I had to check on my. storage unit. Recently there was a fire that destroyed some units I am grateful my was okay. I feel bad for others. Overall Public storage has done a good job.

My mother is legally blind and when the fire happened a young lady names miss Robin would give us a call almost everyday or we will call her to give us an update but the real reason why I’m writing this is because when we finally went to see our unit she was there and opened the unit for me not only that she stood there and explain to my blind mother everything she saw that was destroyed and consoled her when she started crying .
