Tammy is a delight and very on top of move ins! She made sure to keep in contact with me when I was out of town and couldn't move in on my actual move in date, she called as soon as I was able to get in just to make sure I found my unit okay! Awesome service, easy to set up and close an account. Tammy is super helpful and quick! They always answer the phone, or if not, they call back within 30 minutes. Almost sad to close my account because they’re so nice and helpful. Also - very clean, secure, climate controlled facilities.

My experience with this particular Public Storage in Thousand Oaks is great. It’s clean, well organized and the staff if very friendly and always helpful. Especially Jay, who always greets you with a smile and good vibes which makes a big difference. :-)
