The four stars is mostly due to raising of the rent (see below). Pros: • Michelle (property manager) was very friendly and helpful! When my rent was raised, she proactively found a way to get it back down. That was SUPER appreciated! • The move-in and move-out experience was smooth. • The facility was kept up and clean! Cons: • The cost–it gets very expensive. • The office hours are sporadic and there was usually no one physically there when I was there calls required calls back, most of the time. • Though Michelle helped offset this (thanks to her, again), the company "punishes" people for being longer-term customers by raising rent. They really need to do away with that.

Remodel is beautiful

Just had the best experience renting my storage unit. I was able to get a 5x10 for what others charge for a 5x5 or 5x8! Anna was able to get me in and out quickly and the units are spotless. I liked the cameras covering the whole property. I'm happy!

I might not like public storage in general. Only from bad experience in the past. Where I was unloading my Uhaul into my unit. And basically had 2 call the state sheriff 2 come and let us out. The gates both door like one. And roll big gate one had locked due 2 power outage. But the office people at this one. Made me fill more at ease. As well as Mrs. Michelle the manager noticed I was handicap. And changed my unit 4 me from the one I had reserved & paid 4 online. 2 a easier accessible 1 for me. Kept the property clean from trash and snow friendly. So I could get in and out safely. Moving is always stressful and hard. But when someone goes extra distance 2 help make easier not just because it a job. Makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE!! Thx girl

Michelle showed us different units and helped us find one that was exactly what we needed and within our budget. We ended up not needing the unit, but if that changes we’ll definitely be calling Michelle.

I kept my stuff here for over 4 years. Moved everything out today because I finally have room for it. Everything was safe and clean the entire time. Very easy access to the location when you need to get into your unit. Michelle was incredibly helpful the entire time. If I ever need a storage unit again, she will be the first one I contact. This place was a very decent storage, nice and secure, from what I saw the units were in excellent condition. The only reason I'm not their anymore is cause I built my own little shed in my back yard. Staff their were great people to work with on the billing side of things.

Our 6-month rental was smooth and stress-free! We rented the unit 100% online and we’re texted our gate code prior to move-in. Billing was straight forward and autopay was easy. It was never busy trying to get in or out. Michelle (site manager) was always friendly, helpful, and made check-out a breeze!

This place is AWESOME... easy to access and I feel safe knowing my stuff is secure with 24 hour onsite staff. Very clean and friendly.

Tyson and the other staff member whose name is escaping me were both very accommodating and patient as I just needed a temporary space to store my things during my transition to a new state. The rates are affordable and no issues with storage.

I would not recommend using this storage facility! They tell you that they pro-rate when you sign up, but they DO NOT! They will lie to you to get your business. You will lose your money!

These people are con artists. They definitely do not stand by the 100% satisfaction guaranteed statement posted in the office. The day I came in to secure the unit prior to closing time I spoke to Alicia. She said if you need the next size up it won't be a problem, there are a couple open. Less than 24hrs later, before moving anything in, I came back to get the larger unit. Conviently her response was "oh I'm sorry we are all out." The next size available was over double what the original unit cost and way to much space. Alicia refused to transfer the credit to another PS facility with the size available. When I discovered they were not going to work with me I asked for a refund. That's when she stumbled over her words saying that you have to do that with in 24 hours, I mean the same day! So I told them I would dispute the charge with my Card company. Less than 30 min later I receive a call from Alicia at Public Storage. After I signed a lease with the MUCH nicer, cleaner and professional Extra Space Storage off 96th and Federal. Alicia told me that they would reverse everything if I came back to remove the lock from the unit. So I came down to removed the lock from the unit. I placed the lock on the counter. Alicia was on the phone with her boss. After listening to mhmm, okaay, yeaah, mhmm, okaay, yeaah for about five minutes she finally hung up the phone. At which point she went back on her word of doing the refund. Telling me that she would get the larger unit for the same cost as the next size up. I asked Alicia, Why she was unwilling to do this at first. That I have already secured another unit somewhere else. In short Avoid Public Storage at all cost. There are other storage places that are newer/cheaper. Extra space Storage off 96th and Federal is WAY nicer than this whole.

on Sunday February 18 I visited your location on worth & quivas Ramona the Manager on duty was very helpful I ain't ready to rent my storage but had lots of questions about prices she explained the monthly rent & promotions that public storage offers I will be back to this location when I'm ready to store my property. thank u for the awesome service Ramona

Alicia was very helpful and was able to fix some problems I had at another facility.

I had an issue that almost prevented me from being able to get a unit, but Alicia listened to me and realized that this was not my fault. She was able to pull some strings and get me squared away. Alicia had a very positive attitude and was extremely helpful in explaining everything to me. Would highly recommend this location!

This place is a joke. Terrible customer service, don't ask for help it won't get done and if does it'll take weeks. Needed a new lock, but I guess it'll take weeks to get that done at this point, meanwhile I still am paying for a storage unit I can't access.

First time ever needing storage and had no idea what size I needed. Alicia was great got me into the right size storage quick with no hassles answered all my questions will definitely recommend.

Everything went very smoothly and everything handled quickly and professionally by Alicia the property manager. The online special made everything affordable. They take care of everything from insurance to locks so you don't have to worry about anything while you may have 1000 other things going on at the same hectic time. The facility is very clean, the staff is very helpful and answered every question I had.

I needed a 5 x 8 unit and I was lucky to get the only one available. They are 99% full. I spoke to PJ and Jessica, both very friendly and great service. The grounds, buildings and the unit was well kept, clean and bright. I couldn't have asked for better service.

I am not happy with this facility. I scheduled my move in date to my new house on the 7th and I was mistakenly told they will prorate my rent. WRONG! Only through the 1st 6 days is company policy. They require the full month. Not cool. And the lady there was condescending and sarcastic who kept calling me honey & sweetie. I also had them delete the original credit card on file a few months ago while I was in the office and they charged it anyway instead of the new one. I am a business owner and I know how important customer service is. They don't do what they say!

Came in to get some pricing and spoke to Jami. She was very knowledgable and beyond helpful. Unfortunatley there were no units available in my price range or the size that I needed, but she did put me on a wait list. I will definately recommend this location. Thanks for the all help.

This location is vey well kept. Staff here is always friendly. Martha answered all of my questions and recommended how to keep my belongings safe from dirt and bugs. I will recommend this facility to everyone. They truly care and it shows.
