Can hardly get a hold of anyone such as property management and there is often a sign on the door stating that they apologize for the inconvenience but no one is available and you have to make an appointment to talk to anybody.This is absurd totally not a convenience for your personal belongings that you may need to access often . Also the Access gate is left completely open when no one is available at the front desk which can be very dangerous.

INFESTED WITH MICE. I moved out and its droppings all over my things I have to deep clean my couches and sanitize my kids toys. Nobody is ever there as well.

I haven’t had my things in the place for long at all the the customer service was good Tia tried to help even provided me the property manager number Abdul levey which haven’t called me back after calling for days about the situation. This facility is rat infested! Don I store store items here I have pictures and videos I went into the storage to grab some items and when I open it up I saw big black and drown dropping on my boxes my boxes was urinated on and bit threw NO ONE HAS HELPED ME I HAVE USED ALL MY EXTRA MONEY TO MOVE AND WAS TOLD THE ONLY THING THEY CAN DO WAS MOVE ME INTO A DIFFERENT UNIT IN THE SAME RAT INFESTED PLACE! I am frustrated to the point all I can do is cry because i do not have the funds to have another mover come out and move all me and my children belongs because they do not take care of there facility! My things my baby’s things all out belongs are ruin and that’s all our stuff!

Every time we visited this location there was never any one at the front office. Our unit was in an area where the light had been out since we moved in. Then this month our unit was broken into and a brand new television was taken. Would not ever recommend this particular facility to anyone.

THIS FACILITY BREAKS INTO RENTED STORAGE UNITS, MANAGER AND EMPLOYEES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BREAKS IN, STAFF BREAKS INTO UNIT AND PUTS THERE YELLOW LOCKS AFTER THEY STAFF AND MANGER BREAK INTO UNIT AND STEAL!!! ATTORNEY GENERAL WILL BE NOTIFIED AND SO WILL THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE. It's an on going break in by staff!!! Stop breaking in ppl storage units (staff)....
