week I was able to complete the check-out process over the phone (since I moved out outside of business hours)
I came in to this location last week and meet a young lady Tiana that helped me figure out the best size I will need to store my 1 bedroom because I'm leaving the state for 6 months I will come see her soon thank you for your help.
Great experience! Ample parking, very clean. Despite being a Memorial Day, a clerk (Ashley) was there, and she was very helpful.
