The best facility I have ever had the pleasure of renting from. Ever staff member has been polite and helpful from the very first day. Management is superb and have went above and beyond for me.

RATS in one storage unit. 3 months with them only baiting our unit (so they didn't let other renters know, most likely). Not just one or 2. INFESTED. Finally baited the entire facility. Moved us to another unit... INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES Spoke with the district manager, Rachel, who is about as useful as a hemorrhoid. Said sorry, not our problem. DO NOT RENT HERE. COMPLETE DUMP.

I’ve been storing a few things here for a little over a year and I’ve never had an issue. The staff is professional and always smiling. My unit has never been tampered with nor have I had an issue with any of the other tenants.

You need to meet Sue (the others are nice too, but you need to meet Sue).Great people and a great place to store your stuff. They never failed to call and update me about my affairs and even worked with me when I faced challenges with payment. Sue is a wonderful person to work with. The facility is always well secure, clean, and well kept. Management is always on hand when you have issues as well. I highly recommend that specific storage facility.

Not only in the capacity of her job as a representative of Public Storage but as a human being. Because of her care and attention, we were able to continue using Public Storage. Her friendly demeanor along with her knowledge and commitment make this location shine above all others.

I have been renting at the Central Parkway location for several years. I’m on the property almost daily. I have seen managers come and go. Some were OK, some were just rude and didn’t enjoy their jobs. However, when Sue came in things changed. She is fantastic! She is always smiling while saying “hello.” You’ll find her walking the property and asking you if everything is OK. If you want to find a storage facility with management that cares, may I suggest you come see Sue? She’ll treat you kind!

Late attention bad

I tried four storage companies (1 or 2 were Public Storage) and received incomplete info e.g., "we have a 48" high 5'x5' storage locker" for a complete bedroom suite of furniture, but was not told furniture had to be hauled up a ladder to the "locker." This was RECTIFIED by Sue Campbell who was knowledgeable, communicative and friendly. Very professional and efficient. Thank you, Sue!

April 2021 - Sue at the Altamonte location off Central Prkwy, is absolutely incredible. Super helpful, personable and provided a better solution to misquoted availability and pricing information from the consultant who answered the main customer service line of the company. Just got a storage unit in Orlando after 5pm on Easter Sunday. ✅ My day started before 4am and logged apx 400 miles from Orlando to West Palm to Orlando... ✅ Took a nap when I got back around 2pm. ✅ Woke up, sans alarm at 4:45pm. ✅ Called @ 4:45pm, at the storage office front door by 4:50pm. ✅ They closed at 5. ✅ I felt bad for the rep but she said she had to stay until after 5 anyway. ✅ Her mom called tho and she had to call her back. ✅ I always did the same on Easter or any other day when my mom called. ✅ Access Granted! ✅ Just in the Nick of time! ✅

We just rented a unit yesterday. When we went to put some things in the unit today we notice the lights were not on, it felt a little unsafe. We called later that morning and spoke to Maryann and told her about the issue she quickly offered a different uint that had better light, and also said she would report the problem to be fixed as soon as possible. Not only did Tina patiently take the time to fix the issue (that was not her fault), she was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I will say this locations Gate set up makes no sense. If you go down the wrong row you'll have to pull a u turn to be able to get to the code box, and even then u have to go through it at an angle... The storage units are clean and lights work

Great location and clean. I was assisted by Linda who was very informative and accommodating. I wasn't comfortable with the first unit I looked at. Linda understood and she found one to my liking. I like the fact they open early enough to avoid morning traffic. The contract was not complicated, simple as well as adding insurance.

I had a negative experience with another facility, but checked with a nice manager in Fern Park, who apologized and took the time to find my small 5x5 Climate Controlled unit at another Public Storage on West Central Florida Parkway. While it is quite a bit further from our home, we couldn’t be happier than we are with the property and Karen. Karen took the time to listen to me and gave me what I needed, not what she wanted to sell me...like the other location had done. This morning, I had gone to the original location to finish my paperwork and start my lease. The manager had required an appointment and said she would call on Friday to remind me and make sure all was still set. Friday came and went, no call - I can live with that. I came in this morning to sign up and start moving in to the unit on the third floor at the opposite end of their unit and asked what happened to the reminder call. She blew it off saying she was not working on Friday. No apologies !! The same person who blew off the price difference in the On Line listings, ignoring it after looking at the lower price quote on my phone, saying prices fluctuate day to day. I told her we had just pulled the price up at another unit that didn’t have climate controlled units available ( We were sent by another manager. ) We started working on the paperwork and she started adding things to the bill, $20 lock - my Heavy Duty Masterlock was good enough for ammo boxes, missile silos and Armored Car Companies, but not Public Storage. Then the final straw... I HAD to PURCHASE their insurance to store our dishes and kitchenware for an additional $12 to $17 a month. After explaining my personal insurance would cover this, she then replied I would HAVE TO AT LEAST PURCHASE THE FIRST MONTH and then bring a letter from our company saying it was covered. My word wasn’t good enough. She then went on how some people’s renter’s insurance didn’t cover items stored elsewhere and some people didn’t carry any insurance at all. Even after reminding her I was an older Homeowner and had more than adequate insurance, she insisted I purchase. I left. Luckily, I stopped at another facility on the way home and was sent to our new storage unit in Altamonte Springs. Two wonderful people who more than made up for the inconvenience of the morning. Oh yeah, By The Way... This unit is on the ground floor less than 30 feet from the front door !!! Welcome Home 😎 Thank You Karen and Public Storage.

Absolutely phenomenal service. When I went there to purchase some merchandise I felt very welcome the lady in the office Kristina was very helpful and even helped me with some items I did not even know I needed. Definitely recommend this place to everyone I know!!!!

Justin is really great! He is so informative and helpful and goes the extra mile to ensure you know all the rules and regulations. Great customer service is really important to me and I would recommend this storage facility location!!

I dealt with Justin at this location. He was nice and friendly. The only issue I had was the up sale now I know this happens everywhere but Justin told me I HAD to purchase Public Storages lock but seems this is not true. Justin stated that everyone HAD to purchase the Public Storage lock and when I said to him, on the walk through I noticed other locks that were not theirs. Justin stated that these people had payment issues and their locks had to be cut and so since they got their account straightened out they were not made to repurchase another lock from Public Storage. I do have an email in to check on this and I called but missed them yesterday but will be calling back.

I met Justin at the Silver Star location he was very pleasant in helping me clear out my storage unit. I went to the Altamonte location to rent another unit that was closer to my home and when I walked in I saw JUSTIN he remembered my name and he had a very friendly attitude!

DO NOT RENT FROM CENTRAL PARKWAY PUBLIC STORAGE, WE WERE RIPPED OFF: Originally we were VERY happy with our dealings with this location, but within a week it went VERY badly. We were mistakenly led to believe that the unit we were renting had 2 working electric lights and 4 working plugs, and I rented it on the spot. Basically that electricity came with our rent. (This staff member was on loan from another location.) A few days later, we discovered these weren't “on” so we let the front office know. They called back and said, “We don't know where the breaker box is for this unit.” Whaaat? When I questioned further, then I was told, there hasn't been power in that unit for over a year! So I asked can I run an extension cord to my unit, can I move into a unit that DOES have power, and any other idea I could think of. The answer was “No, and your rent stays the same.” We asked to be released from the unit and a full refund. After a few phone calls to a manager, this staff member was told, you can release them from their unit. Our rent had been $290 a month plus several first-time fees, total $355, and second month free. So the manager tells this staff member, They can't have back any from January (I'd only been in there a week), but you can give them back February rent.... which was $0, of course. So basically, NO refund, no satisfaction, no apology from the manager. We called this manager several times to talk, but he never answered or returned the calls. So we're out $355, a complete rip-off. (SIDE NOTE: The unit was filled with spider egg sacs and rat droppings anyway, I had cleaned it out before I found out there was no electricity.) GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I want everyone to know that the manager, Connell and his staff at this location are the best in customer service. I had the unfortunate need to have my things in storage for two years and during that time I downsized from two units to one. The first unit was inside with my overflow in the outdoor unit. I needed to purge and up to the final hour as a customer, this manager, Connell, and all the staff I ever needed to call on were the most kind, friendly and helpful people you could imagine. They they don't make people like the team working there and I want to say THANK YOU all for ALWAYS being calm, kind and helpful. Keep doing what you do! You are doing a fantastic job helping people. I filled everything out online the same day I wanted to get the unit. The manager (Connell) gave me a call right away to set up a time for me to come get it. When I arrived, everything was ready and the process could not have been easier. The unit was clean and exactly what I was hoping for. He even stopped and made sure I could use my gate code and that it was working. Highly recommend.

How can I get information about this storage space. I always get someone at the Hunt Club storage and numbers are not listed for the individual storage addresses.

It was really pleasant experience with Nakia. She was very knowledgeable about the unit and was not pushy at all which was nice. It was quick, easy to rent and get everything done!

Needed to send some Christmas gifts to my grandchildren and stopped by yesterday to pick up some packing materials. I've leased storage space here several times now. The location is fantastic for the easy access from I-4. You will notice their entire facility is clean and professionally run. My review rating only falls short of five stars due to the value. In four years the price for the same unit has doubled and I don't feel it's the most cost effective option anymore for medium or long term storage. In every other sense, however, this place is one hundred percent.
