This place is not professional in the way they handle situations. My family got roaches in this place and they never reached out to him. He has tried multiple times to contact them and they refuse to do anything. They promised him things that he is not getting. Just look at his post (post before this) with the roaches. They still have yet to contact him about the roaches. DONT go here and waste money and your time!

Had set up an appointment to view the storage unit. Price was better than UHaul’s. Very well mannered and helpful store manager in D’mya. Not a single complaint.

I came in this location to give my new bank information because I received a call about my payment did not go through. I had gotten a new Debit Card. So I went to to this location because it was right near my job. April was very kind and helpful. She said someone should have told me to download the app and I could have paid online or from my phone. She showed me how to use it. Also she said I did not need my Routing # and Ck Acct number to pay. She was nice enough to take my payment and enter my new Debit Card # and then put in a request to take off the late charge.

There was an issue trying to get first day access, but since then everything has been fine. The unit was very clean on the first day. I just hope it stays dry inside, as there is no step up into the unit.

We ordered beers that they didn't know how to make... Snakebite, Black Velvet. Not impressed at all as an Irish pub. Was our first time there and we won't be back. Just a bar like any other. Did not have much of a selection of irish beers,even the cider was American.

Tenoa was super helpful and a joy to work with. I had to get a storage unit for a client of mine and I was trying to make an appointment and kept having to push back and she was gracious and very accommodating. She was working with another couple when I arrived and I stayed outside at first (social distancing) and she welcomed me in and helped me keep a safe distance. She gave me directions to my storage unit at my request and was in a great location and easy to get in and out of. Her computer was running slow and she kept apologizing! Overall I would rent from them again!

Pretty small storage unit specially with a big truck, ask manager to move their personal vehicle so other cars could go in since my storage unit was right by entrance and she refuse!!!

She also recommended a moisture absorber (which they sell) to protect my stuff because of where my unit is, the air gets really damp when it rains. I would definitely recommend this place.

This is the crappiest storage place I have ever seen, they're overpriced and after 1 month of not getting paid they auctioned off my storage unit for less than what I was going to pay to keep it. ridiculous...

CASEY was very professional and courteous when she help me pick out a storage unit she explained to me every thing I needed to know from when my payments are due to the specials the had. The storage unit was nice and clean . With that said I want to say Thank you to Casey.

The manager there is a liar. I was told if I have all of my stuff out of the unit plus the unit is clean and unlocked I would not be charged the following month for rent. although I had all of my stuff out of the unit and it was unlocked and clean and I checked in with the front counter person the day before and called her on the day of the first I was still charged on the second because she said that she was not there to make her walk. Even though I called her on the day of the 1st at 9:08 a.m. and she said she hasn't made her walk yet she still lied straight to my face and charged my card $160 and my daughter and I could not eat for 4 days because she took the money out of my account because she didn't want to do her job properly. She's a fast talker and a straight up liar. Ohh..do you like rats and roaches...cause you get em both when you put your stuff in these units. I really hope she loses her job ... So does my daughter.

The facility was easy to locate. My aunt was forced to move out of her large home and move in with family members due to health conditions. She told they didn't drill out locks, after I asked her multiple times. After I hired a lock smith. I found out they do drill out locks for free. Confirmed by the district manager. Horrible customer service. Will never use this location again.

I have had nothing but wonderful service from Barbara since becoming a tenant here.

We had to get several units to store basically our entire housefull of our things. Several weeks later they sent us a notice that our monthly rent, which was already over $400, was going up considerably. And obviously we had no choice but to pay it until we were finally in our new home and were able to move everything out. I understand small price hikes but going from just over $400 to just under $500 was a bit ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this place based off if that and the fact that you HAVE to buy their locks which at $20 per unit cost us another $80. And when you're finished with the units you're stuck with $20 locks that are useless anywhere but there.

It was just around the corner from where we were moving. Just a little disappointed about reserving over the phone....vs, going in to the facility. Pricing was different on the phone, in person and on line?? Go to the facility to get the best price.

The company lures you in with a $1.00 move in special. They Quote you a per month price. After six months they raise your rent by $10.00-$15.00. after another six months they raise your storage payment another $10.00-$15.00. Public Storage also makes you pay mandatory renters insurance. I`m sure the rental insurance company is a subsidiary of the Public storage corporation.

My family and I have recently been looking for a storage unit in between our old home and our new home. We came across the public storage on 434 store number 07030, the woman there Jennifer, she was so knowledgeable and friendly. She definitely made the chore of finding a reasonably priced storage unit much more easy and enjoyable. I took the information she provided me with right back to my husband and he was thrilled with the prices I had received and decided we would be using your facility on 434 when the time came, thank you so much! I will definitely be recommending you to friends and relatives!

A wonderful place always open no matter how late or how early I need to go. A trustworthy person running the place making sure that nobody is trying to break in and steal belongings. Decently priced for the units and a lot of storage space. Over all just a wonderful place to keep things that clutter around the house.

Rented from Oct. 2014 - June 2015. Access was easy anytime during their very broad service hours. Our stuff stayed dry and no evidence of bugs or pests was ever observed. Not a lot of contact with staff, but the few times we needed someone they were readily available, polite, and helpful. Would rent here again if needed.

Kim was awesome. I had some issues with my gate code and it took awhile to figure out but she was overly helpful and friendly. We resolved the issues in less than 10 minutes and I haven't had any problems since then.

Hey, What can you say. It's storage. Staff was generally nice and helpful when we needed them. Location was convenient. Moved our stuff down the street for climate controlled storage. We used this location for around 15 years with no problems.

Kim was great. My son wanted to put his big boy pants on and move out of my house.. So he decided to store his things until he gets settled in at his friends house. Kim was really nice and made sure my son understood everything. The property was very clean.. The BATHROOM was clean.. I know because i looked. I would definitely recommend this location! It was a success!

I stopped in yesterday to rent a storage unit and was greeted by Mike (manager on duty) as I walked in the door. It was nice that he promptly looked up from his other work and not only acknowledged me, but gave me his undivided attention as well. The rental process went smoothly, he told me the different sizes and monthly prices for each storage unit and was very helpful in discussing each of them to help me decide on the best size for my needs. He also showed me each of the sizes of the units we had discussed. When it came time for the paperwork, it was all very straight forward and hassle free. They have a special of a $1 for the month's rent going on and it really is $1. There are no hidden fees like some other places kind of do. Mike was very patient in waiting for me to sign all the paperwork too because I like to read it all before I sign things. Many places are in a rush to hurry you in and out of their business. For this Public Storage facility in particular, Mike's patience and full explanations were not only helpful but he took his time in doing it too. Having rented a few storage units in the past, I would highly recommend this Winter Springs Public Storage Location. I will also add that I had forgotten when we looked at the units to make sure there was no evidence of water leaks and etc. I mentioned it to Mike after I had rented the unit. Instead, of rushing me away with a quick explanation, he gave me an explanation of how they maintain the units AND then offered to take me back over to the unit for me to see. Now, even though he knows their units are leak-free, I liked that he took the time to take me back over and make sure that I was okay with the particular storage unit I had rented. It not only made me feel better, but was also nice to know that he cared enough to make sure I was comfortable with the unit I had rented. Additionally, about the units specifically, I could tell by observation of the office, the drive on the property, and looking inside the units themselves that it is all well maintained, clean and bug-free. I would also add that I like these units in particular because the ceilings are solid metal and NOT the mesh chicken wire that you see in some storage unit places, this helps to prevent any of your neighbors "pets" from getting into yours. Having experience in inspecting properties for signs of water damage for FEMA during the hurricanes years ago, I can say that I saw no evidence of any water issues. Many of other storage companies have worn out rubber trim at the bottom of the doors which is a water source during our afternoon thunderstorms, and for this storage facility, of the units I saw, all of these were in great shape. This storage facility also has a 24 hour on-site Manager who lives on the property in addition to the security gates where you enter your code to get in. I am giving this a review of 5 stars for sure as it's not often you interact with a business that has a courteous and knowledgeable staff, a good product, a clean business, and reasonable pricing (although their prices on boxes seemed high to me, honestly you can get boxes cheaper at Office Depot or Staples. However, I did purchase a good lock which was cheaper than most you would find online). I would even drive further out of my way to rent from this storage unit rental place if I had to because of the wonderful staff and great maintenance of the facility.

This Winter Springs Public Storage location was wonderful! We had to move quickly and having a storage space to keep some of our things to move in gradually over a number of months to our new house made a huge difference. Barbara maintains a very clean facility and we were definitely pleased with our experience. Should we need to rent a space again, we will be back!

I was very pleased by the services rendered by the managers on duty (Michael). Two months ago I was very in need of the storage to put my stuffs. They were so helpful to give me a unit which I have not given a notice to change from one to another on the same day. Michael had done a lot help for me. One time I asked a favor to help me close the door because I injured my hand and I could not pulled and closed the door if not for his kind heart I don't know what to do. Thank you very much for their help.

Property maintained very well

The facility is always clean. Barbara is very friendly when we go there. She was very helpful in determining the size of the storage unit that I would need.

This has been the best storage unit that we have had. when we first went there we were under a lot stress and a very difficult time for us we had just relocated back to Florida but Barbara the Manager went through everything she was very helpful and very caring and very professional in other words our first impression was awesome. The the property is always very clean, the unit is huge everything was clean and and the bathroom is always clean as well. Every time we go there Barbara always greets us with a big smile and has always asked us if we need anything she is always very helpful and very sweet anything we need she always goes that extra step to help us. As I was shown the unit I noticed how clean the unit and the property were, they obviously took pride in this property. Since I was renting a climate controlled unit I paid attention to the A/C units and saw that they were high quality units with no evidence of leaking or other problems. Barb, the manager who showed me the property and the unit, answered all my questions. She obviously knew her property and company procedures. Her personality, knowledge and desire to help me get the unit that was what I needed are what convinced me to rent from Public Storage.
