I started renting here in March and they are now charging me 50% more as of August 1st! 50% increase! I feel like this should be illegal. Once you get in there it’s hard to move again. I just got a notice with no explanation. I have left 2 voicemails and I went by today and they were closed. Nobody is getting back to me to address and explain why such the large increase.

Sometimes there's just nobody there at the location even though it's within office hours, I mean for the whole day (I was told this). Sometimes the lights don't work. Sometimes for two days the only door to one wing of units can't be opened because it's broken, so people sit around for hours unable to access their stuff. As a loyal customer you get rewarded with rapidly increasing rent- that's their thing, they get you in cheap and then steadily squeeze you until you're priced out. Stay away from public storage, especially this one... Terrible.

I put my stuff in there storage,and it was broken into,my stuff was stolen, in side a secured building thousand of dollars of my stuff gone,in front of cameras, cops didn't even show up to investigate, pretty much got laughed at.i would not recommend this plase,unless you want to give your valuable stuff away.

I buy auctioned units on storage treasures and sell the contents. I have been doing this for a couple of years . Most of the time the people are pleasant. The gentleman at this location, Kenny , was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help me. They were supposed to be closed due to short staff, but his willingness to help me and multiple people who kept showing up was amazing. I would have went crazy, but he helped non stop with a smile. Thank you kenny.

Horrible business practices. Stay away!!! I moved in and was told I’d pay a flat rate for the first 30 days. I was then charged a extra charge 3 days later because there was 31 days in the month of October. The store manager ignored the email stating a flat rate for the first 30 days and pushed the CC charge through. Then I asked the store manager for a 2 day credit for February because there was only 28 days. He hung up on me during the call On day 90 of the contract they increased my rent from $350 to $462. Stay away!!!

My online gate code was incorrect. Dolly is great. She helped me with a new code and access. She is really nice and makes Public Storage look like Champs. I moved out after almost a year and Dolly is still helpful during my move out. She even called to check up on me. Real STAR.

Really poor experience no signage at the manager isn't in at all in the office waited for hours to try to claim a unit that I won at auction just to find out that I can't even get it until the next day which was not detailed at all and is actually a breach of the contract that I signed and that they signed for this auction unit so needless this to say this is a very poorly run facility and I've been to a lot of storage facilities definitely wouldn't recommend renting here.

Came into Public Storage on federal with a lot of questions and confusion on my reservation. Dawn was SO HELPFUL. She went above and beyond to make sure I got my money back and that everything was taken care of. I will definitely use this location next time I need storage.

The property manager, Dolly was very helpful with getting my unit taken care of. She waived the late charge for me and I was able to pay my unit finally. Sounds like she is over worked as there is not enough staff to help customers as needed. I have been to three locations this week where no one was in the office. Get your business together public storage. However Dolly is a great employee and I appreciate all her help.

Had a really bad experienced with David Sazpansky a rude man who threat my mom to get charge again for not bringing in the key(it was a lie)was very racist and did not help at all,he told her to come back later to the lady that talks spanish not even trying to make them understand him or answer their questions. So glad Dolly help us out after that such a good person.

I rented one of the units for over a year at this place, we started on the wrong foot but then everything started changing. The place looks a lot cleaner, they have a brand new office and the people who now works there are way more efficient and friendly. Specially Dolly, I had to move so this storage was not close to me anymore and she made the process very easy. I highly recommend it.

I had a unit for a little over a year and half. I got one of the drive up units so it was real easy to access whenever we needed to, never had any issue except maybe another rude customer so like to block the way. was temperature controlled and none of my things warped or discolored due to hot or cold weather. I thought the staff was very nice, I never met any in person except when I signed the contract but they always contacted me if there was any issues and when moving out of there they were still very nice and I love being able to access the gate with my phone using the app. I did put just 4 stars because the rates did raise twice. I started at $160 and ended up at $260 which of course didn't make me happy and a seemed a little too much for me. Another issue was those dumb round locks they sell. They seemed great but for the price they are so hard to unlock and lock. I struggled almost every time, I am not very strong so that just made it harder. I would use again if every in need. I didn't realize these are privately owned or franchised until I rented one. This was my first experience ever using storage as I was helping a friend.

Dolly gets 10 stars all to herself she was so amazing. Very friendly and helpful she has great customer service. She should have a raise. Been a customer for over a year now and I must admit it's quite refreshing that I only have to deal with Dolly so glad she is the manager of the property. Before when I had an issue I always dreaded bringing it up. It's never an issue to talk to Dolly.

Bathrooms are never open and if they are a homeless person just took a bath in there. They are gross and disgusting and way overpriced. Plus they close way too early.

I was being extra nice an patient an trying not to offend her she's makes excuses to why she can't help. everytime I come to pay or update to a bigger space she's ALWAYS on lunch because I notice her black car with the lyft sticker an the sign on the door when she'll be back is up..however when I come back it's still up set for a later time..this happen every month for out 5 times no exaggeration

We had to have a POD delivered and picked up to offload our belongings and she was very helpful during the process to include allowing us to park a moving truck there overnight. Moving is stressful. Definitely cheap storage. The concrete is cracking, and the building is super old. Homeless are living out of some spaces, which is fine, but saying it so people know. Also, spaces aren't fully sealed, and I always feel like water will get in or insects. But it's cheap! You pay cheap, you get cheap.

It's always the people who work there who make or break any business or institution. The small staff at public storage at federal and Evans make that a very comfortable place with which to do business. In particular a big shout out to Robin; tough as nails,but with a heart of gold, she is the consumate professional. Time and again she has went above and beyond for me, earning both my respect and appreciation. I Never thought I'd d write a review for a storage facility but the treatment I've received here demands it.

I've stored my stuff with public storage for as long as I can remember, today that changes. I am in disbelief and utterly disappointed with the number of problems I've had since june. My disappointment only deepend with each attempt they made to remedy the situation. Making promises they could easily keep and didnt. Practicaly comiting theft against me. Not honoring reservations or appointments. I highly suggest finding a diffrent property to work with. You deserve better and im afraid Robin just simply cant provied. Shes laking in skills of comunication and customer service. Refusing me help on several occasions and perhaps the sol reason for my unfortunate experience today. I will most certainly not be working with this brand in the future, it is clear they are subpar.

Worst place ever!!!!!! Public storage are a bunch of thieves. Raised the rental twice in six months. No heat or air conditioning. Dirty lights never work. I recommend using a different place. Way to scam your customers!!!!

I started moving in yesterday and for the first time i have a unit that's inside down a long hall. Well the fours to get in u need a code to get through and the doors are very very heavy. You aren't allowed to prop them open which adds about every 30 minutes I'm there another 15 minutes having to deal with the doors. Absolute pain. I won't ever recommend this inside storage.

Don't bother going here if you value your time or dislike dealing with incompetence. My wife made an online reservation and then got a follow up call and made an appt to come in at 5:00 to sign the paperwork. We show up at 4:50 and the door is locked and no one shows up for 15 minutes. Then when when we finally get in the reservation is locked so the woman at the counter can't access it. I suggested just creating a new reservation in my name since my wife created the first one and she could cancel the original one once she could access it. She indicated that would work then ignored us for 10 minutes. We left and went to the U-haul storage a block away.

Don't bother with online registration or making an appointment. The staff won't be on time and it won't save you anytime because the staff don't know how to work their system anyway. The storage units available online are not actually available on the premises.

This place is pretty ghetto. Lights flickering and many that don't work at all. The staff (with the exception of the older couple) are not helpful and can be rude.

I used this public storage for over 6 years. They have always been very great at accommodating me since I was overseas. One time there had been a possiblity of damage in the units, and they went and checked mine to make sure everything was okay because I couldn't do it myself. They were great and helpful when I wanted to switch units from a larger to smaller unit. Steven was amazing whenever I needed some help. Great business, and I would recommend this particular establishment to anybody who needs a place to store items.

My fiance and I moved in yesterday and when setting everything up for our account I made a few mistakes but Celia T. and Christi were so kind and helpful. These sweet ladies were an absolute dream to work with and were definitely the highlight of our stressful day. The ladies care about their costumers and definitly showed it in every way.

Great service! Steven was awesome; had me all set up quick and easy. Only took like 20 min. He showed me the unit and walked me through all the bullets, got me rolling with $1 first month rent and an impecable monthly rate and even helped get everything insured! I appreciate that they have a cart here really helps moving things in and out especially being on the 2nd floor. Although honestly a new one would be nice the wheels are a bit crooked and some door stopers would also make using the cart ALOT easier! Thanks Steven!

Went to clear out our storage unit, they only have one cart, locked in someone's unit the guy said. Ten trips down the elevator and we're out of our 5x5. It's clean, fine for our purposes. Beware if you have a lot of stuff you're to need your own cart.

We had a move today and Leshi, the front desk manager, was so incredibly helpful and supportive. She went above and beyond to find us the best deal, as well as assist us with difficulties we had with accessing our unit. I was moving from Appleton City Missouri to Denver Colorado needed a storage unit... Public service was totally there the price was right the people will great and when I got to Denver it was awesome they treated me very well I am a disabled young lady and they took care of my things my lock wasn't totally on there they still took care of my things and I ended up with all my belongings and a very nice experience very very nice
