Fast and efficient
The paper work was very quick and easy. The storage units were cleaned and is perfect capacity I needed
We just went on and rented a storage unit. Jim drove us around to see the unit on a golf cart. It was very convenient. He was very informative and answered all of our questions. Thank you and we look forward to doing business with you in the future.
!!!!!My husband was stuck at the front entrance in the facility for almost 2 hours, because the gate wasn’t opening !!!!!! He supposed to be at work at 7am! He just made a quick stop to the storage on the way to work to grab some necessary stuff. He got in, but he wasn’t able to leave! Only after contacting main office, at 7 am, gate started beeping at 7:40! We both contacted manager multiple times for help to solve this issue and he still didn’t return the phone calls.
We are renting 3 units at this facility and we are not happy about it! The lights are not working, so it’s dark if you come early in the morning or later at night, during the winter, they don’t put any salt, so it is slippery and every 3 months they send letters about price increases.
