Gina was a fantastic host and helped me through the whole rental process, the online process would not complete. She walked me through the gate procedures and gave me a tour of the facility. She even laughed at my stupid jokes. 5 of 5 would recommend.
Careful with these employees/owners of this location
These people will send people they may personally know to spy on you while minding your business at the storage while we people pay for accordingly; Now it’s disturbing they enforce their vigilance to the point they’ll send someone to take video or spy in you while being word of mouth for the office and advise one another . I’m not sure of what they’re worried about but what it seems is they’re unprofessional, it’s odd that they act this way.

Marina was a huge help to me with my move out. Smooth, easy process from the move in to accessibility to move out. I’ve never had any issue with services or my units at this facility, in fact I still have a couple of units here. Highly recommend this location!
It's a decent location but the ppl inside know theres cameras so help people when they need & have someone in office at all times
People that work there minus 1 lady are not motivated to be there or help. Just sit behind their desk. I figured out most things on my own.

Stephanie has represented exactly what Public Storage was approximately 15 years ago when I represented this company and it was a true joy to work with Public Storage then just as it has been these last 14 years and I have been a customer at this location. The manager and everyone that is work is also been very helpful and Wen needed Stephanie with step in when I needed something to be taken care of and it was done immediately and she has been so good about returning calls, and seem to the matters being resolved. you have a great employee who has the ability to bring people back and also encourage the people that she works with as I have observed her behind-the-scene. thank you for the 14 years that I have been a customer and paying for my unit and now that I am leaving I will miss not being able to see everyone but I will take all the great memories of making friends once again thank you very much for everything. I just want to say I've been to other storages and this one is the cleanest. No trash on the ground from left over spaces. The up keep is good and the service I got was warming and professional. Om the day before i was supposed to leave town i had the unfortunate experience of a manager from another location booking a reservation at a 3rd location for me and getting a very important detail incorrect about what I was looking to rent. By the time I got to the location and realized I could not have moved in that day because their hours closed early, I only had 30 minutes to find another location.
When I called this location, I was answered by Michael, who not only talked me through the online reservation system, but when it didn't allow me to reserve that day told me to come to the location anyway and he'll see what he could do for me after his official shift was over. He was very kind and informative and I was very grateful for him staying late as he had absolutely no reason to do so. I was very lucky to get someone like that. He showed me the unit in person and then processed me quickly and I was out the door in 30 minutes upon arrival.
Michael was kind and professional and saved me a lot of time by staying later to help me out. Glad he was working here at the time or I don't know where I would have gone.
They were very helpful and very informative and answered my questions about there storage facility. The property was kept clean and when you go to your storage unit they are not hovering over you. Good experience i had with them.

What's good to say about them?! NOTHING!! I've had them in the past and they regularly jacked up the rate. Their pricing is hand in hand with rental housing prices; VERY MUCH OVERINFLATED!! Knowing that many people need to store excess items where they would not normally be able to in the place they live, they(Public Storage) take advantage. This is one public company that the federal government needs to regulate, along with many others like them.

If I could give zero stars I would. Public storage are thieves. After paying rent for over 3 years ,and paying considerably more than what the rental was when we started due to them constantly raising the rent, our unit was involved in a fire that was not our fault. They called and told me my unit was involved in a fire and my unit was a total loss. I went by there and found a bunch of my stuff outside my unit in the drive area and nothing wrong with lots of it. I could see inside my unit and see there was still more undamaged. I tried to talk to them about retrieving my property but they would not give me access. They said it was unsalvageable and was all going to be thrown away. I had a $1000 tool box that had no damage that I could see just inside the door and they wouldn’t let me get it. When I tried they called the police and told me it was private property BEWARE OF PUBLIC STORAGE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR PROPERTY FIRST CHANCE THEY GET !!

They do have easy access and are open 7 daty a week.
