The manager Brock was amazing today. I had 2 units that I was paying over $325.00 a month for. He helped get me into 1 unit that was big enough to fit all my stuff for half the price I was paying monthly before.
Moved into a storage unit here and Brock was super helpful getting the unit selected and paperwork done.
Very reasonably priced with the Memorial Day sale.
Just be aware the place can be pretty congested and maneuvering a trailer through is tight.
I am extremely pleased with the service at this location. I've been to a lot of different public storages and this one is by far the best. I've had Brock help me and he is awesome. Definitely my favorite to work with so ask for him if you come here.

During my four plus years of renting a 10' x 10' space at the Kearns facility I have always had a very good experience, especially with the manager, Shelby.
Unfortunately, my experience with corporate Public Storage has not been so pleasant. To begin with there have been numerous difficulties with my online account and I have been unable to sign-in for nine months. Additionally, in the beginning my rent was only $80. withing a month or so it went up to $110 which I expected. Within a year it when up again to $130, still not bad, but I talked with the district manager and my rate was reduced to $110. Later the rate was increased to $160, and after asking for a reduction twice it was reduced to $150 for six months, at which time it was increased to $160. Finally, on 1 April 2024 the rate was increased to $206. Having had enough, I opted to build a shed in my back yard and have moved my storage into the shed.
It seems to me that Public Storage should examine its policies, for I feel that I, a faithful customer, who consistently paid on time and in full, have been chased away by their constant rate hikes, corporate greed, and inefficiency in fixing online difficulties.
If you want to have a long-term storage unit maybe you should expect the same treatment. The local personnel, however, are very professional , helpful and friendly.

This place was great for my temp storage that turned out to be long term! Shelby and the management were always quick to answer questions. The gate access was a breeze, especially with the phone/app access so my code was not always necessary. Great security and I recommend Public Storage for your needs!
These people are wonderful I actually got there at 10 to 9:00 and they close at 9 I didn't realize the gate will not open at the closing time I had to call them if you really opened up for me and giggle with me it was too funny.
