I recently rented and closed out a space at this facility. I don’t write many reviews but the experience was positive and I wanted to share with others. The building and grounds are secure and immaculate. Inside is temperature controlled and brightly lit. The lockers and halls look brand new and spotless. I would like to acknowledge an employee named Aaron. Aaron saw that I needed assistance with codes for the elevators and he came over and explained the process very clearly. Aaron was also available to answer other questions and made the close out process very easy.
Great service, clean facility. Aaron was very helpful!! Been here a while now can't say enough about this location always clean and always a friendly. Perfect place to store my items.

Corporate has made the facility lock up the carts. Most annoying.
Great staff that is super friendly and always willing to help. The facility is nice and clean as well. The staff works hard. And always willing help you with any questions you might have.
They are now constantly keeping the carts locked up. I have wasted trips and time trying to find someone to unlock them. Came at 115 pm today all carts locked up. Office is locked no one is there or answers the phone. Sitting with our uhaul waiting and wasting time for someone to unlock the carts. These use to be accessible when every you needed during working hours. This is horrible.
I recently needed a new storage unit at this facility and walked into the office to find Aaron there to help me. He patiently listened to my needs and was very informative as to the entire process. When I asked to see the various units available on different floors, he was patient and gracious as he took me to see them and let me take my time deciding which one I wanted. He even went the extra mile to personally clean some gum off the floor of the unit I chose! Then on move-in day he saw my helpers were having a bit of trouble figuring out how to use the code with the elevators and took the time to explain in detail how it all works. He was great!

They charge you for a month , doesn’t matter you move on 5th. They are as lied unit big enough, once we come they have very low ceilings. If you miss payment. Late fee $75 . Totally all about money. Not for customers. Disappointed, angry and sad service and people who worked on front desk not nice. Tammy also

I went there to ask some questions and visit a unit. I ended up chatting a lot with Aaron, the manager on site (he works Saturday through Wednesday). He was really knowledgeable and answered all of my questions! Really nice storage and really nice employees.

This is a great place to store things at! The staff there is amazing and super helpful and friendly. I had several weird questions about my items and the lady behind the desk, I think her name was Charlotte, was so kind and friendly about the whole thing. It just felt like bringing my stuff over to moms house.
Security seems to be top notch. The unit I got was clean. All in all, I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place.
