My experience at this location was excellent. Great staff and very professional. One that stuck out to me was a young lady by the name of Akribah(I hope I spelled it correctly). I'm a very satisfied with the service I received from this location. Customer Service from was amazing from start to finish, she was very helpful of meeting all of my needs and and very patient when explaining all details to ensure I received the correct size unit to hold everything I needed to store at that time. Very friendly atmosphere and and was right on point with communication through the whole process. I would definitely refer this storage facility to all of my family and friends . The facility was very clean, and of the overall experience I received in my time of need and I am forever thankful and wanted the world to know this location is Awesome!

The manager is amazing
No way to cancel storage. Location is not staffed during business hours. App and website have no way to cancel. The phone numbers just go to voicemail. Another person on site told me that they never see the office staff on the last day of the month. Maybe its a company policy to not staff on last day of the month (even if weekday) to help avoid cancellations. Numerous people were there trying to close out their storage and all had the same problem as me. If you do rent here, DO NOT USE Autopay or be sure to turn off approaching cancellation if you do rent from Public Storage.
Ribah, I hope I spelled it right lol is the absolute BESTTTTTTT. The best location hands down. Every time I have a concern she is ON POINT!! Lol they need to give her a raise cause she is definitely a great employee!

Jam was amazing on yesterday. She was able to answer every question we had. We reserved online and she insisted we view the space first. Soooo glad we did bc we needed bigger than what we chose during reservation. I would highly recommend her customer service as A1. She has officially made us happy unit holders. 10 stars for Jam.
