I just want to say that my husband and I have never had to wait for someone to be in the office and we always get a cart when we need one, Angy is very responsive and helpful and the gentleman as well. I think all the negative reviews are written by people with bad timing!

Precious review when it was a Life Storage facility;
Clean, easy access, well run.
Not on Life Storage but it's a struggle to watch people park in the middle of a two vehicle garage entry, would be nice if someone working patrolled that or if spaces were drawn out. Be better people, be better.

One thing is that the office can be hit and miss for staffing, so using carts can get dicey when there are a lot of people on site.

I moved from KC sometimes it can be a hassle getting someone to answer the phone but they did but I decided to come down to the office Leti assisted me and she was nice informative and knowledgeable of lol that I needed answered. She really just did a good job and you can tell she wanted to be at work lol.
Leti is great. Very accommodating and pleasant. She went above and beyond the call of duty. I did not lock my storage unit last time I was there and Leti went out of her way to get it locked up and then called me. I went in tonight. She took me up to my storage unit and unlocked it and waited for me until I re-locked it to make sure it was done correctly. Thank you Leti. She cares about my belongings like they are her own.
5 stars and shout out to Deborah for going above and beyond to making sure (investigating, contacting corporate & calling me) my account was properly closed out. Thx Deb. The facility I will give 4.3 I was here since 2020 6 units down to 1 - my rent went up over 100$ since then.& Carts are only available to 6pm. Other than that my bf still rents from them so I do recommend them. Staff &customer service def improved since the switch from Life to Public.
Debra was really nice on helping me pay my bill that was due, but not letting me because i was an existing life storage customer, and since public storage took over i had agreements that needed to be signed. She was very patient and helped up in a timely manner. Very sweet Lady.

Public Storage took over management of this facility some months back; previously the facility was managed by Extra Space Storage for a few months, and before that Life Storage.
Public Storage - Deborah and staff - has been the best management company to work with. They are flexible, and most importantly easy to communicate with and responsive, always promptly returning voicemail messages and taking extra effort to accommodate the customer.
The facility itself is clean and very well maintained. The AC very effectively controls climate, and there haven't been any issues with pests, leaks, malfunctioning elevators, etc.
Highly recommended.

I MUST thank Nicole for providing exceptional customer service on Aug. 31st. She demonstrated understanding and fairness in correcting actions taken by another Public Storage rep who was on duty at the 8303 Priest location in Tempe on the same day, near 2P. The Priest property rep, in short, reportedly yelled and cursed at the customer ahead of me. The police officers were there to address HIM, not the customer. I had been his next customer, and he proceeded to break off my key in its lock and with a smile on his face, tell me I need to pay for a locksmith. I also had the movers there who I was paying for to move my storage that day. As a result, I was unable to move my items that day to Nicole’s property. I called Nicole distraught about the risk of having to pay for two storage units, because I wouldn’t be able to move my items this day. I told her that the Priest public storage rep broke my key off in the lock and asked me to pay for a locksmith. It is not suspicious that the key got stuck on the day of my preplanned move; it had never gotten stuck EVERY BEFORE!. In fact, when I asked the Priest rep to take a look at the lock, he told me that he was at my storage unit earlier in the day. In any case, Nicole had the company take care of the $130 locksmith cost; this was fair and proper. She allowed for me to move in next day at no extra charges. Have you ever heard of that?! Fair, prompt, service. She clearly saw what was appropriate to do and did so without my having to ask, no hesitation. That is remarkable Nicole, and I APPRECIATE YOU! Thank you for turning around a bad experience into a good and memorable one.

I've been a tenant at this location long before Public Storage acquired it. That being said the customer service level was always strained. Today I stopped in needing assistance and was helped by Debbie. Although she was alone, and there were other customers waiting she was incredibly helpful, polite, and, professional. She solved my problem, and I was on my way, she is definitely an asset to this location.

A lady named Alexus helped me. I was grateful she had the patience with me I had a ton of questions and concerns that she was able to put my mind at ease. I called other companies with the same questions and concerns and they seemed irritated and were rude I would highly recommend this facility. Alexus had amazing customer service, polite, and patient she definitely exceeded my expectations considering my previous experience with other companies.
If I could rate it more than 5 stars I would ! Had a terrible experience with a different storage company prior to walking into public storage. The girl who was working was so extremely helpful and sweet ! She helped us find the perfect storage unit for us at a great price the same day! The complex is very new and very clean, very secure entree, climate controlled with great AC, and the staff goes the extra mile to help make sure that you find the right sized unit ! They have loading zones by the doors, they provide dolly’s if needed, and the app allows easy access. And a plus for me is the process of renting the unit was easy and painless. I am very impressed !

100% true and accurate, Nicole rented me a great unit at a great price special and the manager is nice as pie and professional. It smells like bleach and cleanliness all inside and I appreciate that a lot. I wish I remembered the other 2 women’s names but the manager and the other woman just so incredibly well spoken and professional at this storage. Air conditioning works and it’s the safest storage I’ve rented I love that you can’t get into elevator without a code! Thanks ladies I love it here! Rhonda

I am in the process of moving and needed a larger unit than I currently have at another storage facility. I have been at this facility before as I have a friend that utilizes this facility. Some of the features that I like about this facility are the 2 big loading/unloading bays , 2 elevators and an entrance/exit from 16th St and also Flower St. The manager, Nicole, was great to work with as she took the time to advise me on the best size for my needs and went over the different options, etc. The facility each time I have visited is always clean and well-maintained.

I have just rented a unit and they are so nice here. All terms are very fair. I’m looking forward to moving my storage items here.
If you have to store belongings this is the best option out there but do not go to this Life Storage after dark! The neighborhood has become crowded with homelessness and there seems to be a definite drug problem as well being near the canal. No on staff security either after dark. Location is very clean and well maintained. Prices about 25% higher than competitors due to the availability of spaces and the seemingly secure interior. Ice cold AC a plus in the summer months and good amount of parking.

ASSOCIATE STORE MANAGER, MICHELLE, SIGNED ME UP, AND INSTANTLY I HAD KEYS, INSURANCE AND A UNIT WITHIN MINUTES. IT IS THE CLEANEST AND MOST SECURE FACILITY WHICH IS IMPRESSIVE. IN ADDITION, THE STAFF ARE COMPETENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY. I WILL DEFINTELY BE USING THE SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IF I NEED ANOTHER STORAGE UNIT IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

Laurie was amazing and professional. Firstly, I recommend this facility over all other storage facilities. I also belive that the Manager deserves a raise. Some people take a professional attitude negatively just because someone is hard working and know how they need to speak to people to ensure that they are taken seriously and that rules are followed - doesnt make their demeanor negative. I commend the manager Laurie on her ability to climb the ladder in this toxic masculine managerial world; as well as her ability to enforce rules and policies and ensure cleanliness and safety of the facilities. I know being a woman in any industry is difficult especially one of color - to ensure that you are not mistreated or taken advantage of. You really have to stick to your guns and put your foot down and deal with a lot of people underestimating and taking advantage of you. Laurie is a BOSS and I know that she has had to deal with a lot of great people and a lot of not so great people who completely disregarded the rules and policies and disrespected her. She remains a great, professional, caring, and kind manager and I love renting here. Keep it up !!!
