there has been improvements since i last showed up. can't say the actual staff during the duration of my leasing there DIDN'T steal from my unit themselves. other units were vandalized n' the fact you have insurance did nuthin of it we happen to show up and they had stolen thingz from my unit from the otha side of the wall being half broken CAN YOU IMAGINE? never had a late payment but once. neva wrote a bad checc to this company BUT they don't accept OR the account said they don't accept checcz was outta the country n' HAD NO DEBIT CARD. 2017 to current now my belonginz sold........NO PAPERWORK OR EMAIL AT THAT TIME was eva sent to me. i kept callin YESTADAY no answer left messagez-got an email at close of day my unit sold-are you serious? aren't you to MAIL out this information? again there has been many many upgrades to this location. none myself i have experienced-NEVA GO THERE. when i did 2017-2019 very rough sketchy place LOTS LOTS of homeless persons hangin about n' staff wasn't that honest eitha, my unit had been tampered with more than once. my review is based on my unit being vandalized more than once while on lease here AND THEM DOING AND SAYING NUTHIN ABOUT IT. customer service via the location that i experience via the phone WAS/HAS BEEN HORRIBLE NOT ONCE BUT TWICE. in person my experience has always been pleasant. there is no appreciation for longevity would not recommend n' wouldn't use again if had too. the last person i had spoken to via phone WASN'T A PAYMENT ISSUE EITHA, he wuz very unknowledgeable about public storage.the company he worked for.

The hours of operation are the exact same hours a normal person works. 9:30-6 are horrible hours to be open because how can someone who works m-f at those hours be able to access there things when they need it? It makes it only accessible on the weekends where the location is packed and too crowded to move.

What an awful company Public Storage is. I was picking my daughter from college and ran out of room for our vehicle and had to scramble to get a place for the bit of stuff we were unable to move. Renting a unit, the smallest at $185 for the first month. This included a $30 administrative fee which their whole business is reliant on doing administrative work so just another corporation tacking on fees to generate more income. But after renting only a week you think this company would have some compassion and return even a tiny bit of the ridiculous $185 but not even as a gesture of goodwill. Extremely disappointed in Public Storage as a company and only wish that they fall by the wayside. Disgusting company

Like another user posted the area feels unsafe. The check in was fine and I had no problem using the elevators or getting my stuff into my unit. I tried to rent a space at the el segundo location but it was double the price for the same amount of space, I’ll probably keep an eye out and see if an opening pops up over there as I felt much more comfortable there.

Ciara at this Public Storage location was extremely helpful: She showed me the space one day, then walked me through the contactless contract on the phone while I was online. She was very patient and made it easy for me to complete the contract. Thank you Ciara!

The area of this storage unit felt unsafe. There were homeless people wandering around the facility. There was a possibly homeless guy in the facility as well. He was inside a unit lighting a cigarette. I informed the front desk and she left to talk to him. She was very busy and had to deal with that. Why he is not removed I have no idea, maybe he will be. In addition, someone moving out bullied me into moving my car so he could have the more ideal location. One of the two elevators was broken so everyone was fighting for the use of it the last hour before closing. This bully was screaming at me and using profane language. He had no mask on and was yelling and spitting in my direction. Again, I told the front desk and she said I did not have to move my car, but this guys friend got within 2 inches of my bumper with their Uhaul so I moved so they would not scratch my car. I seriously was going to call the police but I only had time to get our load moved in. And these guys hogged the elevator and were super aggressive and how can the one employee that is there deal with that? The day prior was not better. That day, we were trapped in the broken elevator for about 10 minutes. The facility itself is fine. Clean inside, well lit, etc. I tried to find a phone number to call the corporate offices to express my dissatisfaction. It seemed impossible to get through. The automated system redirects you back to the facility where you are renting and then they don't answer because they are with customers inside the facility. I will be looking for another storage location. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I gave 2 stars because the employees were very nice and helpful. I was afraid for the young woman to be working there alone. That was the main reason I wanted to call corporate. For that matter, I was afraid for the young man that was there the day before. If I wasn't already half moved in, I would change facilities now. The elevator situation was terrible. It is super slow to begin with, so with one being out of order, it took about 20 minutes just to get our turn and then because they close at 6 pm, everyone comes after work in the last hour. The clerk suggested 6 am. No thanks, I will be changing facilities as soon as possible. What a hassle. I am shocked at all the positive reviews. I just don't see it. I am now adding that I did change facilities before we were all moved in. After 3 or 4 days of the elevator still not working we decided to change right away. We were not able to get a refund for the first month but as they had a promotion, we were only out about $36. It took about 9 hours to transfer items from one unit to the other as I had to do it in my smallish SUV, multiple trips. Best decision ever.

Great overall experience with this location! Wendy called to assist me with my move-in a few days prior and answered any questions I had. Upon my arrival for my actual move-in day I met with Tiara. Tiara was very helpful and accommodating with my move-in. She was extremely professional and she addressed every concern I had. She also offered other services and product such as couch covers, moving blankets, etc. Very pleased with my experience here! (P.S. I strongly recommend everyone get insurance for their items, $15 a month .. can’t beat that!)

I needed a small storage unit for the Law Firm I work for, and made a reservation online in less than 5 min. Went to the location days after my reservation (got inside the office at 2:25pm) Wendy helped me out and took me on a tour of the unit (with another potential renter that was in line) took her time to explain everything clearly and headed back to the office to close the deal, and I was out of there with the keys to the unit and code by 2:49. Very nice, efficient, and helpful.

After 7 entire years I was able to store my stuff at this location until I got my own property. On the day of closing the account that I will reopen because of the airport proximity, Wendy, the attendant, was of a great help! Everything went smooth and paperless! Great customer service on desk, always a pleasure. But horrible storage!.. My unit was robbed twice in two month, both times by pick-locking. Thief didn't seem to care about two expensive MasterKey locks. And police couldn't find anyone because (spoiler alert) this Public Storage location only have 2 security cameras and both of them are looking at the gates - so whatever happens in the facility stays there. Funny but I ended up moving out with much less stuff then was initially stored. Most of my expensive items are gone. Indeed it's a nice place if you want to become more spiritual person, by letting go of material stuff. P.S.: Don't forget to get best insurance - you'll need it!

Robbed! This place is not safe. Someone on the inside enters your locker with no sign of forced entry. Cherry picks valuables and can't find how they entered. Office knows about it and has had a number of similar break-ins. LA Sheriff no help. Watch out.

The staff is so picky and obnoxious. This one worker lady is always bugging me and telling me to leave the door open and then one time she even came back 20 mins later to bug again,saying I gotta close the door cause it's a hazard. Of course at that point I told her off telling her to make up her mind. But the storage is secure which is what matters

The service here Wednesday 2/6, by the young lady at La Cienega was Excellent, Friendly and Thorough. She was helpful and knowledgeable of the processes and procedures. She referred and showed me a more efficient route to the elevator closest to my unit. WAY TO GO!! Briana from the sure located at 108th and Prairie, my original choice, was able to assist me better by locating the bigger and better unit for my needs: (10 × 10@ $170 /mo, $57 move in fee- including $1 promotion, $24 admin fee, plus insurance and lock purchase)! Teamwork is everything in Customer Service and these Reps proved that. I highly recommended this location.

Un lugar muy inseguro El martes pasado yo fui Revisar mis pertenencias que tenia Yo guardado ahi y ya me los Avian Robado Fui reporte el Robo con las trabagadoras que se encontraban en la oficina y al parecer a ellas Ya no les Sorprendia Eso AL parecer eso ya es constantemente Normal que pasen los Robos en este lugar No hay ninguna clase de Seguridad en este lugar pagar mucho dinero Pata que te roben como que no y luego lidiar von la aseguradora que te pide hasta lls resivos de las cosass que tienes guardado como que No No les recomiendo para nada. Este lugar toda una basura por dentro y por fueraaa..

Twice my unit was broken into, both times while it had only the locks provided by the Public Storage office. In between, while I had locked my unit with my own lock, everything was ok. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!! If you do, be sure to use your own locks, not the ones the office gives you.

Horrible facility. Horrible prices!! Smelled like urine everywhere. No security cameras inside the building or near units. Wrong price, forced to pay extra for specific lock (not mentioned) after I already had a lock. Rude staff members. Reserved unit was not available. Better prices elsewhere.

This is the best storage in town!! The staff is super helpful and friendly. The place is clean and they even have restrooms you can use. The prices are more than fair too, the best around by far. I highly recommend this Public Storage location, I'll definitely use them for all my storage needs.

Julissa was great , her personality literally made the unpleasant task of paying a stupid amount of money enjoyable. Too bad there's not more ppl like her out there lol.

I've been calling this property to speak to Julissa the property manager and have not been able to speak to her. Come to find out she has been taken away from the property I'm asking g questions why because as a tenant I deserve to know and can't get any. I have two big units at this property and even tho I don't always pay on time I always pay my dues and don't complain because Everytime I come here Julissa is amazing. Taking her away was the biggest mistake they could have done because now im going to be vacating my units. I am completely unhappy about this situation

The location is easy to get to. The storage units have higher ceilings. The staff were friendly, helpful and answered all my questions with professionalism and patience. The rental process was easy and the vacating of the unit was also easy. Would rent from here again.

I came in to this public storage location and a wonderful young lady by the name of Kanisha helped me out with my storage situation, she went out of her way to provide me with the best customer service. I would recommend this location to anyone and you do come across needing help she would be a good candidate to assist you with what you need. Thank you Kanisha you did an awesome job.

I've had my belongings in this unit for almost a year. Everything i own is in this unit. Once every one- two months I go to rotate my clothes and check on my things. Yesterday when I went, 6 huge plastic containers were missing and a huge bag of expensive coats and two brand new tents and my sleeping bag were all missing. I have pics of I am not happy. I'm gonna have to get a lawyer and the police recommended I investigate a class action lawsuit stuff when I put it in storage and I have pictures of what it looks like now. I went to the front desk and the girl didn't even care. I called the police and they came to file the report. As we are standing there a lady WALKS into the storage building where she is clearly LIVING. There are no cameras inside the building. My lock was intact and nothing appears out of the norm. Police said they've had problems with this location before and with people living there. The police man went in to tell the girl about the lady living in there and the girl didn't care. When the insurance people called me they told me my stuff will most likely not be covered because there is no proof of break in on the actual door. Someone clearly picked my lock. I'm in complete outrage of how I've been treated in these circumstances. Important papers are missing and can never be recovered. My art supplies. My clothes and jackets and memories and gifts. Gone forever. Do not choose this location. It's filthy. No one cares. Humans are living there and the elevator is always smelling like homeless people.

Robin Kevin and Vanessa did an awesome job on my experience at public storage. I lost my key to my storage and they solved my problem which is getting a new lock and key and all was successful. Great job GUYS!!!!

We had a storage unit there for over 4 years and they are great. The staff is very friendly and they are really great about making sure only renters have access to the property. I defenetly recommend them.

Bad experience this public storage is very dirty....and all the windows by my storage or boarded up....my granddaughter was so afraid to go into the storage building...I had to closed my storage...It was so dirty and nasty....I could not believe this was a public storage..

I have been renting a storage area for almost one year. I have had a good experience. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and neat. I have never had a problem keying in or keying out of the facility. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to my family and friends.

First of all, I live in Inglewood where there are many choices for public storages. This particular public storage had a much better price than the other public stoages by me, and the quality is much better at this location. This location also has many very friendly associates, but none like Melody! She is my favortite associate at Public Storage! She is such a sweetheart and has really goes out of her way to remember be everytime I come in and I really appreciate that. She is also very courteous and always make sure her customers leave with a smile! A big thank you to Melody for making my Public Storage experience so great! :)

Just moved my items out after a year of storage at this facility. Great price and clean, convenient access to the storage unit. The manager, Melody, assisted me at checkout and was extremely helpful and friendly. Given the convenient location, competitive prices and friendly staff, I would highly recommend this storage center and will be using them again.

Great move in deal, plus the first payment afterwards is prorated with rentals beyond the first of the month! Office staff (including Melody and Adrianna) were accommodating, cheerful and helpful, having me feel welcome to leave my personal possessions in storage during a very stressful home moving ordeal. Good backup also when living in a home of limited space!

Clean spaces but terrible front desk. Young girl in front office doesn't seem to know what she is doing + office etiquette is horrible.
