Review is for location at 11195 Alpharetta Highway location: Do not rent from this facility numerous water leaks in units and public storage haven't been able to communicate and fix the problem. Going on 8 months with water damaged items and I have to move out of the unit and I hope others are okay. Update 1-25-2023 unit is still leaking and noticed many more units leaking on 1-25-2023 be careful of renting a unit wait until it rains to see if unit is leaking.

This place is old and outdated. Lots of flooding in the streets outside the units, which brings tons of mosquitoes. We had frogs inside out storage unit. This location could definitely use an update!

Ok so not only does the rent on your unit go up the longer you've been there, but the biggest issue is the new landscape people, they are extremely lazy an literally hide their work by blowing trash an debris right under your unit intentionally!!!! I just redid my unit last week an now it looks like a birds nest!!! True enough the office staff asked to clean my unit but do you really want someone vacuuming through all your personal belongings!!!! It i happens again, we're leaving. Period.

Set up autopay and it immediately began taking double payments. Which had to talk to four different people to fix. A few months later the cost of the unit (which was marked as an introductory price) went up 125% without notification first notification was on my bank account. They prorate the first month moving in but not the moving out. Cost me $240 for 1 day of storage. And the place leaks like you wouldn't believe. I may as well have stored my stuff outside.

Showed up at 4:05 on Sunday 1/28/18 and was told to come back tomorrow. She didn't want to get the golf cart out since it was raining, and she didn't think 55 minutes (they close at 5) was enough time to rent me the unit..... however it only takes 15 mins to complete the process. She didn't have any other appointments for the rest of the day either. So, instead of taking time out of my busy shedule during the week to "come back tomorrow", I decided to go to the Public Storage down the street; same great deals and much better customer service....they actually want your business.

Rosanne was very helpful and gets 5 stars. Pub Stor, fix the breaches in your fences! It's not secure. Msg me and I'll confirm it, but just drive to the rear of the property, and you will see large holes. This constitutes properly informing you of a material breach of your fiduciary duty to protect your client's property.

I needed to use one of their units for 6 - 9 months. In that time, my monthly rate has jumped 20%. Since I had no options, I just had to pay the increase until my addition was complete. When I went to pick up a number of boxes from my unit this week, they were covered in dead roaches and roach eggs. (In case you don't know what their eggs look like, they are small black dots that resemble mouse droppings, but smaller.) A number of my boxes (nothing in my unit was food or edible) were infested with roaches or eggs! For obvious reasons, I tossed these boxes in the dumpster on site. Guess what Public Storage did - they charged me an extra $100 on my fee. Never will I use their storage facilities again

DO NOT RENT HERE! This facility is a professional theft target property. Over the past year I personally have had my entire equipment inventory stolen, TWICE! After first theft, which included dozens of units and many other vehicles breached, I upgraded the security on my equipment and thought it was a random theft. After this recent theft I've moved out. I keep insurance but that doesn't not completely cover all the costs of theft of thousands of dollars of equipment or the massive inconvenience. I just learned through police that this property has been hit at least 7 times just this year! (Anyone can check Roswell police records on Hill St.) If you value your items DO NOT rent here unless you realize that your very likely to lose anything of value. Public storage has not changed security in any way and has not bothered to repair, upgrade or warn customers of their lack of security. This is a HIGH TARGET property.

My reservation entitled me to the $1 initial month fee! I was greeted by two very pleasant individuals at the storage facility: Rosanna and Janet. I was driven in a golf cart by Rosanna to show me my exact parking spot. Very pleased with their service and assistance. Thank You!!

Just walked in and was nicely approached by this pleasant women named Ashley. She was awesome. She ran up and down the hill for me and my family because someone had the cart. She made things much more easier and faster with her attitude and character. Amazing person

I have had a storage for months at this location. Matt helped me today and he is Fantastic with customer service. He was only at this location for 2 days. Lucky for me.. I deal with a lady named Angela, she is the most rude person I have ever met in my life. I have reported her to her district manager several times. My boyfriend also has a unit here and has dealt with her nasty disposition. Angela is constantly being rude to customers,...posting what time she will return and still is not back by 20min or more. Matt is the only nice thing about this property. Thank You Matt for being so helpful...

This was my first and only experience with obtaining a storage unit and from the beginning to the end everything went like clockwork. Rosanna assisted me and walked me through the process very efficiently, and so friendly. She helped me with the codes, the lock and even a drying product to help with humidity to keep my boxes fresh and dry. I would highly recommend this location to anyone . It is very clean and well run.

We were helping our older friend (70 y.o.) move here stuff to storage. We saw the deal in the paper $25 per month, but worker in the office didn't want to give her that deal and tricked her and she paid $108 instead, plus $25 cash for the lock. When we find out about that we went to see if someone can change things around. But nothing worked. We took her stuff and moved to different storage. The company didn't want return money, finally after talking to manager they agree to return money, $108, but they kept cash money for the lock. I don't recommend this public storage.

Just letting the public know Do Not have a trailer space rented. 2 weeks ago, 5-6 trailers have been broken into with equipment stolen. This is the 2 time and the facility will not take any responsibility. The Roswell Police department is investigating.

I've always had a positive experience with this location until today when I called several times to see why my rate was increased after having the same unit for 11 months. I started calling at 2pm but no one answered until 15 minutes later which I found quite odd. Then someone named "Angela" finally answers breathing very hard. I told her I've been calling since 2pm and she proceeds to yell at me and say she was on her lunch break. I was taken aback by her brash tone and volume. I calmly gave her my acct # and explained that I just paid my bill online and was charged and extra $8. She replied well we sent you a letter and after 6 months this happens to all customers. I told her I didn't think this was fair and didn't appreciate the lack of customer service I was receiving. She replied well that's it I'm the manager so nothing can be done about it. I asked her for her full name and she refused to give it to me. She told me all I need to know is her name is Angela so I proceeded to ask for the district manager. She rudely gave me the info then asked me if that was it and hung up on me.

I had a wonderful experience with Monique and Public Storage. They went out of their way to help me find a unit that would meet my needs. Monique was very patient, kind and helpful! I would highly recommend Monique and this facility.

I rented a space at this Public Storage-Alpharetta Highway location earlier this week. I worked with Ms. Joanne, she was AWESOME!! She was so friendly and helpful along with Ms. Veronica. The process was such a breeze. She explained everything I needed to know and answered all the questions I had. I was in and out in no time! I would definitely rent from HER again! Her customer service was stellar. If I should ever need a space again, I would hope to be so fortunate to work with her again! Location: The Alpharetta location is not the prettiest PS on the block. It's pretty raggedy. It's unfortunate that such an awesome staff has to work in such a tiny hole. So that's not a staff issue, it's a corporate problem. Can we say RENOVATION!!!?? Hope this review was helpful.

I had a very difficult first experience. My space was given to a past resident. Lisa, (I believe the day manager) did an excellent job of "service recovery" and worked quickly with me to provide an acceptable alternate space. thanks you Lisa
