Jessica was efficient, knowledgeable, and kind as i swung by to get a unit for a month to store some stuff i didn’t have space for at home. it wasn’t more than 10 minutes between me arriving and starting to load stuff into my unit.

Blake was incredibly helpful. Helped me in my lost keys scenario which was a big mess. The storage space was perfect for my requirements and the access to it was easy to move all my bulky stuff.

All the people working there are incredible kind and useful. Our movers thought they could not fit all of our stuff in a 10ft x 15ft so we needed another unit the same day to be able unload the Uhaul truck and avoid extra fees. The Public Storage guy promptly worked with us to find a smaller unit close by. At the end of the day the movers were able to stuff all of our stuff in the 10x15 and altought it was past 5pm the same guy helped us canceling the contract for the smaller unit. These are the types of guys you need to handle stressfull situations like this one

In case you are not aware: public storage raises their price roughly after half a year, and the price is not market-driven, it's way more expensive than the market price. For example, initial price could be $250 for a 10×15, and it could be raised to $350 after 6 months. And guess what's the price if you change to another room with the same size? Price dropped to $180 since it's slack season! Ok, that's how public storage works in general, not the main complaint for this specific location. the problem with this location is: 1. it smells and it's dirty 2. the elevator has been broken for a month and still no one is fixing it. Image you need to move an entire house by taking the narrow stairway, enjoy moving :) !

after renting for over 6 years, unable to vacate our 3rd floor unit by the end of the month because the elevator was out of order for a week prior. We were still charged the following month's rent. $180 for a 5' x 10' space due to go up to $212 as of June 1. Although it's in the middle of Bellevue, it's dirty and lacks safety. Sketchy stuff going on after the management office is closed.

Elevator has not been working for a couple weeks now. Unable to get the stuff I need and they have no idea when it can get fixed. Worst experience.

Jennifer was a great help. I was totally lost and she made the process easy for me from beginning to end. I will recommend my friends to come use this public storage.

Jennifer was very helpful today.

I tried and failed to make a reservation online because the form led to a blank screen with no error message. Someone called me to help me set up my reservation in person, and told me to arrive at the office at a certain time. When I arrived at that time, which was within the posted business hours, no one was there and the office door was locked. I waited outside for almost an hour and then gave up. During that time I called several support numbers including the number on the door and on the website, and after waiting on hold for a long time someone answered but did not have any useful information about the location because they were in a call center. They transferred me to a voice mailbox. The person at the second number I called just said "maybe they're busy" and then hung up. I also tried the support chat on the website several times but it failed to load and led to a blank page with an error message. Summary: buggy website, staff not present, inadequate support.

Very easy to rent a unit, then proceed inside to move items, and was discouraged by a strong odor. Went back up to the office to let them know this is not going to work for me. They canceled my service but did not give a refund. I recommend looking at your unit before renting as they will keep your money if you are not satisfied.

Overpriced with rent raise practices built to gouge long stay customers. The ability to open the gate with the app is nice, but otherwise the facility is old, smells a bit, and is lacking a number of security features.

I've used this facility extensively over several years and have been continually impressed with Jennifer's very kind professionalism. She and the district manager, Tracy, have gone above and beyond in helping me find solutions to my storage needs and run the business like they have personal stakes as owners. I absolutely recommend coming here!

Not Secured location, please avoid using Public Storage, I lost my entire apartment items which i stored , they won't take any responsibility on security, no cameras will work. Lost my thousands of dollars. The insurance company never responded.

I always feel some type of way every time I go in that place and not in a good way on God...

The worst service I got in my entire life was by your employee, Nicole today. She did everything in her power to make sure that I do not move in the storage today. I went to her at around 315pm. She had way more than enough time to help a business owner but she chose to get off on time and waste her time with things that doesn't make a penny for the company Public Storage. I pointed out to my business partner right away to never hire a human like Nicloe in our companies ever in his life otherwise my VP will be looking for a job the next day. I never want to hire an employee like Nicloe who drives millionaires away from the company.

I enjoyed receiving the service for one year. Jennifer was so much caring and helpful. Some days after vacating she called me and reminded me of some parts that I forgot to take. I wish I had not been charged a full month even I intended to leave during the first week of last month.

Employees are friendly here. Whatever you do, don’t pay extra for the insurance. There was a water pipe at the top of my unit B107. It leaked small oxidation spots on the arm of my suede couch. I unfortunately bought into their “insurance” for an extra $16 per month. When I tried to file a claim it was denied even though I just wanted to get the few spots professionally cleaned and they told me they couldn’t confirm a water pipe in the unit. So, my advice is take pictures of your unit after you vacate since these people are not trustworthy and the insurance is a total scam.

I arrived to the property while Marcus was helping other customers. He returned to the office in advance of the ten minute timeframe he had given. Throughout our conversation, he was polite, helpful and answered all of my questions. I rented a storage locker on the spot at a very good rate, thanks to Marcus' help.

Great then after 6 months they will bill you with a $20 storage rent increase. Just be aware of that. They make you write a 5 star rating, when you first sign the contract.

I'm very worried about my unit getting broken into like several others have recently and now they are allowing homeless people to live in units. No security! No hall cameras, no property cameras! The doors to the inside unit left open so my unit was robbed!! Worst place ever!! Management sucks!

Honestly cheerfully helpfully compassionate for every customer, definitely running the whole office buy herself without even flinching or breaking a sweat and yet she makes sure everyone feels like they are her most important customer of the day. Definitely goes above and beyond taking the time to clearly go over every option to fit everyone's exact needs as well as throws in all the extra tips she care to make sure whomever she is helping is taken care of not only not but in the future here as well.

Jennifer the property manager is a lifesaver! I found out at the last minute that the movers would arrive from CA the next morning, so she stayed late at the office to get me setup with my unit a day early... Very patient, thorough, friendly and considerate! I recommend this location 100%
