the manager riba was very helpful & friendly when i first came. and location is ALWAYS clean when i’m here.

Me and my husband purchased a unit at this location. First night we moved our things in, the gate was open and been seeing vehicles go in and out (now remind you, we are moving our things in) not knowing if this building was 24hrs or not (at the moment). They said they heard voice in the unit ig saying that we was staying in the unit, WHICH WAS A LIE!. The next day, the gate was still open...we had a dog with us this time getting some stuff out of the unit and organizing the space. One lady in the office came and peeked in our unit (door is OPEN) and she wobbled her ass back in the front, DIDN'T SAY NOTHING TO US. I get a phone call maybe the next day or two saying the first night they heard us in the unit and said the next day dogs wasn't allowed on the property (COOL, UNDERSTANDABLE!) Didn't bring the dog anymore. So a week later, my husband went to the unit to get his work clothes and tools (it's cold outside and the wind blowing) he closed the door not all the way only to just change his clothes (im otp with him the whole entire time), the property manager gone lie and say the door was all the way closed and terminated the lease, even when I was explaining what was going on, they had their minds made up about us. And I honestly feel like they was picking with us because we don't have a vehicle so we was walking to and from the storage. People need to be humble and at least be understanding

Quick, Efficient & Pleasant. After completing my reservation online, I went to this Public Storage property to complete my contract and secure my unit. It was quick, efficient and friendly. No drama, no surprises. Sekina started the process by walking me to the unit and inspecting it. Afterwards, she walked me through the contract, finalized the paperwork and answered any questions. It was easy. I have dealt with this Public Storage location before and have never had an issue. Thank you Sekina for the welcoming experience.

My experience at this location was excellent. Great staff and very professional. One that stuck out to me was a young lady by the name of Akribah(I hope I spelled it correctly). She was prompt and funny lol. We didn’t want to leave!! I’m sure that from now on we will visit this location. We appreciate her business!

Customer Service from was amazing from start to finish, she was very helpful of meeting all of my needs and and very patient when explaining all details to ensure I received the correct size unit to hold everything I needed to store at that time. The manager is amazing

No way to cancel storage. Location is not staffed during business hours. App and website have no way to cancel. The phone numbers just go to voicemail. Another person on site told me that they never see the office staff on the last day of the month. Maybe its a company policy to not staff on last day of the month (even if weekday) to help avoid cancellations. Numerous people were there trying to close out their storage and all had the same problem as me. If you do rent here, DO NOT USE Autopay or be sure to turn off approaching cancellation if you do rent from Public Storage.

Ribah, I hope I spelled it right lol is the absolute BESTTTTTTT. The best location hands down. Every time I have a concern she is ON POINT!! Lol they need to give her a raise cause she is definitely a great employee!

Jam was amazing on yesterday. She was able to answer every question we had. We reserved online and she insisted we view the space first. Soooo glad we did bc we needed bigger than what we chose during reservation. I would highly recommend her customer service as A1. She has officially made us happy unit holders. 10 stars for Jam. Her service was everything.
