Tengo un small unit com esta gente , el mes pasado trate de mudarme a uno más grande y NUNCA lo recibí porque estaba sucio y lleno de insectos , ahora se acaba el mes y ellos me están cobrando $167 cuando mi renta es aprox $39
Es una locura , yo he llamado 3 veces a ellos y no me resuelven el problema , me tienen locked mi storage , no me dejan entrar . Dicen que no pague el mes pasado cuando ellos me tienen un Crefito a mi de $50 ya que al tratar de mudarme a una unidad más grande me volvieron a cobrar adm fee y otro candado .
Es muy desorganizado , tengo documentos que buscar el la unidad .
They sold me over phone a vacant Storage. Customer service helped me to cut a tag for a different storage unit non vacant but had black mole spotting the ceilings. Looks abandoned

Price hikes are normal and standard right after you sign up. Security is a little sketchy. Employees are really nice and helpful.
I’m really happy, because sometimes renting a space virtually for storage your goods, requires some help; in my case, the person who helped me with the rental, was very kind, she answered my questions and took her time to explain me everything about payments, dates, insurance and my space; thank you.

It was easy I did everything on my phone didn’t have to speak to anyone or go into the office. I was sent the gate code and was even supplied with a lock and keys.
I thought renting the storage would be challenging since everything is done online but it turned out to be a breeze. I paid and the next day got my gate code and unit number and a lock was waiting for me in the unit. Awesome place and great service.

My review of 5 stars, has been adjusted to 1 star because public storage are crooks as a company.
They promised a price and then they adjusted my price twice within one year in which I went from paying $144 to now paying $251 per month through a pandemic.
They lure you in with a promising price, then they start increasing the price within 4+ months.
Other storage units aren’t doing this! I will NEVER USE PUBLIC STORAGE AGAIN!!!!
