Dawn is great! Every time I have had an issue, she is always very helpful and responsive. She has gotten me out of some jams with my unit door and is always calm, cool and collected! I really appreciate her assistance and patience!

So my first day in and I had to unload a truck all by myself.. don't like how far back my unit is but thanks to Dawn if it wasn't for her letting me use her push cart I would not have been able to unload this truck and get it into the unit.. and on top of that I was dehydrated she gave me a nice ice cold water. So Thank You Dawn! For being such a kind person I really needed it that day ❤️

Easy access. Clean. Modern. Can use phone app to open gate. Very well maintained. No randos hanging around. The manager, Dawn, was exceptionally helpful and made the sign-up process super easy. Couldn't ask for much more. I recommend this location.

Yesterday Natasha at this location was very helpful in giving my wife and I a tour of various units while explaining all the details of renting a unit. We settled on the 7.5 X 10 size based on Natasha's recommendations and planned to use the link in the email to complete the rental. Today, Dawn called me to see if I had any questions and when I showed up at this location later, she was very helpful as well in finishing up my online rental, showing me the app and telling me how things work. Thanks to both these ladies! 5/20/24: Came into the Rancho SD location to rent a second unit and Dawn was behind the counter. She was very busy with clients but got us taken care of quickly and efficiently, while explaining the details of having a second unit along with the special sale details. Great job Dawn!

always say I will leave a review about something but don't. Until I lost my home and had to get a storage. I decided on Public Storage 92019, the main reason was not only how well maintained,clean,this storage was ,but an employee ' Dawn' Burgess, not only made me feel welcomed, and that it would be ok. I can tell you that amazing customer service was not just because she wanted me to fork out more money , it has been constant with her,when we see her she is always welcoming, and she makes you feel at ease no matter what!!! That is why I know my items are going to be secure and safe. They welcome you no matter how long you have been renting. Thank You Dawn Burgess, you have 5 stars in my world

We live out of state, and our son is attending college in the San Diego area. We needed a storage unit for the summer and after a Google search, I contacted this location. I was immediately impressed by the customer service I received. Dawn reached out to me after I had completed an online request and answered some general questions about the area and the property itself. Furthermore, as someone who has never rented a unit before, Dawn was incredibly helpful answering all of my questions about the agreement, insurance, and billing. Lastly, I was a bit nervous doing all of this remotely, but Dawn has been so easy to work with I feel comfortable that if any issues or problems were to arise during move-in, she will help me in any way possible.

I rented a unit at this location and had a great experience. I met Dawn who was very efficient by helping me pick the correct size, explaining the payment and cost options. The entire premises were very clean and safe. I strongly recommend this storage facility and most of all Dawn who still believes in providing customers with good efficient professional service.

Editing to add my recent experience. 3 years later. Dawn has been amazing in providing me service. She showed compassion and has always been quick to respond whenever I left a message with a question or concern. She's very knowledgeable and kind to those the use the storage. Thank you and thank you for explaining things to me as well. Three years ago: Great place. They have always been so polite. Sarah, (sorry if it's misspelled) helped me recently and i am very grateful for all her help and patience

I scheduled an appointment online to view available units and the manager Dawn promptly called me to confirm the date and time. When I arrived Dawn showed me the available units and very thoroughly explained what was required as well as what to expect. She was very professional, attentive and friendly and made the whole process easy. I wish I could get this quality of service at more businesses, Public Storage you have a keeper.

Out of all the storage units my family and I have rented over the years, this one on Willow Glen in Rancho San Diego is hands down the best! It is clean, safe, the storage units are mostly drive-ups (which I love - no stairs, no elevators, no looking for moving carts) and most importantly, the facility is open until 9pm!! Dawn helped me today and she is delightful and seems like a very dedicated employee. So professional and friendly at the same time, I just had to write this review to praise her! Thank you, Public Storage. Please, just don't raise the rent! Just one suggestion: it would be great to get a senior discount if you're over 65.

1/10/23 EDIT #2: I was immediately contacted by Rob after noting the concerns below and I can say that Public Storage takes all comments related to the customer's experience seriously. He confirmed that a manager is in the process of being hired for this site, so I am confident that my recent experience related to my original edit is uncommon and unlikely in the future. I appreciate the prompt resolution. 1/10/23 EDIT to original review: I've left 2 messages to notify management that I've moved out of one unit (I had two) and have not received a return phone call. My account is showing as late and as far as I know, I'm being charged daily for a unit I moved out of. It appears that when a reservation is made, you are called quickly & multiple times until you come in a pay for the unit. When you move out, it's a different story and you can't reach anyone. They need to hire a manager for this site. I was told they do not have one. 1/8/23: I had spoken with several people throughout the week of my scheduled unit rental. And when I arrived we had a bit of a snag in the reservation. however, Allie went above and beyond to get the situation resolved as quickly as possible. She was very courteous and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. Due to this, I will continue renting from public storage and would refer them to others looking to store their items.
