DONT STORE WITH PUBLIC STORAGE!!Came in to this location on quivas with my 9 yearold son there was a female employee named Jordan working I explained to her that I was looking for a storage unit We were interrupted by your cell phone she was was arguing with somebody then it got heated and she was using foul language Then abruptly they hung up She's got back focused When we went back outside i told my son to go back and sit on the car and wait for me i then told her that it was extreemly un Professional to act like you did infront of my son she stated she didnt give a fxxk she stated if i didnt like it to go somewhere else so i did

The four stars is mostly due to raising of the rent (see below). Pros: • Michelle (property manager) was very friendly and helpful! When my rent was raised, she proactively found a way to get it back down. That was SUPER appreciated! • The move-in and move-out experience was smooth. • The facility was kept up and clean! Cons: • The cost–it gets very expensive. • The office hours are sporadic and there was usually no one physically there when I was there calls required calls back, most of the time. • Though Michelle helped offset this (thanks to her, again), the company "punishes" people for being longer-term customers by raising rent. They really need to do away with that.
Remodel is beautiful
Just had the best experience renting my storage unit. I was able to get a 5x10 for what others charge for a 5x5 or 5x8! Anna was able to get me in and out quickly and the units are spotless. I liked the cameras covering the whole property. I'm happy!

I might not like public storage in general. Only from bad experience in the past. Where I was unloading my Uhaul into my unit. And basically had 2 call the state sheriff 2 come and let us out. The gates both door like one. And roll big gate one had locked due 2 power outage. But the office people at this one. Made me fill more at ease. As well as Mrs. Michelle the manager noticed I was handicap. And changed my unit 4 me from the one I had reserved & paid 4 online. 2 a easier accessible 1 for me. Kept the property clean from trash and snow friendly. So I could get in and out safely. Moving is always stressful and hard. But when someone goes extra distance 2 help make easier not just because it a job. Makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE!! Thx girl

I kept my stuff here for over 4 years. Moved everything out today because I finally have room for it. Everything was safe and clean the entire time. This place was a very decent storage, nice and secure, from what I saw the units were in excellent condition. The only reason I'm not their anymore is cause I built my own little shed in my back yard. Staff their were great people to work with on the billing side of things.

These people are con artists. They definitely do not stand by the 100% satisfaction guaranteed statement posted in the office. The day I came in to secure the unit prior to closing time I spoke to Alicia. She said if you need the next size up it won't be a problem, there are a couple open. Less than 24hrs later, before moving anything in, I came back to get the larger unit. Conviently her response was "oh I'm sorry we are all out." The next size available was over double what the original unit cost and way to much space. Alicia refused to transfer the credit to another PS facility with the size available. When I discovered they were not going to work with me I asked for a refund. That's when she stumbled over her words saying that you have to do that with in 24 hours, I mean the same day! So I told them I would dispute the charge with my Card company. Less than 30 min later I receive a call from Alicia at Public Storage. After I signed a lease with the MUCH nicer, cleaner and professional Extra Space Storage off 96th and Federal. Alicia told me that they would reverse everything if I came back to remove the lock from the unit. So I came down to removed the lock from the unit. I placed the lock on the counter. Alicia was on the phone with her boss. After listening to mhmm, okaay, yeaah, mhmm, okaay, yeaah for about five minutes she finally hung up the phone. At which point she went back on her word of doing the refund. Telling me that she would get the larger unit for the same cost as the next size up. I asked Alicia, Why she was unwilling to do this at first. That I have already secured another unit somewhere else. In short Avoid Public Storage at all cost. There are other storage places that are newer/cheaper. Extra space Storage off 96th and Federal is WAY nicer than this whole.

This place is a joke. Terrible customer service, don't ask for help it won't get done and if does it'll take weeks. Needed a new lock, but I guess it'll take weeks to get that done at this point, meanwhile I still am paying for a storage unit I can't access.

I needed a 5 x 8 unit and I was lucky to get the only one available. They are 99% full. I spoke to PJ and Jessica, both very friendly and great service. The grounds, buildings and the unit was well kept, clean and bright. I couldn't have asked for better service.
I am not happy with this facility. I scheduled my move in date to my new house on the 7th and I was mistakenly told they will prorate my rent. WRONG! Only through the 1st 6 days is company policy. They require the full month. Not cool. And the lady there was condescending and sarcastic who kept calling me honey & sweetie. I also had them delete the original credit card on file a few months ago while I was in the office and they charged it anyway instead of the new one. I am a business owner and I know how important customer service is. They don't do what they say!

I am very unhappy with my experience at Public Storage and I haven't even moved in yet. I reserved my unit online. It said to expect a call to confirm. I reserved on the 28th, with a move in date of May 2nd. When I got the confirmation call she said I needed to come in and sign the papers. I asked even if move in is five days away? She said yes and that she had appointments all day. I set an appointment to come by on the way to work. She took me to see the unit. I noticed there was dirt and water that had come through the wall or foundation. She said don't worry, we have sofa covers that we will put down for you to keep things dry. She put a lock on the unit and we went back to the office. She said that insurance was REQUIRED! Upon reading the contract that clearly states it is NOT REQUIRED I ask her to explain. She said that was what they were told to say no matter what the contract says. I ask if it could be taken off and she said it could be taken off the next time I was in. I paid cash and got no receipt even though she assured me I would have copies of everything. My total move in cost according to the website was 109.00. My bill was 157.00 and change. I questioned the total and she just shrugged it off. Had I not been on my way to work I would have cancelled the whole transaction. This is not good customer service! I have dealt with 3 or 4 other storage places through the years and never had any problems. I wanted to give the business to someone in my neighborhood, but never again.

Brad is incredibly professional under any circumstances. I'm a male to female transitioner and had to give my old ID, and this was the first time I've had to do that in a long time that felt in no way awkward whatsoever. The facilities were clean and great. When the unit I was trying to rent was frozen shut, he had another ready to go. Very friendly, wonderful customer service. My stuff is safe here, and I was able to get in and out with no hassles at all.
The property manager was very courteous to us. I got into the office and still had to finish the paperwork. Knowing that I had people waiting out in the truck, the property manager allowed them to pull around to the unit I was going to rent and start unloading, so two things could be done at the same time. That is the kind of consideration that makes suburb customer service. My unit was incredibly clean, the floor was free of stains and the roll up door worked smoothly. The property itself was free of debris. I decided on this property because of the high number of reviews here on Google that had positive feedback. I was not disappointed. Since I just moved in, I will hold off from giving a 5 star until the end of the month to insure that there are no surprises (which I do not expect there to be).

Man, I gotta say that I was most impressed with my Public Storage experience here in Thornton. First off, when I called I was not placed on hold or told I had to wait for an available space. The service rep pretty much laid everything out in terms of dimensions, cost, length of lease, and promotions. I received a 50 % off promo which really won some stars. Now, for Brad, the property facilitator and eye's on security (hope I got the title right)... Brad explained everything in detail providing me with confidence in the business and professionalism that this man portrayed. My only complaint, if considered a complaint, is that I had to be charged additionally for a lock. Make's sense. They supply the leased space and I provide the protection (of which only I have the key for). After I calmed my internal tantrum down, I understood that. Anyway, all moved in within the course of less than 48 hrs. Brad and the team made that possible. If you're in need of quick, easy, and professionally managed storage, this is the place!

Clean and well maintained. Brad is a good manager. Priced too high but it's a bit like insurance and cable. You need to renew it every year to keep a reasonable deal. Unfortunately, it's a lot easier to change cable than move your stuff.
Brad is the person I deal with the most here. The premises are always clean when I am there. Brad is very friendly and does his job well. He is capable of answering any question I have and has never lied to me about anything. Brad is a trustworthy manager of the Public Storage on Quivas St.

Great experience that earned my loyalty! I was in a really tight bind that was crippling my life..All I needed was a place to store my car until I could find the right new one. Everyone else turned me away but the staff here worked with me and made it happen! With all the locations they have, they're sure to find you the right price you need that's near you; more affordable than competitors that I checked. I have to point out again how welcoming the staff was, in particular Pam (and I want to say Gary? I have been renting a large unit at Brad's Public Storage location in Thornton (08214) for the past few years, and it has been a true pleasure partnering with Brad for our property storage needs. Brad maintains a very clean and secure storage location, and he has always provided above average customer service. Even when I have just been inside of my unit working, Brad always makes a point to walk the property, and stops by to say hello. Brads level of service is one that creates customer loyalty. I have rented units at many other storage centers in five other states, but my experience with Brad has always been excellent, and a higher level of service than I have ever received elsewhere. Brad should be commended, and frankly, rewarded for the high level of professional customer service that he provides. Keep up the great work Brad!

I have fell on a couple of hard times and it has been tough for me, and through it all, the Manager Brad has always been understanding. He still obviously had to do his job and I had to pay what was needed, but he has always been very nice and very understanding. :)

It’s refreshing to do business with someone like Brad in today’s busy world. I read the positive reviews of this Public Storage prior to going to the location. I agree with ALL of the positive statements provided and would highly recommend this storage facility.
We've started out with two units and consolidated down to one for budget reasons. During our transition of personal belongings between units, Brad who oversees the location, was helpful and accommodated us with use of a dolly and short term use of bungee cords. He also checked in to see if we were having any issues getting everything into one unit. The location is well maintained and is convenient for our needs.
I have had a unit at this Public Storage location for over a year and I am very pleased with the manager, the convenient location, how well the storage area is cleaned up, and the security of my locker and belongings. Brad, the manager at this location, is always very caring, supportive, and trust worthy. I always like to chat with Brad whenever I stop by, and enjoy getting to know him. I am very pleased with Public Storage and I often recommend it to any family or friends, and I will keep using Public Storage for my personal reference of storing my things. Brad made this public storage stand out due to his excellent customer service! He went above and beyond what I would have ever expected as far as being friendly and helpful and kind. He takes pride in his job, which made me feel like my belongings were in safe hands. He went out of his way to help me and my family with our move into and out of the storage unit. I recently used Public Storage for a one month period because I had a lapse in between apartments. It was a great hassle free experience. The manager of the property, Brad, made me feel confident my belongings were very safe and secure in Public Storage; which gave me great piece of mind. Top notch service. I have rented several storage units over the years for my business, and this place has been the nicest to deal with thus far. Brad is good to work with and keeps the place SPOTLESS. He even helped me find a different size very last minute during my move that greatly helped me out. Kudos to employing a great staff!
I have had my overstuffed stuff here at Quivas St Public Storage since the beginning of 2013. Brad takes great care in the facility and watches the place 24/7. I feel safe in leaving my most treasured positions under his watch. THANKS BRAD!! for all you do.;)
do not do business with these guys! I wanted a price for a 5 ft x 10 at a specific location and they tried to get me to go somewhere else
