There is only one access gate of this facility, I feel it provides better security of the all the storage units when every renter needs to pass a controlled assess point.

I arrived at the storage unit today with my movers and they determined that the space I purchased wasn't big enough. I headed to the office up front, and the very happy and very helpful Paul was there to assist. Let me tell you, if I was having a bad day it would have stopped at the door with Paul and his amazing energy. He was able to upgrade my unit for me. And he made it very fast and it was effortless. Many businesses could take lessons from Paul and his customer service. I wish I could give him a million stars. What a wonderful employee and humanPaul is. He helped me so patiently to rent my first storage . Wish I could give him a raise. Unfortunately I ultimately canceled my contract did not move . The problem was there is no one in the office during the day to help when you call you do not get a person but recording who will call u back- they didn’t someone showed up who was very nice stated they did not have staff. It is an older storage unit and if there is a problem no one is there. I regret having to cance as Paul worked hard to help me.

I’ve had my storage unit, that I share with my daughter, for a couple of years. The other day when I needed to put something in my unit, the door wouldn’t budge. Paul noticed I was having trouble and helped me out. It took over an hour to get the door open. A box on top of my dryer got wedged in the door. Thank you again Paul for all of your help.

Overall good place for storage needs the ladies in the office are nice to engage and.helpful main issues are upkeep with the facility my storage unit door is fouled up fairly brittle and had to out traps out for mice and roaches which come and go with the changes in weather( And if you don't already know if you don't like the weather here in South Texas wait 5 mins)
-8 months Later- I've been here almost a year and am still overall happy with it though there are 2-3 problems which has me giving up one unit and if the other problems persist I'll have to leave all together. First off ,staff has nothing to do withthe issues the ladies there awesome overall especially the lady whose there most of the week. No my problems extend more to the basic upkeep of the units and the flooding/pest problem. My unit was flooded during a recent.rain due to drainage issues and door sweep/door itself basically falling apart. Abiutn1/3 of my.items are/were ruined and lord the insurance which thankfully they make you get but unfortunately it's like trying to push a rope to get anyone to help and try and reimburse for my losses. I'm out because upper management here woukd rather insurance cover damages than actually spending a lil bit of money to fix this! Just a pain and oh,after 3 months they start jacking up rent . Since I've been here they have up my rent 2 times! I'm now paying $60 more then when I started for 2 units thats $250+/_ every month which I can hardly come up with along with my other bills. Just be wary before but know this there are good people on property but outside of that when you get your unit upper management ghosts you save for when they want more money!*** Edit I just wish to update that security had been tightened and Sammi is the best talks to you and goes to bat for you when upper management won't listen or can't be gotten ahold of! She truly is awesome!!
Update- Awesome help and easy in and out with new property manager Paul! Seems cleaner and alot safer and secure with a 24hr security in place! I now highly recommend! Oh and deal with Paul he is the best!3-20-22
