Update: My review of this place is still a 1 star review. Once again it would be 0 or negative stars if you could do that but sadly you can’t. Their prices are ridiculously high but they don’t care if ppl are having a difficult time financially. Just like the rest of the large corporations it boils down to greedy people and they only care about the money in the long run. $460 for a storage unit is ridiculous. For other people thinking about renting from public storage don’t do it. As they constantly raise rent on a yearly basis and raise it at least 25% every time. That is highway robbery and should be illegal. They should only be allowed to raise rent by 5-10% max. I hope someone from corporate sees this. Yes I made and pissed over your corporate greed especially when people are hurting financiall. UPDATE 2/29/24: I am changing my review from 3 stars back down to 1 again. If I could give them negative stars I would. I just received in my email that they are raising my rent on my unit from $368/month to $460/ mo as of April 1. That is almost a $100/ month increase. There prices as it is are ridiculous but to raise the rent almost $100 that’s a 25% increase in rent. I can barely afford the $368/ mo how do they think I can afford almost $500/ mo. Also corporate is unwilling to work with you to change when rent is due. I always have late fees because rent is due on the 1st. Well my rent where I live is also due on the first and I have to pick either being late on paying this damn bill to storage or going hungry for 2 weeks as 1/2 my paycheck literally goes to my rent whereI live and then I need to be able to eat too. I choose to eat and not starve. The whole of this country is becoming a joke with all these increases but ppls pay don’t ever reflect the cost of living. Originally I gave this storage a 1 star review. However that has changed. I honestly can’t give them a 5 star so to compromise I have changed to a 3 star review. A director from the corporate offices called me and we were able to work out my back late fees andI only had to pay 1/4 of the late fees which helped rather than having to pay the full amount. He was also able to lower the amount of rent that is paid every month. That helped a bunch but I honestly think the fees for having to store are still really outrageous. I still really don’t like having a storage unit but unfortunately it is still needed.

Mitchell is amazing. He’s prompt to help with any issues you may have and solves problems without any hassle. Our move was an awful disaster but Mitchell worked with us to help out and continues to even after. Very patient and understanding. It’s getting harder to find people in customer service who care and he truly does. Oh the storage unit is great. It’s a large 10x15 unit that holds our stuff. That’s about it for the unit itself.

I'm SO impressed with Gabriel, the employee who helped me today. He's friendly, professional, and efficient. Nowadays, it's rare to find that kind of person.

Was there to help some one pull out of there locker. Was broken into the night before. Every thing was looked thru before. Was told they pried up the door NO DAMAGE TO THE DOOR. Be aware of this place.....

An excellent place in a quiet neighborhood to store your things at reasonable prices. Facilities must be new, all the gates and keys are controlled electronically! The desk clerk working there was very helpful in getting my space sorted out. Definitely would recommend 👍

In the past, we've had units in different PS locations in San Jose, very disappointing with filth, smells and unsafe facilities and environments. THIS PS is AMAZING! It is newer, kept very clean and sanitary, easy to maneuver around, temperature controlled, very well lit, fabulous facility! Even better, the STAFF are so profession and helpful! Love Marcus, def the go-to-guy! He goes above and beyond to help with questions, an extra hand, all the way through! It costs a little bit more than other areas, but so well worth it! Try them out, you'll be so much happier!

Marcus was so helpful with making this process as easiest as possible. Quick and answered questions I didn’t even know to ask.

At first it's great the price is affordable. But then, they go and raise your rent every single year. Then after moving out of public storage we r finding that we have several items missing. Including an airconditioner. Not really sure what else is missing. We weren't able to get to storage for over 3 years. So when we moved everything into new storage closer to us, we r noticing the items missing. We live over 3 hrs away and they knew we couldn't get down there .

The manager, Beonkaa, was friendly and helpful. She showed us our options and even helped us compare options at this and other locations (including any specials). This facility was the cleanest storage facility I have visited.

What you see is not TRUE this place don’t care of any of their renters. My unit was broken in for the second time. It happened four months before and they did nothing. They will not compensate you they will do nothing. This time I am moving out - if you leave your things here it is the same as you leave it on the curb. It bad ownership

I've been using this facility for work over the last 4 years. It is safe, clean, but most important the managers have been exceptional and helpful. Bianca is currently the manager and she's friendly and helpful. I won't mention how much my company is paying for two ground units, it's absurd. I only hope that they pay their employees well b/c they deserve it.

As always, Beonkaa is a great, knowledgeable & helpful manager! The location is well maintained and clean. No complains or issues with cleanliness & friendliness. However storage prices continue to increase. It's very unfortunate as we'd like to continue being a customer of this storage just like we have since the past couple of years but the increasing prices are becoming unaffordable. Hopefully the management is able to figure something out soon, while keeping their customers' overall best interests in mind. Nonetheless, thanks for all your help so far, Beonkaa.
