There always seem lights out, no carts ever available, you’ll find bugs in your unit that weren’t there before, parking can be a pain, and hardly anyone in the office. They don’t leave notes on the door stating when they would be back in so you waste time waiting around for them to come back at their leisure. Talking to manager is a joke, all she gave was excuses on the phone and laugh. Very unprofessional.

Accessible hours are decent and the options for getting to your space are good, albeit there are not enough carts for timely, easy unloading.

I started with a free months rent. I was convinced that was all I needed, but I have been here many years. They have always worked with me during hardship, and lately have been really good with answering the phones and returning phone calls when I leave a message. Pacey and Iecia have been rocks to stand on, and Erica as of late, and they worked as a team to manage a rent increase on my behalf. Thank you! I appreciate you all so much. The property, from the outside to the restrooms, is always clean. Can you believe I have never had any pests or seen them? The “neighbors” are nice, and it is safe. Just be careful of the traffic from the right if you’re coming from the highway. It is a very quick entrance. Through the storms I never was flooded in my outside unit. I never had a problem with the air conditioned inside unit I once had. Carts for the most part can be found at the corral area and they always work, and so does the elevator. They are always improving their customer service and I appreciate their care and professionalism.

Came to this location looking for a unit and Erica showed us units until I found the perfect size for our needs. She was so helpful!! You guys are awesome. Also I appreciate the safety precautions you’re taking for everybody right now. Looks like a clean and safe property.

I can't tell you how much the deal they had which was relative to the time, was such a good deal. Erica was so sweet and professional. I like the security they have and very clean facility. I would recommend then to anyone

Christine is a pretty awesome associate. Very friendly and professional. I appreciate her for accommodating me and helping me through the process. She is great at "plus sales" as she offered me several extras, letting me know the significance of each item. I purchased the locks as well as the humidity container. Her presentation and customer service was exemplary! If I were a Secret Shopper, she would DEFINITELY receive a 100%!!! One critique for the corporate level of Public Storage: Transparency is everything. When I spoke with the initial person who fielded my phone call, I was not quoted anything close to what I was charged once I arrived to the reserved location. Hidden fees and cost are somewhat of a turn-off and for the average customer, it can become very tough to refer anyone to this storage entity. I would challenge corporate to revamp how people are trained to handle calls and the information which is disseminated to potential customers versus only building the business off of "desperate customers" and their time constraints for moving, storing things, etc. I would even to be willing to do the R&D for this piece of your business. I could actually see using a more informative approach boosting sales and keeping all PS facilities at 100% occupancy. I do hold a B.A. in Sociology, as it closely correlates with consumer affairs (Maybe that's another conversation at a later date?). I pray I wasn't too forward, but the end of the day, its about excellent service, building the business and brand, and properly compensating employees so that all involved are satisfied and happy. Sounds a bit utopian, but with the right approach, and using S.M.A.R.T. goals, it can be achieved. Overall, the ambiance, the atmosphere, the very professional and kindness of Christine speaks volumes for the Public Storage brand of helpfulness and hospitality. You are blessed to have this young lady on your team! Blessings!

If I could give this facility ZERO stars I would. I called and RESERVED a large outside driveup climate controlled unit - I was moving 1700 MILES across the country and needed to store the entire contents of my home until I can buy a house. Moving was not only grueling and stressful, but time sensitive and required me to coordinate the moving company and separate staff to unload the truck at the storage unit, in a location reasonably close to where I was staying and where I expected to buy a home. I made a RESERVATION. I received a confirmation email, spoke to staff while still in NJ. I even received a reminder email the day before I was to come in an sign papers and get keys for my unit. The VERY same day of rental I got another email reminder. But what happened was unforgivable and unprofessional and just plain ridiculous. I arrived there after a week of driving, exhausted after dealing with Imelda besides, and they had rented my RESERVED storage unit right out from under me! NOT ONLY was this no longer available, the ONLY replacement they could offer was second floor and a hundred yards in !! I had coordinated the moving truck to be there. I had coordinated separate people to be there to unload the truck. I had some extremely heavy pieces (+300lbs) And the ONLY thing they would offer was a unit on a second floor far inside - UNACCEPTABLE. I knew I would ALSO have to move all this furniture out in several months. I had a 300lb glass table, and heavy solid wood premium furniture. This is the reason I wanted the drive up climate controlled unit to begin with. the staff at the desk informed me that a RESERVATION only holds the price. UMMMM WHAT!!!???!!???! I couldn't believe my ears!! What the hell?!? No one ever told me that. NO ONE. And that is RIDICULOUS. I was so angry, upset, scrambling for a backup plan, I could BARELY SPEAK. I called the 'MANAGER" Joshua. Of course I only got voice mail. I left him a piece of my mind. ZERO CALL BACKS, No attempt to make any restitution not even an apology. Nothing. Finding a storage unit another 20 minutes away (NOW 40 Minutes from where I was staying) - and not drive up. NOT ONLY did my "RESERVATION" not even give me the price I had reserved (free first months rent - even though this was NOT about the money) - but the doggone reservation was literally USELESS AND MEANINGLESS 100%. PLUS the manpower to unload now charged me MORE, and the Unit cost me more than DOUBLE, and the moving company charged my $150 to send the truck further than the original destination. Yes I was angry. Yes I will tell this long story because it's just plain poor business. Every time I drive 40 minutes to that storage unit, I am angry all over again. If you think you are reserving a unit, ask the question. Is it really reserved? I would have PAID for it in full in advance to make sure this situation did not happen IF I HAD KNOWN. After all the stress of moving across country alone, exhausted and in a major tropical storm, this was about the LAST thing I needed.

Iecia was very patient and pleasant..... With all the trouble I put her through she still maintained calm and gave great customer service including giving my children something to keep busy and drinks 🤗🤗

I went in today and met Iecia. She was so patient and kind. She listened to my situation and made such excellent recommendations. She was so knowledgable. She showed me everything and options. She mentioned all the specials and rates.The place was super clean and Iecia told me it even has climate controlled units in the size I need (which is huge)! She showed me the gates are easy to navigate in and out of for even large vehicles. This is a place I highly recommend.

When inquiring about Public Storage’s rates and other information I spoke with Iecia and she was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Made the experience 5 stars!

I would not rent with this Public Storage! For the last month of me renting there they had no carts to move things. I chose to move out because they kept on raising my rent. By the time I moved out I was paying $170.00 for a 10x15! My husband took off of work to move our things out and they didn’t provide any carts! We had to go and buy a moving cart just to get our stuff out. Ridiculous!!! Don’t rent from here.

The property manager/business owner for this public storage named Nicole is one of the worst attitude people I run into in my life. She takes very long lunches and breaks out of the office and gets mad if you have an issue with it. She cost me an extra $100 with some movers that I had coming to my storage unit because she was out of the office with no sign or anything at around 3pm. Her response, “You are lucky I came back this fast, because usually I am out longer than this!” Very unprofessional, in my opinion. Your clients pay for you to have a job. Your FIRST job is to ensure that you have clients. I recommend AVOIDANCE. Another thing is all of the FEES. If you dare, rent from this place and look at your charges, you will see. I would advise against renting from this place because they will nickel and dime you with late fees and try anything to run up a charge on your account. Yes, I understand it is in a very convenient location, but the convenience of the location does not make up for the attitudes and leeching of your money.

I was previously upset with how I was treated on a phone call with Customer Service at the corporate office regarding a rate increase. However, the District Manager just reached out to me and worked with the rates to keep me as a customer. The staff at the location has been extremely helpful and am glad the corporate group was able to help so I can stay on as a customer. Thank you!

I went online and reserved a unit and the promotion was a $1.00 first month and $25.00 total move in. This was a complete lie and false advertising. Nicole, the staff attentendant there, called and also lied on the phone and confirmed $25.00 total move in, called me at 445 and told me the latest i could be there would be 530. So i rushed in traffic with my whole family to get there in time to make sure I get this amazing deal of a unit. Well it was too good to be true. It was almost $70 with all the extra fees, which they deliberately hide, and Nicole then explained to me that her manager instructs her to leave all these details out, to lie and confirm the $25 total move in, and make customers come in and person and discover the false advertising in person (I guess in hopes people will be so desperate they fall for their scam. This place is a scam and the manager apparently encourages getting people physically out there, waste their time and gas, and just slam them with a total almost tripe what they advertise. The manager and Nicole should be ashamed of themselves for deliberately trying to scam people like that.

Krystle knew what i need and wasted no time getting paperwork ready to go My dad and brothet are both death and she went the extra mile to make the feel apart of the process. The units were super clean and which gave me security in the fact they just dont rent to anyone storing anything 1 out of 10 ......9 The acces gates shoud be on remote and allow customer option to buy. Before public storage took over this facility the service was great. Now in less than one year rent has been raised 3 times, with each increase exceeding market value and exceeding the advertised price on their own website. Called the management on multiple occasions with very limited responses. Not willing to work with us at all to keep prices honest. Poorly managed and will be moving out soon and advising all coworkers and friends to avoid this unit at all cost.

I have had a unit there for over a year, upon move in the lights in the hall where out. I was told that it will be fixed soon. It took them about 9 months to finally get it done. I was unable to see in my unit the entire timw. Having to bring my own light to be able to see in the unit. It did no good to call the area manager or any of that. But at least it's fixed now.

Nicole is the most genuine worker that we've encountered in the location. She always puts us first and helps us with our needs. There have been other times when we come in but the employees have been... not up to par. There was a time when we had enough and was ready to move to a different company, but Nicole helped us out and made everything clear. I hope she stays at this location and not the Woodlands!!!

I was in need of a facility and talked to the corporate location. They asked about all the things I would need to store. Recommended the size of the unit and got me in touch with a location really close to me. Talked to the manager Nicole and set up a time for that same day. Nicole walked me around the facility, got me all signed up and other items in store that I needed for my move. First time I ever needed to get a storage unit and Nicole and others made it awesome and easy.

My experience with Charity at Public storage was great. I reserved a unit online and immediately received a call from Charity confirming my reservation and answering any questions that I had. Once I arrived I was greeted very warmly upon entering the property by Charity. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me thoroughly. She showed me around and verified that the unit I requested was what I needed. She was very kind and made sure that all of my needs were taken care of. A few days later I received a call from Charity to ensure that the move in was going well and she offered to answer any questions that I had at the time. I walked out knowing everything I needed to regarding renting a storage unit including my payment and the due date, times available to enter my unit and how to access my unit. Although she offered to answer any questions that I had, I didn't have any because she was very thorough in everything I needed to know. I believe that Charity offered excellent customer service and would recommend this Public Storage location to anyone who was looking to rent a storage.
