This place is beautifully run by the manager Mylia. She is very conscientious and extremely attentive to customer needs. She is always very courteous, provides me and my daughter with highly professional support. Whenever we need information, she is easy accessible and replies immediately whenever we have questions or needs. Due to the fact, I’ve been traveling and working many places in the USA and internationally dealt with many storage locations. This place is the best in the area, and kept really clean and organized. I have valuable things that I want to take care of and we could not be happier with Mylia, and this location.

Super kind, prompt and helpful, and their speedy service when I ran into a minor problem with my storage unit (my fault, not theirs) was top notch. The property owner is quite nice but the public storage response to help is extremely poor. I was dropping something off late at night and came outside after 9pm. I left my keys in the unit so I went back to grab them and to my surprise NO ONE is available to help you get back inside. There is a number to call but they only let you out of gate and not into the door. I literally had to leave my car there overnight with my storage unit open. Absolutely horrendous service.

Updated review: I had a long and dragged out fiasco with this particular Public Storage in Factoria. However, the new district manager Lisa Leavens was amazing. She was able to mend all the issues I had prior to her arrival, and cleared my outstanding balance with the debt agency (Allied Interstate). One word of advice, if there is any issue that needs attention, ask for the direct contact for Lisa. The extension number does not work, and you'll be stuck waiting weeks and leaving tens of voicemails with no response. Thank you Lisa!!!

My experience dealing with Mylia has been a delight. If I didn’t know better I would have guessed she owned the facilities. The grounds are spotless and she always greets me with a smile and remembers my name! Not many businesses take the time to know their customers now days! I wanted to share my AMAZING experience I had with Mylia at this location. After my interaction with her I cannot imagine renting a space anywhere else. She was so gracious and friendly and helped me with every step of the way in my rental booking. I went online and it was not the same experience but she took the time to explain all my options and help make the decisions that also made sense cost wise. Recently moved family heirlooms from another storage facility. Mylia is very kind, helpful and charismatic. I cannot praise her enough. What a wonderful experience!

DO NOT use this location to store your belongings. I have been there for over 5 years, and just recently discovered that a new lock was placed on my locker the day I showed up to store some items. The Property manager was no where to be found, during my turmoil of my key not working with the lock, which immediately,I knew was not mine. She happily shared that I did not have the right keys and told me to call a lock smith! Really? So, I can call a locksmith, no Public Storage worker on sight to verify. Hell yes! So I called a lock smith the next day, left 3 VM to the office, no call back. Luckily Melissa showed up. I explained the situation to her, she went to do a locker audit, and knew right away. We escorted the locksmith to my storage unit, he broke the the lock and when it was opened, 3/4 of my items were gone. THOUSANDS of dollars. These thieves placed their own lock, after breaking mine. If you have a unit here, PLEASE frequent. It's an inside job. Yesterday, when I went in to gety remaining items there were 2 suspicious people rummaging through an enormous amount of items, I questioned them, they pushed me out and they the door. There is no camera security inside, so it is free game. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Obviously the property manager doesn't care. Melissa is awesome and I apologize again for coming in HOT, but she was extremely professional and took care of the situation just as one should. I AM WARNING ANYONE, AND ALL: READ THE MOST RECENT REVIEWS

MOST TERRIFYING experience ever! The storage is a not secure at all and is in fact very dangerous! Our car got hit inside the storage unit by a man who was parked and living in his truck there. And when the cops came this man had no license and tried to attack the cops. We are fortunate that we didn’t end up in the hospital. To make matters worse, our unit was broken into and we lost ten and thousands of dollars! And this was when their gate was also broken for a week and we were not notified at all. And we could not reach anybody for over a day to fix it to prevent further theft as anybody could just drive in and steal. They also did nothing and took no responsibility for their lack of security with no gates, no cameras, and letting shady people into the facility. Absolutely the worse experience ever! DO NOT use this storage!!

Customer service at this location is wonderful! Mylia most helpful and accommodating to my every needs. When I needed to relocate from my previous Public Storage due to a notice of it closing to remodel, she made every effort to find me a unit comparable in such short notice. She is friendly, knowledgeable and always quick to return my calls. Highly recommended location! Thank you!

Go somewhere else

Some other people have already said what I would so I’ll keep it brief. Person who works there is great, the physical location is trash. Old units with easy to break locks. Our unit was broken into due to such a lock and was only upgraded after the break in. Prices go up each year as the place continues to deteriorate. Do not recommend, break ins here are often.

Absolutely terrible. My unit was broken into, and I was not notified. I discovered the break in weeks after the fact, when I was surprised to discover the facility’s own lock on my unit. I asked why I was not notified about the break in and was told I could not be contacted because my voicemail box was full. This company has at least three of my contact methods on file. On most occasions, I’ve been unable to contact or find any staff members during business hours. Inconvenient, unsafe, and overpriced. The building itself is quite old and leaves belongings with an “off” odor.

I can’t rate Mylia high enough. She helped guide us through a very challenging time with professionalism, compassion and understanding. Public Storage is very, very lucky to have her as an employee.

I rented a space at this location for a few months while I was moving and renovating. The manager, Mylia, was an absolute gem!! The property itself is clean and well maintained, the app that unlocks doors and gates was great. Carts and dollies available for use with covered ports on each end (right next to the freight elevators) that make moving your stuff easier to move were all things that made this place a great choice, but Mylia made it superb with her kind, warm and connected attention to service and detail.

I had a great experience. Dennis was cordial and informed. The space was clean and the whole process was smooth end to end.

I failed to secure my unit correctly, and Mylia discovered the issue very quickly and locked it up until I had a chance to get back to secure it properly. I was also notified promptly by email of the problem. When I wasn’t able to come right away, she kindly offered to take pics of the interior of my unit so that I could ascertain that everything was still there. Mylia went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service and contributed greatly to my piece of mind. It was also nice to know that she is regularly monitoring the facility.
