Josh the property manager here is awesome. Definitely a cool guy to hang out with when I stop by and he takes care of his tenants. If you are looking to rent a unit here or curious about renting I highly recommend stopping by.

First time using a storage unit and the professionalism of the staff here has far exceeded my expectations! As a military member transferring to a new duty station soon, Josh made our move in and move out very hassle free especially when my stuff was getting picked up by the movers. He was helpful to everyone that went in and out of the property. Thank you for what you do!

Fantastic customer service I had a few questions about my bill changing, Manger was able to answer all of my questions, and took time to explain things in a way I could understand, he also gave me a call back wich I greatly appreciated The site is clean, no water issues, no bug issues, never had any issues since 2022 and plan to stay a long term customer. The bigger bill is definitely worth the couple extra dollars as I've seen public storage sites always being maintained and upgraded

Barbi was great and quick. She also explained everything and double checked that we had everything before we left. She even made sure that the code worked for the gate. Just a little ticked off that Public Storage doesn't include the storage insurance until you get there to rent. Just be mindful that the storage insurance is mandatory, so the quoted price online when you reserve/express check-in is not what you will pay when you get there. Josh, I must say is great and always a pleasure to see walking around checking the units when we're there. Always checking with us to ensure everything is good. Great, secure place to rent from. Download the app as well, use the Bluetooth feature to open the gate, pay your bill, and more. ••• 5/16/2024: We're at year 10. Josh is still at it doing his job making sure everything is okay with our unit. As long as we need a storage, this Public Storage in Port Orchard, WA is it!

Josh at public storage is so helpful, I have had this unit for 8 or 9 years and Josh helped me to transfer my unit to a bigger unit without having to pay a higher rate. Josh takes initiative and is always super informative.

My experiences with storage facilities have all been very uniform. Very friendly and helpful until you rent a unit, then completely ignored until you move out so they can rent to another sucker. That has even been my experience with this company, but not this location. Josh WANTS to keep his customers, and will work with you to keep you. (At least, as much as corporate will allow) his extensive experience with storage and customer service shows in his professionalism and his creativity. Whether you're renting a first unit, or are already a tenant and need more space, Josh is the one to talk to

Josh was nothing but helpful on my second experience with self-storage. Everything was hassle-free, and I truly felt welcomed into this place. The prices are unbeatable, and the hours are definitely manageable even for different shifts. He was very friendly, and as someone who struggles with motivation to get things done, having Josh with his big smile at the office is definitely something I can look forward to so I can keep moving along with getting my stuff organized. If you are comparing the storage companies in the area, I definitely would at least give this one a tour.

Josh has been great to work with. He has kept us updated on additional available units after we told him we needed an additional space to expand our business. We’ve never had any issue renting from this location and thoroughly appreciate the new roof that was recently installed over our units, and the countless security cameras on the property keeping our belonging safe. Would definitely recommend to others!

Have you ever not received the answer you wanted, but left satisfied because the answer you received instead was the correct answer? Josh the Property Manager spent an hour with me reviewing paperwork, calling their corporate office, and also calling the Property Manager for a unit in another state on my behalf as we worked through the legalities of accessing a unit acquired through a company merger. While I don't have a unit at this location, the grounds were clean and it comes with excellent service, regardless of the location that houses your unit. Thank you!

I rented a unit this winter after selling my house . If you are in the area and need to rent a storage unit I would recommend the Public Storage on Mile Hill. The place is clean, well lit, good working gate, friendly staff and if you go online to reserve it you’ll see they run promotions. Or make sure you mention the promotion to the property manager. I received a month free. My unit smelt like fresh cut lumber and had tall ceilings.

Absolutely AMAZING staff! Josh the property manager showed us so much kindness and compassion during a very difficult time for us. Very helpful and just all around Awesome. Then you have the lady that works during the day that was just a doll! She was very sweet and helped with some local community resources that were very much needed and appreciated. Our unit was much more than we had expected and the grounds are kept super clean. And security is on point and we feel safe.

Josh and Marsha are two of the best individuals you would ever want to meet . They are friendly and always willing to help you in getting your items stored. They try to help you anyway they can. If a problem occurs they will go above and beyond to help fix the problem. You if need to store anything this is the place you need . As I said before friendly and always willing to help.

I had an experience others have described. Called the call center, found them rude and unhelpful. They seem to want to treat it like an assembly line. They're not there to help, they're there to take orders. But my friend told me to go in anyways, and I'm glad I did. Talk to Josh- HE'S there to help, and knows how to help.
