I originally rented a unit over the phone since no one was at the office. The following day, the unit I rented was too small for the items I had. Dennis went above and beyond to get me the right size unit, and since I had already rented a unit, he did everything manually to ensure I got the correct promotion. Very happy with my experience!!

John Micheal is an outstanding employee. He was particularly helpful on getting my lock repaired and lubricating the door so I could open it being old having a door. That’s very hard to open was a big problem and John went out of his way to make sure that the job done right and I really appreciate him. I sure hope that Public Storage gives him a pay raise cause I don’t want them to lose him.

Jennifer did a great job in walking me through the sign up process and was a help in getting the application completed. In my book she gets 5 stars.

CONSUMER BEWARE! This company will provide you with a great rate TO START. HOWEVER- once you have all your items moved in, within 3 to 6 months you will receive a rent increase notice, and several months later another one. I rented a unit for $200, 5 months later it was increased to $300, 12 months later it was increased to $392 plus $20 insurance fee. Please consider a different storage company for long term rentals.

Great location, although service was mediocre. Called them multiple times, and they haven't responded.

The manager at Bel Red location is beyond rude. I would highly recommend you research before you lease a space. Our moving truck was delayed and was told they did not prorate I would have to pay for another month. I did $284, paid to 5/1. I loaded the last items from the unit on 4/5 and when I returned from San Diego on 4/10 my account was closed, my space rented and denied gate access. This person is fraudulent and dishonest. I filed a complaint with BBB. Avoid this thief!

Jennifer has been incredibly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. One day I secured my unit the wrong way and she called me to inform me that she had secured the door so it wouldn't swing open, and encouraged me to come to her if I had any problems with locking it in the future. Luckily this was just user error, but anytime anything has went wrong or been problematic; she comes to the rescue with a friendly and helpful response. I feel secure and well cared for storing my belongings here and I was able to get a great deal using the online reservation. If you reserve your storage unit online they offer discounts some of which are a full half off of the monthly price for renting a unit. I encourage you to give public storage in Bellevue a try. And I encourage the management to give Jennifer a promotion or a raise, if not both. She didn't ask me to say any of this, but I see how hard she works and I saw that somebody left a nasty review so I figured I would step in and share my two cents. You can spend it how you want.

The manager here is so great and helpful. Really makes a difference.

Jessica was efficient, knowledgeable, and kind as i swung by to get a unit for a month to store some stuff i didn’t have space for at home. it wasn’t more than 10 minutes between me arriving and starting to load stuff into my unit.

Blake was incredibly helpful. Helped me in my lost keys scenario which was a big mess. The storage space was perfect for my requirements and the access to it was easy to move all my bulky stuff.

All the people working there are incredible kind and useful. Our movers thought they could not fit all of our stuff in a 10ft x 15ft so we needed another unit the same day to be able unload the Uhaul truck and avoid extra fees. The Public Storage guy promptly worked with us to find a smaller unit close by. At the end of the day the movers were able to stuff all of our stuff in the 10x15 and altought it was past 5pm the same guy helped us canceling the contract for the smaller unit. These are the types of guys you need to handle stressfull situations like this one

In case you are not aware: public storage raises their price roughly after half a year, and the price is not market-driven, it's way more expensive than the market price. For example, initial price could be $250 for a 10×15, and it could be raised to $350 after 6 months. And guess what's the price if you change to another room with the same size? Price dropped to $180 since it's slack season! Ok, that's how public storage works in general, not the main complaint for this specific location. the problem with this location is: 1. it smells and it's dirty 2. the elevator has been broken for a month and still no one is fixing it. Image you need to move an entire house by taking the narrow stairway, enjoy moving :) !

after renting for over 6 years, unable to vacate our 3rd floor unit by the end of the month because the elevator was out of order for a week prior. We were still charged the following month's rent. $180 for a 5' x 10' space due to go up to $212 as of June 1. Although it's in the middle of Bellevue, it's dirty and lacks safety. Sketchy stuff going on after the management office is closed.

Elevator has not been working for a couple weeks now. Unable to get the stuff I need and they have no idea when it can get fixed. Worst experience.

Jennifer was very helpful today.

I tried and failed to make a reservation online because the form led to a blank screen with no error message. Someone called me to help me set up my reservation in person, and told me to arrive at the office at a certain time. When I arrived at that time, which was within the posted business hours, no one was there and the office door was locked. I waited outside for almost an hour and then gave up. During that time I called several support numbers including the number on the door and on the website, and after waiting on hold for a long time someone answered but did not have any useful information about the location because they were in a call center. They transferred me to a voice mailbox. The person at the second number I called just said "maybe they're busy" and then hung up. I also tried the support chat on the website several times but it failed to load and led to a blank page with an error message. Summary: buggy website, staff not present, inadequate support.

Easy, smoothly and practical rental process. Personal are very helpful and lovely. Just got a 10x20 unity

Very easy to rent a unit, then proceed inside to move items, and was discouraged by a strong odor. Went back up to the office to let them know this is not going to work for me. They canceled my service but did not give a refund. I recommend looking at your unit before renting as they will keep your money if you are not satisfied.
