Simple fast and friendly - Tony made sure I had what I needed.

I’ve been using this storage facility for several years now with no issues. Recently fell on some harder economic times and needed to find some flexibility in payments. Tony provided excellent service for me, and was incredibly helpful and helped me work through my options to keep everything on track. Highly recommend this facility and their management!

I was down a little bit from the government shut down, and I talked to a military named Tony He helped me out with the call as far as my late fees and what not and also portrayed good common courtesy when it comes to the situation as far as the government shut down, I appreciate his work and his dedication to the job this review is for him! Had my items/furniture stored here for about 3 years. Everything was normal until I had to move out due to other renters not respecting the "no food" rule and it attracted rodents to my unit. Although I had to get rid of all of my furniture and some personal items, I am not nearly as upset as I normally would be had it not have been for Tiffany; the manager of the property. She is a literal angel sent from above, (and the sole reason for this 5-star review) and helped me so much through this stressful process. Tiffany assisted me numerous times, not just with the rodent situation but also throughout the years when I called with questions and concerns. She has wonderful customer service skills. Thank you again for all of your kindness and support, Tiffany!

Absolutely excellent so far. We needed a unit meanwhile we are in the process of moving. Completed everything online and that was super helpful for my schedule to do it when I had time at night. The app is easy to use and can open the gate so you don't have to enter the code in. We had an issue with our unit and Tiffany helped us out. She is the absolute best and we really appreciate her ❤️

I highly recommend. Our experience has been good so far. Tiffany provided great customer service. We thought we were locked out of our storage unit and she went out of her way to help us with the lock. The unit is clean and dry. Convenient location for East Bremerton.

I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for storage spaces. Bremerton location offers competitive prices as well. So thankful to the property manager! I had stored my personal belongings along with my car in this Public Storage location (closed garage). I had to go out of the country for work. I was gone for a year, which I hadn’t planned for. Was worried that I did not take any measures for pest control inside the unit. I had leather shoes, bags and some very expensive items in there. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the items that I had left in this place were just as good as I had left them. Except some dust, the unit was really clean. Definitely the pest control the company has in place is upto to the mark. You don’t have to do anything extra. I am extremely happy with the service.

Tiffany is thee best!!! All the help she has given has been way beyond expected!!! If you’re looking for great customer service at this location, ask for her!!!!

The staff here are so awesome thank you Margo had a few discrepancy but we were able to get it all organized and started got my unit and I'm satisfied very satisfied. 4/07/22 I wanted to downsize from a 10 x 22 a 10 x 15 and Richard made it all possible for me and easy access from one unit to another literally across each other thank you Richard you been really helpful thanks for everything you guys always help me out in need. Update on review for Tiffany awesome staff member at Riddell location. We need more of you in this world. You know what you dis for my family. Be Blessed and keep doing you!

Super helpful manager, unfortunately can't remember her name. She has been amazingly helpful every time I've interacted, and a reason to continue renting here.

Nice location just on the hill of East Bremerton's shopping district. Had 2 different units over the course of 6 months and both were wonderful. Tiffany keeps the place clean and was always helpful. Just a heads up despite plenty of lighting in the hallway there are no lights inside the individual units.

Was about to reserve the unit I wanted online, they checked up by phone call and helped me out very well. Chris was the person I met with in the office to see the unit, he was very respectful, answering all my questions, opening doors and was overrall friendly. I feel confident that this is a very good storage place.

At this storage facility, you will find decent prices, great deals and sales, secure units and lots, great communication, and fantastic customer service. I reserved a unit online and immediately received a phone call from Sydney to confirm an appointment time on my requested move-in date. She was very polite, informative, and friendly. Sydney did a wonderful job answering the questions I had, making me feel like I chose a great storage facility to use. I missed a phone call the day before my move in date from Tiffany, the manager. She left me a helpful voicemail, reminding me of my appointment time, location, and a contact number and email if I needed anything. Tiffany clearly enjoys her job and makes storing and moving as easy as possible. I met with Chris in the very clean and well organized office to get me all set up and sign some paperwork. Despite it being his first day, he was on top of everything as if he had been working there for years. Chris was professional, friendly, well-prepared, and made the process quick and easy. When I came back later, I had forgotten the access door code, so I called the office, and Chris was immediately helpful and got me taken care of. Overall, I would say that the renting process was completely painless, definitely 5 star worthy, and made me confident in my decision to use this Public Storage.

I been a customer their for on and off for couple years. They treat you with respect. Tiffany is new at the facility and her energy is amazing. She was very understanding and very workable. She got slammed by allot of people after she was taking care of me. I sat and waited for a lil bit when she got done to show me my new storage unit she apologies for taking a lil while. Kyla was great, the storage facility has been amazing. Well that was a month ago my how things change Initially I gave this place a great review Kyla was great and helpful, now a month later I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. When we initially rented our unit through public storage customer service we were told it was a climate controlled storage facility it even says it on the Public Storage website. Yesterday I go to storage (I go there almost daily because our business inventory is stored there) and almost all of our inventory and personal items are ruined. Pictures, Christmas decorations, movies, collectibles and inventory. There was so much moisture in our unit you could see the condensation running down the bottles of syrup we store there for our business. Labels peeling off the bottles because of the moisture and boxes not even stored on the floor wet. The concrete is wet and shows visible signs of dampness. I had just been to storage 48 hours earlier and it wasn’t like that. I called the Riddell storage office and got no answer so I left a message went home and called the customer service number. I gave them my information and they looked up my account once again confirming the unit was climate controlled and explaining to me as if I was 5 what climate controlled meant, in their words exactly, “cool In the summer warm in the winter” followed with an exaggerated sigh. So I clarified with her that since that is the case then I shouldn’t have any moisture in my unit and she said “ that is correct”. So I let her know we have a big problem then. She put me on a very long hold finally came back on and gave me the insurance claims number. Myself and a friend went back up to storage to take pictures and speak with the person on duty who happened to be Kyla. I explained to Kyla what was going on and have her look at the unit. She informed me she had gotten a notification from the service center about it and said “they need to stop telling people this is a climate controlled storage facility”. So obviously this is not a new problem. She acknowledged the issue even took pictures and mentioned you could see the moisture on the concrete but she didn’t think the insurance would cover it cause it’s food and would attract rats. Now unless I’m wrong I’m pretty sure rats don’t chew thru glass bottles. And their website advertises them as a great place to store wine for your business. Asked me if I wanted to switch units. Not too sure what that is going to accomplish since my stuff is already ruined and none of the units are climate controlled. I told her the $300 a month I pay there should be refunded since I shouldn’t be paying to have my stuff ruined. Once again I was referred to customer service that informed me “they never refund money” so they bounced me back to the storage facility who told me they would talk to their boss and call me by mid morning. That never happened. The blame game for destroying personal belongings and products that support your livelihood seems to be their way of doing business. Faulty business practices and no attempt to make it right. Still haven’t heard from a claims agent and the property manager hasn’t reached out either. Stay far away from there if you want to store your belongings where they are safe and support a company that cares about their customers and their customers belongings Next step the Washington State Insurance Commission and the Attorney General.
