ROACHES!!! I stored my equipment for my soft play business for one month luckily i boxed everything really tight but not to my surprise there was large house roaches on the outside of the boxes. I went durning the daytime of course and if they’re out like that then it’s a problem. No they were not small roaches these were large house roaches…. Never again because absolutely not!!! I’m on the first row near the entrance so right in front.

To my surprise there was actually someone in the office and this young lady named Alexandra greeted me with a smile and was very helpful and answered all my questions. The only thing I did not like about the storage was insurance fee that raised my premium like crazy. But it was all worth it after a good customer service.

The start to my Friday.... Grab my favorite tea from Starbucks before heading to my 9:30am appointment with Public Storage. Long gone are those walk in days thanks to 2020. Due to Covid mask are required everywhere. We are no longer greeted with human smiles. So we as humans we evolve. Now we communicate with eye contact. I was greeted by smiling eyes when I walked into my 1st appointment this morning. Jackie is awesome, and professionally pleasant. The storages and grounds are clean and well maintained. Worst public storage ever! The only person that we can deal with at this location is Julian who has been helpful. Robert who is the district manager is awful at calling back and when he does he offers no help. The staff at this location is rude and prudent they have zero customer service. Our prices have increased in less then six months. We have been billed twice and inquired a fee from our back and also charged a late fee from public storage on a mistake made by them. They did not own up to it. So far in January we have been denied access to our unit one because of the New Years and the other time was today the unit was flooded and these people are so dishonest that they were not going to tell us we so happen to stop by and found out. We would never ever again rent a storage unit from this location I will post a picture of the flooding these people here do not care about your service beware of this location you have been warned

I came in the other day and a young man Julian helped me out he was nice. Today Carmen helped me and she is such a pleasant young lady very professional. The facility is very clean despite its a little out dated. The unit was very clean. The most important part and my favorite is that there is NO elevators!! Thats a plus for me.

Why are the reviews about Carmen and customer service? Which I have no problem with. The problem is with P.S. increasing rates unreasonably. Stop giving excuses like improving the facility. The only thing that changed since P.S. bought American Storage is paint and new doors. Nothing else has change to justify the rate increases.(s)! I can't wait to get my stuff out.

My aunt Claudia Gomez rents a storage here she asked me to write a review on her experience here. She says that Carmen and Perla are always very professional and very courteous when she comes in to the property. The property is always clean and would recommend this storage to anyone.

I have no issues with the front office personal. Location getting in and out can be a problem with the traffic and the narrow drive way, entering the storage. You can enter easily traveling west and exit easily if you're traveling west. My issue is with the rental increases. I rented one of the larger unit to place my in-laws belongings in and within six months they increased the rent by $50.00 and then six months later they increased the rent another $50.00. That was an additional $100.00 in the first year. Since I lived out of state now, I didn't know if this increase was because I was out of town and they were taking advantage of that. I went from $250.00 to $350.00 in one year. So I did the next best thing, I flew out to Los Angeles and took everything out of that storage and shipped it out of state. It cost me four months of storage rent to ship all the stuff out of state. the storage in Georgia cost $75.00 a month for the same space.
