Great location. Plenty of parking. Had my space for three years and never any problems. I just ended my rental unit to move to another city. The person who worked there, Victoria, was really nice and very helpful in the process.

Office hour is open until 6 p.m. However, there is something call lazy hour that starts at 5:30pm. Do not even bother to come to this storage unit and deal with the worker here. Reviews are full of bots and paid user.

When I think of customer service. I think about Dominique Brown. She was so helpful with my visit the other day. She was fast and efficient and very knowledgeable in what she was talking about. She made it so easy to rent a space. I was mind blown. If I could give 100 stars I would. This girl needs a raise. I would recommend this location to anybody who is looking for a storage. Dominique Brown is the best! She will take care of you!

I have been renting from this location for a while, I needed to open up a new unit and like always she was so helpful. DEFINITELY recommend this place! Also she was very welspoken and professional about showing me my unit and making me feel comfortable with my decision.

Greeted kindly by the wonderful Marina, she was very helpful in explaining how to rent a storage unit (it is my first time) and recommended the best unit for what I was needed. She explained everything I would need for moving and helped me out pretty quickly. She’s personable, and super nice.

Very convenient area, and knowledgeable staff, the rep broke down the type of space I needed and didn’t try to sell me more than what I needed, going through a moving transition right now so this experience was not a hassle at all, very impressed with her public relations.

It can be tricky to locate and determine where the entrance is, and if you miss it you have to drive a bit before you can turn around. After you have been there once or twice, it's fine. I helped a friend move their property into here. The staff was extremely nice, helpful. The storage was clean and didn't see any bugs. There was a faint smell of mold in the hallways, but I didn't see any mold anywhere and definitely didn't see or smell mold inside his storage.

I have rented from a few storages over the years, but I must say by far this one was the best of all. The facility is clean and is easily accessible. The property manager, Dominique, is very helpful and friendly. She goes out of her way to be helpful, which is nice when you have your life things in storage. Keep up the good work and thank you!!

Pretty clean and well-maintained storage and helpful staff, especially Dominique, who is really patient and knows everything about the storage. The only suggestion is that the facility could keep another dolly or two.

Horrible place to rent from! Think you got a good price moving in? Don't worry, they will fix that a few months after you moved in. Customer service at their 800 number is a joke.

I had a great experience working with Dominique when I first moved in my belongings and also when I just recently moved all of my stuff out. Dominique was always very friendly, extremely professional, and she was prompt in getting back to me to answer all of my questions. I would recommend using this Public Storage facility given Dominique's stellar performance!

Good price, friendly staff, clean location with sufficient security. Bring home owners or renter's insurance information as they require it (it may or may not cover the unit anyway). If you do not have insurance they will require you buy insurance to cover the unit. Also bring a strong lock as they also require one for entry. If you do not bring one they will make you buy a lock. So far so good; however, they need to have more carts on hand as there are only two available and they often are both being used.

I was able to obtain a reasonably priced indoor ground floor unit immediately, and was given the facility tour and all necessary information by Chris. There were carts carts available to schlep our boxes and furniture to the unit, locks, and etc., and I was able to add the friends helping me to the authorized access list. Chris was helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. Thank you for the help!

Been trying to get my heavy furniture out of the second floor storage room I rent. But since the elevator has been unusable since last November, I can't. I asked for a reduction in rental fees & they won't accommodate me.

If your looking for storage ask for Dominique she's very professional and will take care of you. She even gave me a tour of the place which answered 100% of the questions I didn't think I had at the moment. I Recommend this business.

My parents were putting their house on sale and needed to vacate within a week to have it remodeled and staged. Needless to say, they accumulated a ton of crap over the past 20+ years, and they needed a place to store it— fast. Public Storage was perfect for our needs, and our property manager Dominque's customer service was icing on the cake. She was extremely knowledgeable and patiently explained all of the important rental details to my dad, who has a hearing disability. We ran into two major obstacles while we were renting the unit, and each time, Dominique calmly and thoughtfully explained our options. Her leadership and resourcefulness put us at ease in spite of the initial panic we felt stumbling upon these obstacles. Thank you, Dominique, for being so helpful and amazing to work with! I'll happily recommend Public Storage because of the great experience she gave us while renting our unit.

Great customer service always nice and kind

I have come to to place on several occasions for the last 3 years and every time I come here they always have the same sign be back 2:30 ..I come at 2:30 then the sign is changed .. be back at 5:00.. I come back at 5.. I wait and wait no one comes.. now I can see if this happened once or twice but it has happened every time I come here more then I can count.. I know I know I finally learned my lesson.. not going there again ever! Just trying to save other people time and gas don't go there.

I went to the Public Storage in South City and wasn't sure if I wanted to secure my valuable Liverpool soccer jerseys there or at ExtraSpace. However I did like that this place was clean and well lit. I was also greeted by a very friendly fellow. I believe his name was Ed or Eddie. He looks kind of like Forest Whitaker in Fast Times. Once I receive my tax return, I will defiantly rent a locker.

Beware of dog " the manager who lives on site at Public storage 1900 el camino s.s.f. has a dog and her dog tried to bite me until she called him and had to put Him back in her apartment. think she called him Wyatt ! I'm in the process of seeking legal matter thanks public storage

The staff at this location is outstanding. They are friendly and helpful always. There are few business of any kind that can boast those qualities in staff. The facilities are well maintained and kept tidy at all times. If you have a need for storage this is a great location and I highly recommend it.

It is so refreshing to go in and just have a chat with her. She is not one of those managers who just gives you your unit and leaves it at that. She inquires about my day and makes me feel so comfortable. She makes this experience spectacular. As far as I'm concerned, as long as she's here, so shall my family and I be. I highly suggest you switch from whatever storage place you're at to this one. You're more than welcome to be here, and Seana makes sure you feel that way.
