I'm happy to say that not only did I received great customer support from the telephone representative, but I'm also happy to say that the representative at the store who's name is Amanda, made me feel very satisfied with her services and assistance. She's a wonderful person.

Amanda (the Public Storage Manager) was totally 'Top Notch'. She was very helpful, very pleasant, and very informative. Thanks so very much for hiring such a delightful person. I have been renting a storage unit from this location for a while now, whenever I have questions or need help, Amanda is always there! She takes great care of all the renters at this location and always goes above and beyond to help. Always ask for her if you can, you won’t be disappointed! Great work ethic and really shows she cares. I will be renting a unit at this location for a while just because her customer service is phenomenal!

I have been a loyal customer since 2019. The location is best right next to Concord Costco, I could stop by to drop additional storage stuff on the way to Costco and this is a very rare location opened until 9 pm not like other places closing 6 pm. Especially, when I lost my wallet from the club recently while I was dancing, the kindest staffs, see the photo above, Michlle and Billy the managers were so friendly to update my auto pay to a new credit card. This was experience only I expect in 5 star resort in concierge service. If you need any extra space, I truly recommend the place without any doubt.
