Great place it’s always clean and Joy is always helpful will recommend
Outrageously expensive, filthy, rarely anyone at the front desk and hours to access facility are ridiculous. Cannot and do not recommend this facility or any other Public Storage facility.
The property manager at this site does not answer the phone when trying to be contacted. I think it's unprofessional to send emails and then no one can pick up the phone at this facility. I will be in next Wednesday to speak to whoever the property manager is. I expect to be able to close my account out and retrieve my things. This was my first time using this facility and will be my last time. I don't see how you have workers and no one answers.

Just received an automatic text message r/t me leaving the property yesterday after 5 p.m.; concerned for my safety; however there was a property manager on site, the manager could have driven around the property to remind customers that the gate/property closes at 5 p m.

Arrived at 9:30AM to pick up a storage unit I won at auction. Waited until 11AM due to no staff being present, no phone calls being answer ed. Called corporate and was told the staff member is "five minutes" away in the back sweeping out units, mind you I've been here since 9:30AM, and haven't seen anyone come or go. Several customers pulled up, tried the office door and left. Very poor customer service. Do not list hours that you can not uphold. I will avoid this facility in the future.
Dru was very patient with my mother. He gave her the best customer service. Not only did he assist her with choosing the best unit for her things, he helped her find her unit as well. I would definitely recommend my friends to this location.

My experience was so good! I worked with Tia and she explained everything in detail! I’ve had horrible experiences with storing my belongings at other places in the past but Tia made me feel better about my decision to utilize Public Storage. She also helped me decide on different types of moving boxes.
I had went by the nearest public storage in my neighborhood the one that’s on 111th street to ask a few questions about boxes and storage space. When I arrive I spoke to a lady name Tia, she was super helpful and very friendly. She took the time out to answer all of my questions and concerns. She also broke down the prices on how much a storage room would cost from smallest room to largest room. I definitely will be going back to this location from now on. I love the customer service. Decent rates. Disgusting units. I had my stuff in storage for only a month. When moving out, I noticed large amounts of mouse droppings on a few totes. Absolutely disgusting.

It truly was a great experience working with this public storage because the previous reps Robin and Patricia was very unprofessional. I have been to this property several times and it is well-maintained, a very clean environment and the customer service is outstanding. I remember when I was angry and I came into the office Drew help me and I was really mean to him and it was actually my fault I didn’t pay the bill, etc but he kept a professional tone and he listen to what I had to say. Not like those other two reps that used to work there cutting me off when I spoke, etc. Also, James was very courteous as well.

Went up to public storage on 111th and Morgan today to check a few units out for my car and was Greeted very professional by the property manager Drew he help me with every question I had to ask and was very on point and diffidently knows his way around the place showing several units. I have been here once before but the ladies was very rude. But now I would recommend this curtain public storage to anyone very professional and Patient Drew keep up the good work. I would like to say public storage West 111 street is a very nice and clean storage facility well secured and very nice friendly staff they always make me feel welcome.
I moved everything out my storage unit on may 31st, tried to close my account that same day but a clock sign was on the door saying will return in such & such time. I've notice that sign is on the door quite often, so after that I tried calling numerous times, no answer I even left multiple voicemails. June 4th I finally got Robyn I guess , to answer the phone, I told her I been moved everything out my storage but I couldn't get a hold of anyone & they still have the nerve to charge me & a late fee on top of that! Which is crazy because my things been out so why should I be charged just because you all are not doing your part! Just wrong ! & they also put the wrong number on my account paper work smh! I am highly upset over this entire situation!! & the storage floors are wet !!
I tried multiple times to complete an e-registration. I had a problem completing the registration. I went to the on-site location at 1001 West 111th where no one could help and didn't appear to want to help. I called a 800 number and was told they would delete the previous reservation and I could register again. No such luck. Same error. I'll go somewhere else.

Its filthy, the property managers need to clean it up. The staff just sit in the office, every time i visit the facility, no one is working. I went into a unit, and trash was every where. GET IT TOGETHER!
Rented unit Dec. 30, 2016. The light was out. I was already informed to bring a flashlight today by my husband because no light. When I arrived I was greeted by a very nice young lady name Chrystle. I asked why wasn't a light in our unit. Another lady sitting there stated they don't put bulbs in. I'm paying money each month why am I responsible for light in your unit. Then she stated, well we replace the bulbs when tenant moves out. Ok, I'm a new tenant so when old tenant left bulb should have been replaced. Chrystle stated she made calls when we first rented and was told maybe they didn't have ladder. The other lady which I found out was the property manager said, yes we have a ladder. That was the end of that. Property manager said nothing. Not I'm sorry will look into it. NOTHING. I gave 4 stars because Chrystle was very professional and seem to sincerely try to help. Not satisfied with propery manager.

I was already having a rough morning and was sure after reading a couple reviews that this wouldn't make my day any easier. But boy was I wrong! Lyiniece and Wendy were very pleasant and patient with me. They explain to me why I recieve a late fee and how I can avoild it next month. I really appreciate these two young ladys for all their help today.
I'll will be moving in March and I came in with questions and Wendy, Tarshika, Lyiniece we experts at what they do and we're extremely pleasant they answered every question and showed me everything I would need to protect my items I am definitely looking forward to meeting with these wonder ladies again
I visited public storage and Tarshika assisted me with my rental and moving supplies she gave me excellent customer service and I appericated the way she took care of me

I recently moved back to the Chicago area and I needed a storage unit for a few months. Wendy and Antoinette talked with me to find out what sized unit I would need and even walked me out into the lot to check it out for myself! Next they went through the paperwork and what exactly I would be paying each month. They were both very helpful and made the moving process 10x easier.

Been renting a unit from this facility for 2 year's. Never had a problem and the staff especially the property manger has always been professional and very helpful. I definitely recommend.
Tarshika customer service was excellent when i went to purchase a lock.
I went into the facility on 111th and received exceptional customer service. Dolores was very polite and knew exactly what storage would best fit my needs. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and also I was able to get packing supplies as well. Dolores was very polite and worked with a since of urgency when we were touring the property. I will definitely recommend this location to family and friends because the customer service made me feel comfortable that my goods would be safely stored.
