Great customer service! Jordyn helped me and was in time and so quick for the setup! Literally like 15 mins! Every time I go in someone greets me or waves! The place is very clean accessible and I appreciate the features of using the app for gate access! Definitely would recommend!

WARNING:I was prorated on the way in and this company would not prorate me on the way out. I lost $90.00 by having left on the 15th of the month. I was never late once in eight years with my rent, I do not recommend using them!

DO NOT RENT AT THIS LOCATION. This storage facility is poorly built and not properly maintained and cared for. EXTREMELY LAZY GUY named "David" at this location. 😒 He showed me units that were not even cleaned after move-outs! Fresh oil spots from vehicles parked inside units!!!!!!!! Should not be allowed! Storage facilities are huge money makers and units should be properly cleaned out and cared for. Decided to check out some units today and was disappointed. They were not cleaned out properly and not well maintained by staff. Seems their only job is to show units and take payments. 😒 One indoor unit I saw was not cleaned out and still had trash and other debris from the last renter and to make matters worse no lighting💡 So this place is too cheap to install a light with indoor units? All indoor units should provide proper lighting💡for the rent that you pay. Keep in mind bugs, rats, reptiles can easily find their homes into your outside units because of the openings in the concrete walls.🪳🐀🦎 Found cobwebs in outside unit.🕷🕸 Found huge oil spots & stains in one outdoor unit caused by storage of a vehicle leaking oil and the staff did not bother to clean and mop. 🪣🧹 I'm suprised they allow vehicles to park inside the unit which shouldn't be permitted. When looking for storage space be sure to ask about security and inspect everything before you rent including the lock area where you can open/close easily, the top of the unit for holes especially the outdoor ones. Did not expect this from a supposedly high end company like Public Storage.☹️😡👎

Everytime I come in to drop something off or pick anything up I’m greeted by the friendliness of the staff. Marissa wright always is helpful and tact whenever I come in, good quick conversations that brighten even my bad days. Come here if you want to feel like you have competent people safekeeping your personal items.

Rayell is my property manager and she is phenomenal at her job and really takes care of customers. I understand someone is not always in office but do appreciate when she is here . Property is well kept, definitely a asset!

2 stars Only because of staff. It appears that staff disappears during operating hours, for hours, and do not respond to phone calls. I waited in front 2:20 pm to 5:45 pm to get help, and they close at 6pm. I was accompanied by 2 furniture movers and a large truck. I had to pay for another day for the truck, movers and gas. I brought it up to staff, but they didn’t give a rats a$$. The location is good though, and staff is knowledgeable of their work.

There is never anyone in the office to help you. I have spoke to a few others with units here that say the same! I left messages for at least 3 days before finally getting a call back as well. They also will quote you one price then when you go in they charge you at a higher rate much higher! I wouldn't recommend this location...
