Vaneesha is an amazing employee she was very respectful and attentive to my needs. She went above and beyond to make sure that I got the right storage outstanding customer service, very professional definitely worth the five star review. I would highly recommend this storage facility.

Customer service is horrible. My storage unit as well as other units had been broken into. Front desk agent/manager did not seem to care at all. They said someone had broken in from one of the units behind the storage from a small hole and then once they got in they started breaking into other units from the inside. The thing is I had large objects dog crate, record player, picture frames and storage bins filled with stuff that was stolen and could have not have fit through the small hole. They don’t have any cameras in the back of the storage building so I asked if they could check the camera pointing at the unit next to mine unit F10 because all of my items were scattered in that unit which was empty and all the large items had to have been taken from the front. I asked the manager when did the unit next to mine F10 moved out and he said it was still occupied. I told him that unit was empty and all my stuff was scattered in there. I asked if he could check the camera to see who was moving stuff out from that unit because if there’s a large dog crate then you will catch whoever took my items possibly as well as others. They declined and said they can’t check the cameras. I won’t be surprised if the staff was in on the break in. DO NOT RENT HERE.

I've been at this location for sometime now and everytime I'm here vanessha is always very helpful and professional. She is the reason I continue to keep my storage here

I would strongly advise against renting from this Public Storage location, as the property manager, Vaneesha, embodies the epitome of unprofessionalism. Vaneesha's rude, dishonest, judgmental, discriminatory, and unfair behavior not only violates tenants' rights but also creates a toxic and unwelcoming environment. Save yourself the headache and frustration by seeking storage options elsewhere.

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received from Public Storage. My experience with the company has been nothing short of a nightmare. I was illegally evicted from my storage unit without proper notice served via certified mail and/or email. The lock on my unit was cut/changed without my consent, which I believe to be illegal. To add insult to injury, the lack of communication from Public Storage was appalling. I was unable to reach anyone in upper management to address my concerns. When I requested contact information for a supervisor or district manager, I was met with refusal. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. I urge anyone considering using Public Storage to think twice. The company's disregard for legal procedures and customer service is alarming. I will be seeking legal action to address the injustices I have faced.

Professional and down to earth, the manager Vasheena was easy to work with and was constantly moving about her duties ever time I was there. The facility was clean and easy to access, even the restroom was spotless.

Very attentive management. I was shopping around for different storage facility and spoke with Vaneesha who took the time to answer all my questions. I have to say that I am very please with the customer service and I am considering of moving my storage unit to here. The facility is clean and very well kept. Don't ever rent from Public storage if you have a 9 to 5 job. This place shuts down at 6pm on weekdays and 5pm on the weekends. I've had this storage for 7 years and yet I'm not able to get things out because of the times they closes, for the fact that I have a 9 to 5 job and I moved to southern California so there's no way I'm gonna make it unless I fly there. I've had the storage before the closing time changed and I believe they did that so customers who can't get to they're storage will end up giving it up and stop paying for it. Bad business
