Visited this facility from out of town inquiring about a storage space since I’ll be moving there in a few days. I was assisted by Manny whom was very pleasant and gave me all the information I needed he was very communicative , informative and very friendly . Additionally I want to point out the overall appearance of the facility stood out to me due to its cleanliness which is a big factor for me in deciding on what location to go with . Overall a great experience & highly recommendable!

May 5, 2023 . have a terrible service. waited for the manager for 2 hours on the street from 11 am to 1 pm . 2 hours later he opened from the inside. he looked like he had just woken up. the manager didn't show us what the unit looks like so we could figure out how much space we need. we went to another place in extra space.

I had a storage unit at this place/location. Suddenly I get an email stating that I had successfully vacated the unit. I had not requested to vacate any unit, I had not been in the storage facility in a few days. I was surprised about getting this email at 5:30 PM just 30 minutes before closing the business day. I started calling the storage facility and no one would pick up. I called the corporate office and they had no way of telling whether I had vacated and whether I had lost thousands of dollars in equipment that I use for work. Then, it took 3 days to get back access to my storage unit. It's by far the worse customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I took my things and I am taking my business somewhere else. It's just terrible this place got 5 stars.

Storing some medical equipment here for a little while as were getting ready to open up a medical clinic down here and I can say that I’ve been pleasantly surprised with how well kept up and clean this facility is. Normally public storage and warehouse facility is can be a hassle but the management has been fantastic and very reasonable. Normally don’t leave reviews for places like this but I have to say they’ve gone above and beyond what I would’ve expected so I wanted to show my gratitude. I came into the office to inquire about storage since I will be moving next month and I have never had to rent a storage and spoke to Mercedes. She was very helpful and knowledgeable with answering all my questions. Her customer service skills are awesome and she's very nice. Today was very good day for me. I came in looking to rent a unit for the very first time I had no idea how to go by this I've never needed a storage place before but here comes the best person who could have possibly been working this morning and she helped me out tremendously!!! Her people skills are on point, her customer service is even better I thank her so much! Shout out to mercy from the public storage on 38th St.

Yadira is HIGHLY recommended! I can't say enough about her cheerful attitude. She is always helpful when I forget my gate code or need supplies. The units are very safe, and with a gate code AND cut-proof cylinder lock, I have peace of mind.

I was shopping around for storages, I came across this property. Not only was the property clean, Yadira the manager on duty was very nice and very helpful. She helped me with all of my storage needs. I did not end up renting at the moment because I will not need it until February. But I will return back to this facility to store my belongings.

My mother lives in FL. and we just recently started keeping things in this facility. Yadira was so amazingly helpful, friendly and efficient in her job! She really went above and beyond to make sure we got all the assistance that we needed! Hands down the BEST PUBLIC STORAGE place we have ever used and will continue to use! Thanks SOO MUCH THIS GIRL NEEDS A RAISE!!! :)

THE ONLY THINK WE WERE CONFUSED ABOUT WAS THE DOLLAR RENT SHE DID EXPLAIN BUT WE FELT THAT RESERVARION SHOULD EXPLAIN THAT A LOCK IS NEEDED THAT WE HAVE TO BUY. I FEEL THEY SHOYLD GO OVER INSURANCE TOO BECAUSE I FELT IT WAS CONFUSING AND MISLEADING. However, Cielo did explain in detail and was nice and very patient and helpful.

I have been with Pubkuc Storage for many years. Both sandra And cielo have been more than helpful with no problems. My only issue with Public storage is the rent increase price to high but I have stored here seven years I think public storage should go easy on the rent.
