Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 425 New Churchmans Road, New Castle, DE

Recommend. Customer service was great. Bria took time to explain things, answer questions, and give recommendations. The premises are in good condition and easy to enter from both directions on Churchman's Rd. No climate control and need to bring your own light to the outside units, but that's fine with me.

Mis Bria was very helpful with the whole process. She walked me through the make sure i got the great rate.

I am a soon to be customer with Public Storage. I had some in general questions about the storage options available, price ranges, things of that nature. The property manager Bree was extremely well informed and able to help me with all my questions. I will most definitely be choosing this Public Storage in particular for all my storage needs. 10/10 recommend this business!

Public storage raised my monthly rate till the point that we had to surrender our storage unit with all of our family sentimental items there gone now forever after this month I can’t afford to pay the new rate and will have to surrender my belongings this is horrible I feel so bad after 5 years there is nothing to show for all the thousands of dollars we have spent keeping our stuff in storage and now its over I’m going to make sure that public storage does not just get away with this without consequences. It’s not right it’s very wrong to raise your rates over 3x the amount for the same storage unit I would have been able to clear it out come spring time but now I’m going to lose everything thanks for nothing public storage and I called to try and seek help I was rudely met with backlash and was told if I can’t pay I won’t have access so I tried everything I could do…. Now I guess I got just live with it ……!

Visited today and spoke with a very sweet young lady named Rusany. It has been hard trying to find storage I am comfortable paying for during my time of move, but this girl here walked me though step by step of how to online rent when I was ready and even gave me a business card to reach back out on. I appreciate the help and will definitely be storing with public storage.

Andrea and Jessica are awesome. Jessica took the time to show me 3 units before i decided on one and Andrea walked me through the whole proses. They are a great team. Very nice and accommodating to my needs. Would aways store here.

Greetings to all, I have been renting from Public Storage for a little over 2 years. Since being a customer with Public Storage, I have always had great experiences with the staff that work at this office site. I have been in communication with Bria (Manager) for the last 6 months regarding my storage space and available options. She has always been very professional and pleasant to speak with and work with. If you’re late when she calls for a reminder she is not rude and explains respectfully the process of making a payment. If I have an questions or concerns I always get a response within 48-72 hours; which is great because most times you cannot speak to someone directly at a company. If you are able to speak to someone they are not always helpful or nice when inquiring about your account. I greatly appreciate the help and the services that I have received since renting a space. I feel as though my items are safe and secure. Again, Bria has been really helpful and has exceed the expectations and has provided the best service for me to ease the stress of dealing with a storage facility. I thank her and every employee at this location as they have been really supportive, respectful and helpful. I feel comfortable with this location and would recommend it to anyone looking to rent a storage unit. Thank you for your time. A. Johnson

They even made a call over to the units in new castle to see if that would work out with one of the climate control units they had there. Bria was amazing. I’ve been having the worst moving process and she was just a breath of fresh air. Even before getting to me, she was so helpful and kind with the customer before me. She explained everything very thoroughly and walked me through the entire process to set up my storage account, get into my unit and was just honestly so helpful. She also gave me recommendations on where I could get a uhaul from or just a moving truck in general. Thank you Bria! I hope you get a raise off of the happiness & easy process you’ve provided me.

I highly recommend this storage facility. It's very clean, well-maintained, and affordable. In addition the staff is friendly and efficient. I recently had a billing problem and Bree was so helpful in assisting me with resolving my issue. She was knowledgeable and patient and provided excellent customer service.

I normally don't post anything but I had a great experience with the site manager Bria as I needed to transferred from one unit to a larger unit. She was very professional and checked on me near the end of the the day since I had a lot of items to transfer due to being a valued customer at this same location for over 25 years.
