Today I had the honor of being helped by a young lady by the name of Kayla. She was extremely kind and polite and she really knew her unit sizes. I was not sure what size unit I need it for a half a garage so she showed me two different ones. Which allowed me to make an informed decision. She also answered all of my questions without hesitation. So I say way to go Kayla. I hope when I need or someone else needs service there that she's still around.

Katie, Brittany and Pauline were immensely helpful. I had to take my review down to four stars because this place is not open at the posted hours and it's very inconvenient unfortunately.
I have had a great experience with Public Storage from the start. My concerns have been heard and taken care of, and the communication between me and the manager Pauline is great as she is very responsive.The grounds are kept clean and I don’t have to worry about people loitering. My safety is their concern. If you need a storage unit reach out to Pauline at the Public Storage in Federal Heights.
Pauline has made storing at public storage worth it again. Shes patient and has gone the extra mile to help make me feel comfortable. Poor girl deserves a golf cart for all that walking and two thumbs up for her dedication to please.

The gate is updated so you don't have to get in and out of a big moving truck using the app. we had 10x30ft unit and downsized into a 5x10ft.

I recently rented there and I only needed storage for a month. The manager, I think her name was Shannon took her time and showed me the unit and explained the steps I needed to do at the end of month . Thank you for a easy process during stressfull move.

Moving out of my house was stressful enough and then I realized the storage space I had rented was too small so I was in tears. Shannon was great!
