Hello please please please be careful with public storage it’s a great storage but far as the guy Robert I got my lock stuck and he acted like he didn’t have a bolt cutter because he wanted me to wait till lock smith came if your gonna go there I can’t lie the dude Cristian tall white guy super cool and he’s very helpful he gave the bolt cutter and I cut my own lock and he was happy to assist me but far as the management they never answer or never there just be careful on how you deal with them gotta get much more staff and managers there moved out my unit 1/9/2026 and I had it for 1 month very expensive place 💯🙏🏽😎

One of the MOST professional, friendly EXTREMELY stress free experiences I ever had with any rental company, and I'm 50 years, old! The gentleman at the front desk. was extra helpful. I went on line, did the lease, came in and paid, he took the time and showed me the map, told me where to park my vehicle and made sure I understood everything. Public storage at 841 East Jefferson Street is by far the best of the best storage unit facilities that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. My move in experience was hassle-free, the facility was spotless, and the staff were grade A top-notch Personnel. Id like to give a big shout-out to Beck for making sure that my stay at this facility was the best that it could be.

Nice spot close to downtown Phoenix, and I was lucky to get their spring sale price so no complain there.
What I really liked about the process of getting my unit is that it was %100 online/virtual, so let's say it's 8:00pm where most storage facilities are closed you'll still be able to rent a unit and have access to it the same night!!
Only complaint would be if there are longer access hours.

Everyone knows how difficult it is to move right well in my 63 yrs of moving from one place to another this had to be the smoothest one yet did it all on line so when I got there there was no wasted time in the office so I literally was done unloading the truck and putting it on rack then the big elevator to 2 floor and the key was already there too we was done in less than 40 min they deserve a 5 star rating for sure thanks so much Karen Smith of Phoenix Arizona

Heard about this storage place from a friend and didn’t think much of it. Came down and was helped by a nice lady named Deanna. She was wonderful and helped me through my entire move in. The place is clean and secure. All these bad reviews are the doing of the individual leaving the bad review!
Staff here is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Cameras above unit to make sure your stuff is safe! They are very aware and called us when our storage unit was locked improperly. Water fountains are available in case you get thirsty while loading. Building is clean and air conditioned. Definitely recommend!!

Storage units are the batcaves of the homeless. Beware peeps leaving door ajar as they like to sneek in and smoke their dope, avoiding all the people they owe. The staff is doing all they can to peovide a safe experience for all.
Clean, cool and accessible
Recently moved in to a storage unit at this facility. It wasn't quite big enough for me so I transferred to an even larger one. Both Ben and Deanna were incredibly helpful with this and got me in the unit I wanted in no time!
Pros:
I haven't tested at all hours of the day, but I believe it is 24 hour access unlike several other storage units around town.
There is an app that comes in pretty handy including a Bluetooth feature to open the access doors.
They have units of all sizes and many available on the first floor. They also have elevator access if on the second floor.
As mentioned above, the staff are very friendly!
Cons:
If you don't know your way around downtown, this facility can be tricky to get to. Jefferson is one way and the business access lane is separated by the light rail, so you better know when to get over. I usually just access it off of 9th Street and avoid all of this, but even still you have to know exactly where you are going and how to get there.
They told me it was private storage and I was not allowed to pilfer through the other units. Change your name you liars!

The location on Jefferson is amazing. I went to a few locations to get some info and was hesitant until I spoke to a young lady named Nicole. She helped me pick the units that were perfect for what I needed. She helped me save money due to her expertise on the property. I would highly recommend this location to anyone and definitely contact Nicole. She made the process really easy for me and my family. 🙏🏼
