This place was awful. We called to get a unit lined up for a specific date, but then when we got to the unit they said we had to pay from the date we called on (that would have been nice to know on that call) ANDDD turns out we were paying for someone else’s stuff!! So we had to wait 2 hours to get a new unit and cancel that one. Then when we came to get our things 7wks later, we had more issues. It’s just been a headache. Use a different location. There’s another location about 1-2 miles from this one. May be better. If you can swing it, maybe try a different company.

Absolutely the worst experience. Arrived on site to rent unit. No one there. Called. Phones go directly to a person very happy to sign you up over the phone. I stated we were there and wanted immediate access. They assured me the process was automated and we would be given a code to enter immediately. They signed me up for next day so we couldn't get in. We called back. No luck as you can no longer get to a person because they re-route your phone to customer service voicemail after you sign up. Property manager arrived on site after about 45 minutes and she gave us a code. Did not work. Back to office. She came to unit and let us in herself. Assured me code would work next day. Came back 4 days later. Code didn't work. App didn't work. Came back twice. No property manager on site. Called ALL the numbers. Finally got someone. Demanded my money back as I had spent approx 5 hours of wasted time. They reset my code over the phone AGAIN. Finally got in. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE after you sign up!!! Go somewhere else!

Mychelle is very professional and patient helping with our storage needs. Public Storage is extremely fortunate having her as a manager! Whenever we have come to drop off or pick up items, she has been available and ready to help in whatever way needed. I've seen her show the same interest in, and care for, other customers, too. Her professionalism and genuine connehandbags. every customer is something you don't see that often. We're always glad when we come by and she's the manager on duty. She does it all, from listening to customers' needs, presenting all the options, to sweeping the grounds and helping locate handcarts. I hope she is appreciated for all she does!

I am very happy with the customer service they provide. Janet was very helpful and got me the best deal possible. Jan 2024- Unfortunately I have to change my review. I was renting a 10x30 for $247 and moved in in October 2023. I just received a notice that my rent will be increasing to $333. That's almost a 35% increase. I can understand maybe 10% after a year but 35% is ridiculous. I moved out immediately to a different storage company with better access hours but a little farther away. The employees are still great but their business practices are almost criminal. They lure you in with a good price then screw you a couple of months later.

I can’t even put into words how incredibly helpful and kind Kiki was for my family during a difficult time for us of our father’s passing. Our father rented a unit there that was unfortunately actioned off. She was able to get hold of the buyer for us and get us some of his clothing and documents. Kiki went above and beyond for us during this time. She was also understanding and nice to us. We appreciate it so much.

This storage facility is nice and staff is friendly. The reason for only 2 stars is because they increase rent multiple times per year with little warning. We have had our storage unit for less than 1 year and our rate has DOUBLED. A 100% increase in less than a year is obnoxious. If we’re unable to negotiate a lower rate, we will need to move our belongings elsewhere when the new rate kicks in.
