I was a little hesitant in getting another unit from Public Storage, as I’m not a huge fan of the hours. However, Vaneesha and Kordell have been so helpful, attentive, positive and proactive that my overall experience here at this location has been such a good one, that the hours don’t even bother me anymore. They definitely conduct themselves and assist customers beyond your typical professional courtesy. From getting the first unit at this location, moving to a larger unit at the same location, dealing with billing or access issues, or overall operations and cleanliness, they are on top of it, often times going the extra distance to find solutions. They are always making sure that the location continues to remain a clean and well kept one, and even when I am being reminded of the closing hours after leaving late the day before, the conversation is pleasant. I would and have recommended this location to family and friends.

Tenant for four years and counting. Never had any issues. If you're having issues here, you're probably the problem. The employees and property manager clearly care about their space and the quality of their work. Sure, there are some pretty rough looking people around sometimes, but it's North Highlands.
