Can’t recommend. Rarely someone in the office to help, and most phone calls and messages went unanswered. Still haven’t received a lock refund from one of our units, and one unit leaked during rainfall.

Had to update our key... wasn't our unit in the end or wasn't our stuff in our unit. Either way very disappointed and been waiting for a call back for any information and still nothing.

Larry, the property manager of the Public Storage location in Omaha, Nebraska was extremely professional and polite and made my reservation and confirmation of my storage unit very easy and smooth. I am very glad that I came to this location and I will definitely recommend this location to anybody who is in need of a storage unit in Omaha.

Well…It was bad Oh boy, where to begin. I’ll just rapidly shoot off the reasons: The “onsite manager” was only onsite once, and that was to take my first payment. The other 4 times I really needed her help she was gone, not even a note in the window, and yes during normal business hours. The walls of our storage unit were covered in graffiti and the light never worked in the unit. The damaged automatic gate was never repaired which further restricted when you could or could not go in or out. I got a notification after 5 months that informed me my rental fee was going from $85 per month to $140 a month. That was really the last straw, I packed my stuff and vacated the premises. In my opinion, this is basically a ghetto mini-warehouse operation with a skanky, flighty Millennial as a “Manager”. This was NOT a wise choice for me. Lesson learned.

I really enjoyed my experience here. The customer service was absolutely great. She answered all of my questions and was very polite and sweet the whole time. The unit was very clean and well put together.

Nightmare Update: We went on Sunday and had to call customer service because no one was around...again. They told us the property manager lives on site. We later learned it was also with 7 kids and her aggressive boyfriend. We arrived on time and knocked, which we were told to do by customer service. She popped her head out and told us we would have to wait, she was already 20 minutes late, and remember she just didnt show yeaterday. We were there with another family who also had an appointment that she was even later for. When she finally came outside we rightfully confronted her, she then became combative, argumentative, and rude. Folks started yelling at each other. She threatened to refuse service went back into the house, then her boyfriend came storming out. He stood over and screamed at a lady with a 5 month old in her arms, then he slapped the phone out of one of the other guys hand who was on the phone with corporate. The guy with the phone was trying to get things resolved by connecting the crazy office folks with corporate. The boyfriend started threatening people then retreated into the "home" and called the police. When the police arrived they made them help us. The whole situation was crazy! Facility manager is never available. Can't get anything done at this facility. They don't answer the phone/return calls and are not there during open business hours. They have withheld access to our property for months now while we try to coordinate with someone to meet us there. We are, and have been, paid in full. We just need someone to assist us with a task that only the property manager can accomplish. After over 10 phone calls to other facilities they transfered us to customer service (we have done this twice now this week.) Customer service actually scheduled an appointment for today Saturday October 7th at 3pm and they just decided to no show. Then after our second set of 20 phone calls we finally get back to customer service agent who tries to schedule an appointment for tomorrow, Sunday, at 5:30 AM. I am appalled at the blatant unprofessionalism and lack of care. Also don't leave them a message they don't check their machine and if they do they just don't care.

First storage unit I've had, had it for 1.5 years. No water damage on anything, no bugs, all of my stuff is fine. It was convenient to access the facility using the phone app to open the gate. It seems they check the units periodically because they called once to tell me I forgot to put the lock back in my door. Good place, good price, would recommend.

So I was at your location an your employee Alisha was such a help . She literally walked me through the whole process .

False advertising! Went in for the $1 first month rent and the $35 monthly rent just to be charged $35 first day and the next month went up to $65. Went in to complain and they had no reason for the price difference! Brainless employee couldn’t think of what to say

Had a good experience with them on there location off 129th and maple in Omaha. Good management, friendly service. Fair rates. several locations around town

This location has excellent service. I had no trouble getting a unit, getting in touch with the office whenever I needed help/had a question, and when it was time to move out the manager was very helpful and flexible with me. I will say that the price was pretty high for my 10x10 unit ($110/mo). Beyond that, I had no issues using this Public Storage location!

Location is odd. Behind a bunch of warehouse on dead end street. Manager jim is very nice

Terrible location. My unit was broken into around January, they said they contacted me, but both my email and voice mail box have no contacts in them. Currently trying to negotiate some free months of storage as reparations for having my belongings in a not so secure storage facility. Do not store precious items here. Look somewhere else.

They fixed the gate. It had not been working and my storage unit got broken into. I filling with Orange Door, the insurance company. It is $100 deductible.

Don’t rely on these guys to help with a late payment. They won’t help you extend your payment schedule, and instead will auction your belongings as soon as possible. Would not recommend to anybody i care about. Do not store expensive items/vehicles/boats/bikes or anything of the sort if you plan on long term storage. Seek storage elsewhere. Once I find someplace for my items to be stored, I’ll be done with this place. I’ve paid my rent on time for over a year, had a family emergency, and no customer service agent would budge on my auctioning status. They prey on slip-ups, and won’t call you to let you know your stuff is at risk of being sold to the highest bidder. Highly predatory marketing. Don’t get fooled.

I had issues completing my rental on line and was able to reach Russell at the location I was looking to rent from. He was very helpful and within a few minutes fixed the problem! Great customer service. Thank You

Terribly expensive and the manager was extremely rude. On top of that. No snow removal or ice maintenance being done on property. Couldn't even open the door to my unit on move in day due to packed in snow. And luckily for me, on move out day it was an ice skating rink in front of my unit. We had to put down my towels and blankets on the ground to keep from hurting ourselves. On top of that, the office was closed all day yesterday so we couldn't even ask for any ice melt for our safety. Completely ridiculous that no one is even attempting to maintain the property for the astronomical prices they charge for these cold, wet, units. 0/10

Storage units broken into and no security cams. Don't recommend.
