South Schaumburg Storage Units Near Illinois Route 390
On the south side of town, there's a great selection of self storage waiting for customers at this Schaumburg Public Storage.
Just east of where Irving Park Road crosses the Route 390 Tollway, and just a few miles from I-290 or U.S. Route 20, this location features indoor storage units and outdoor storage units, all in different sizes to handle different sizes of storage loads.
There is also the option of climate controlled storage units for an added layer of comfort for storing personal belongings, and this facility also has enclosed units designed for vehicle storage.
Hiking and fishing equipment can stow away easily in a 5x5 storage unit at this location for trips out to Bode Lake throughout the year.

I went 5 weeks with out lights in my storage unit when I was moving. I received a discount for the last month I was in the unit. I was told they were waiting for a vendor. I rented a smaller unit but had to pay for a lock because you have to use the internet to rent. I have been promised a refund but have not received in. If I could find another storage location I would leave and never fo business with Public Storage again

I've been using public storage for over 15 years. Today I came in to change my info on my account. I had the pleasure of meeting your employee Frank. He was very informative, well put together and knew his stuff. Definitely an MVP.
Great experience, smooth process to get unit and get rid of it. Price increased ~$70 per month over the course of a year. Not a big fan of that, but I guess that's the nature of the game.
Absolutely great customer service provided by Mary! She was VERY helpful and went out of her way to give me the best deal and service! Definitely would recommend her to all my friends.
Be very careful renting from these people. They SCAM people out of money.
The $1 for the first month is a SCAM, they charge you for moving in before the 1st of the month.
The entire cost of what you'd pay if you were getting their "special" .
They charge a $29 admin fee and they charge you $20 for a lock. And no refunds for their scam. 1 month = $60+
Should have just gone with Uhaul.
And I WILL before the end of the month. So, I I hope your SCAM was worth it!
I recently rented a unit here and I was personally helped by Frank, one of the managers. He was amazing! Took care of everything for me, always had a smile on his face, and I would recommend this public storage and Frank to all of my friends.

Best location to store your home goods in all of Schaumburg!! 20 stars to Mary, Shawn and the friendly staff here and I had a locker in the same section 2 different times to help me get through some difficult stages in life!! I used the inside locker and although not the biggest it fit most of my townhome!! I will be back again and will refer anyone possible when going over options for a facility!! TOP NOTCH all the way!!
This was my mother’s first time getting a storage unit and Caprice was so kind and so helpful to walk my mother through it all. Caprice said she worked a different locations to help out so if anyone runs into her know they will be getting outstanding service. She was the epitome of good customer service.

I keep my trailer at Public Storage for at least 1.5 years now. The computer software there recently was adding additional charges that should not be there. I turned to Mary and Darren at that location and they were able to go through multiple screens and decipher the reason and correct that including keeping the same close to reasonable price of the spot. At other places I was not so lucky. Their experience, care for customers and really welcoming personalities are second to none including results pertaining to my requests like price evaluation and its correcting to the fullest possibilities. Very happy about that support.

Exceptional storage with a phenomenal manager in Mary… Highly recommend for anyone that is looking to place their items in storage. Very clean location friendly customer service.
Terrible, they can do a better job cleaning and salting. As you can see they have done neither. Almost slipped a few times on the ice due to their lack of salting. For as much as we pay they can do a better job cleaning the snow and salting. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!
