We had a very good experience at this location. The Property Manager was very helpful and professional. The computers were down when we arrived, but he went out of his way to facilitate a storage space for us while the computers got back online to avoid wasting time. He also gave us very good advice regarding our move and care for our storage items. We appreciate the kind and professional services. The units are convenient because they're drive-up units, so there's no need to enter a building and deal with elevators. They were also very clean and safe with security cameras throughout and safety fencing surrounding the property. Keep in mind that the units are not temperature-controlled and they don't have power or light inside of the units.

We had such an easy experience from setting up reservation to move in. Computers had been down, yet everyone we spoke to was friendly and went out of the way to help. The on-site property manager was filled with knowledge for all our questions, very honest and went the extra mile. Excellent. Highly recommend.
