Then I found this one, and from the very first call, they offered real promotions — not like those places that change the deal when you show up. April helped me from the start and was super kind. Troy was provided fantastic customer service. I made an online reservation and Troy called for the follow up. He answered every single question I had, Provided me with several options to choose from, and even gave specific detail on how I could measure from home how big the unit is and how it may accommodate my items.
I decided to drop by the facility the day before moving in just so I could lay eyes on the unit and Troy was the same person at the desk with whom I'd previously spoken. He Was able to change my move-in date to That same day so that I could view the unit and get my lock.
Troy is highly professional and informative improvise ex exemplary customer service. I would definitely refer others because of the great customer experience he provided.

Came back a month later and April was the biggest help during my move process and helped tremendously.
Not only did she hold the unit I wanted for me she insured she'll be in the morning to meet me and show me the unit. April was on top of her game and always is as I just came in for a quick question and she answered with no hesitation.

I have been a customer of Public Storage for over 25 years, even back when they were Shurguard Storage. I have had multiple lockers at 4 locations, all satisfactory experiences. But my latest locker at the Knights Road location in Hollywood, Florida is my best experience ever. The manager, Marissa, is the most “on the ball” manager I’ve ever had. She runs a tight ship and is super friendly and helpful. I’m moving my other two lockers to that location because I’m most satisfied with Marissa.

Just when i thought all hope was lost Associate Marisa was fantastic and helpful. I was planning on changing storage companies due to the high increase in my rent but then i spoke to Marisa. I had spoken to a male representative about a month ago who was not helpful and disregarded my bill request for help on my unit. he said nothing could be done and just shut me down even though i have never asked for help before and have been a customer for years now. With everything increasing i needed some financial assistance from Public Storage. I am so thankful I got Marisa on the phone, she managed to help in the request to lower the cost of my monthly rent. She was empathetic to my situation and managed to lower the rate of my property unit. I will forever be thankful Marisa. Thank you for your amazing customer service, thank you for your understanding and for being a kind human. This worlds need more people like Marisa. I will continue my business with Public Storage because of Marisa. Thank you again Marisa you are wonderful and i look forward to one day meeting you and thank you in person.

J'Nia provided excellent customer service to me. She knew exactly what she was talking about and created such an amazing renting experience for me. I've been storing here for awhile now and I must say they have a sophisticated employee on their hands.
In a time where contact-free delivery and curbside service has become the norm, it is great to know that some places still have A+ customer service, complete with a smile! Marissa is AWESOME!! She knows her job and does it really well. I walked in completely unsure of what I wanted and was treated like a VIP! I got a tour of different units and was immediately convinced I had lucked into the right place. There are 100 storage unit facilities on I95, and from the highway they all look the same. It’s only when you walk into the lobby of this specific Public Storage that you realize how important Marissa’s expertise is!! I can’t say enough about the positive experience and highly recommend this property!
Marissa is absolutely amazing! Super courteous, professional and very helpful. I had selected the a unit that ended up being too small for what we needed and her knowledge and patience allowed me to transfer to a larger unit.
