With all the money this place is making maybe they could invest in putting down some asphalt between the storage units. It certainly makes it hard to load and unload heavy items on a dolly in gravel. C'mon guys, treat your customers a little better

Nice place to store an RV
Ryan, at the Plano location, was super helpful, kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He also seems to enjoy working there and is genuinely good at what he does. I hope he gets a big picture displayed in the front office for amazingness in customer service and a huge bonus!!! Five stars for Simply Self Storage and 100 stars for Ryan!

Cleanest storage facility I've seen by far. Lots of new units just built in the last year, which I didn't even know until I went to pick up my key and got a tour. Friendly staff, and decent hours, easy process.
Only hiccup is the internet kept freezing, but I blame AT&T for that.
This was my first time having to deal with the whole moving process. I was not looking forward to it but I am so glad that we chose the storage facility that we did. Easily accessible, you know your belongings will be safe and just so clean! Well done

The only reason for 1 star is due to cleanliness of the units, otherwise I would give them zero. Based on the fact that they have raised our rates 5 or 6 times in less than two years!!! Utterly ridiculous!!!! They don't mind raising your rates but sure mind maintaining the roadways to the units. During the winter the ice was so thick and dangerous that we couldn't even continue to bring items in as it just wasn't safe. Salt, people, salt!!!! Quit raising rates!!!!!!! My recommendation, is stay clear of this Storage facility unless you want to keep getting notices regarding rates being raised!
